The young woman would respectively return the bow of the fellow lieutenant, "It is a pleasure to meet you, Percy. I hope that we can bridge the gap between our clans that the older generation had created." A soft, warm smile would cross Sakura's face as the vice captain clumsily fumbled with the wooden blade before he could protest of being dreadful with a blade in hand. A soft sigh would leave her lips as she placed her training weapon away, "Then do not worry about it. It would hardly be training if my opponent couldn't challenge me. It would also be unfair to you to force you to try." She would wrap her arms across her chest and listen to his plan of creating an armed militia of the souls outside the Seireitei. "Hmm." She would say as she lefts her arm to rub her chin, "I wouldn't be against it. In the case of invasions they could help fight the tide of the lesser hollows. This would free the Shinigami to take care of its leaders and the more powerful of the beasts." She would begin to stretch her body out, and rotate her limbs, "I would likely add in some of the eleventh division help as well. They would do good to train them physically."

Percy was thankful he did not have to embarrass himself trying to fight with a sword. He had learned the basicsof swordplay at a young age, but had always preferred tinkering alone to practicing cutting down opponents. Indeed, until he had invented Animus, he had never killed a hollow. He smiled as his idea of arming the citizenry was accepted.

"Wonderful. The 7th Division and House Ellerose will begin the preparations immediately. The captain of the 11th Division will be notified as well. With any luck, the next time a hollow steps a foot into this realm, we shall keep that foot. This will also serve another purpose; to let the citizens feel as if they are useful. There's a heavy sense of hopelessness in the Rukongai districts. Every time a hollow shows up, a lot of people die before the Shinigami can deal with the threat. They should not have to wait for us to deliver them from certain death."

Percy's demeanor became slightly more intense as he spoke of the citizenry. He had spent much of his time as a Shinigami in the 7th Division among the people, hearing their concerns, assisting them when he could. They were his people, a family more dear to him than those bearing the Ellerose name. He had seen the bodies lined up after the attack, each a citizen that the Gotei 13 failed to protect. The sight was burned into his mind. He saw it in his dreams. The bodies had been many. Children, women, and the elderly among them. Hollows did not care who they slaughtered. At that moment, Percy had vowed to bring down any hollow that came into Soul Society. What good was diplomacy, when everyone was dead?

The talks of training the Rukongai souls into a militia didn't take long, and the two of them seemed to agree that the three divisions; second, seventh, and eleventh, should be left in charge of training and overseeing this Rukongai Militia. It was her first time personally interacting with anyone from the Ellerose family, yet she didn't see what her father had been talking about in regards of them. Or perhaps this Percy was different from the rest of his kin in some way. Her attention would turn back to the matter at hand as she spoke of how there is a level of despair spreading through the people of the Rukongai since it always took too much time to mobilize a response from the Shinigami. "That is a shame..." Sakura would say in a soft, concerned voice as she had seen the devastation a single Gillian class Hollow did just recently, "I can understood the need of giving these souls a chance to defend themselves and their loved ones. Not all of them have the ability to become Shinigami, but they should be able to still be trained in a few different arts to allow them a fighting chance." The vice captain of the second division would find herself rubbing the bottom of her chin lightly, a habit she had picked up from her father, as she thought up other ways in which the Gotei Thirteen could help the residents living outside the Seireitei. The two vice captains would not have much more time to speak on the matter as an alarm would sound at the presence of a powerful Hollow would be sensed outside the Seireitei in the Northern Rukongai. Her eyes go from calm and collected to being cold and sharp as steel in an instant, as she looks over the man with her, "It seems that damned pillar has attracted more problems for the souls residing there. Shall we?" Though she spoke so warmly only moments ago, the young woman's voice now void of the emotions she showed before. Sakura would then give the man a bow, "I will head off first. Thank you for the conversation, and perhaps we can train later as well." With that the Vice Captain began to walk from the academy while withdrawing her cell phone and calling up the twelfth division for information on the assailant.

Mishika Honoru
- Second Squad Unseated -

User Image
Mishika Honoru, whom was really Kyro the Necromancer trainee in disguise, continued through the Soul Society to the Shinigami Academy were they were to study their arts and practice their techniques. It was a rare undertaking for any Magi to be able to gain instruction into the Demon Arts, known as kidou. Kyro had plans to use his ability to disguise and deceive to gain access to that knowledge so that he could gain more respect among his peers who valued knowledge as a true sign of strength. The less you knew, the less you were worth. It was just the way it worked in a scholastic society such as Nifelheim. This would be the perfect time to get access to the kidou in the academy of the Soul Reapers, since the rest of the Sereitei would be on high alert due to the Vasto Lorde threat that had just nearly wiped out an entire group in one simple flick of a cero blast.

The Hollow had always been a threat, even during the ancient days, when the elves managed the soul cycle. Kyro knew the stories well, and the history behind them. Hollow, back before the Soul Society and it's military forces underneath the guidance of the Soul King, were truly terrifying. The world was eclipsed in darkness, and a being known as a Vasto Lorde was supposed to be a rarity, if even a myth due to the efforts of the Soul Reapers. The fact a Hollow had risen to power now could only mean that Ragnarok was approaching, and darker days were on the horizon. That would mean that any work undertaken here in learning kidou would have to be done with utmost care and without flaw. He would need to become a strong force to protect the Magi and the plane of Alfheim were his friends, family, and allies lived.

Entering the Academy, Mishika moved about the various places were books were before grabbing a basic guide to kidou that held within it a variety of the Soul Reaper's essential spells. Those that were needed for gaining status as one proficient in the demon way, as well as some that were unique, as if they had been specifically created for a certain circumstance in which the spell was to be employed. "Hmm, this one for starters, and then we will keep going from there.", she remarked as the disguised Magi stood up from a crouched position, reading to face a kidou dummy.

Gathering or manipulating spirit energy for spells and the arts behind them had never been an issue for Kyro. His ley lines had been blessed by Hel herself, and he was to become a Necromancer. Necromancers were Hel's prized servants, keeping the unworthy dead, and giving those who met an untimely end a chance for redemption. They were called what they were due to the fact that they used death as a weapon, and the powers behind death to animate the fallen to do their bidding. Their moral compass was a bent one that rarely had a true North as it were. "Hadou Number Four, White Lightning!", Kyro's alter-ego for the disguise shouted forth as she let a blast of searing hot electricity slam into the target. There was something to be appreciated by how simple, yet effective this spell was, but not enough to get lost in the fact that there was still more to learn and more to understand. There were powers beyond this simple lightning trick that would make it look almost like a child's toy.

The next offensive spell in the list to learn was the Wolf Blade technique. Though contrary to it's name, it had nothing to do with an actual sword so much as it did when summoning forth a wolf elemental creature of lightning which acted more like a powerful tazer technique than anything. "It's a little over the top. Would have been simple to just evolve White Lightning with a stunning effect than to go forth in creating and manifesting this creature it describes. Oh well, at least I don't need to make a new spell.", she muttered as Mishika stood up and began to prepare herself for the execution of the Wolf Blade hadou. Her spiritual power rose and she began to manifest the energy. Beneath the disguise, Kyro's arms would be lighting up and his ley lines activating as the magic surged through his body. "Heavens of the honorable, grant me an ally to vanquish my foes! Hadou Number Seven! Wolf Blade!", the second division member shouted as she brought forth her reiatsu and manipulated the spirit particles in the air before her. Lightning surged and crackled with the incantation and before long, the construct was coming out of entropy and into being. It brought back memories of a time she, or he, as it was becoming unclear as to how Kyro identified his own gender due to his many persona that he adopted, spent trying to work on the academy golems.

Mishika Honoru
- Second Squad Unseated -

User Image
Mishika Honoru, otherwise known as Kyro the Necromancer, continued 'her' practice with the spells. Having mastered the Wolf Blade technique, she continued to move forward in the mastery of techniques to the Red Flame Gun, which most Soul Reapers learned due to how basic it was. "It's just a fireball, why give these things such over the top names? Sheesh.", she grumbled as she called forth the incantation and sent a red ball of flame roaring forward to immolate her target, "Ye Lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Scorching heat and disorder, evolve the transposition of the southern sea barrier! Hadou Number Thirty-One: Red Flame Gun!" The technique was really simple for a Magi, but there were stories of Soul Reapers unable to even manifest this basic effect, lacking the aptitude for spells.

The magic flowed through Kyro as if it were his very blood. The arcane energies could be tapped into and drawn forth in powerful manifestations that few, even the most gifted of Soul Reapers, could ever hope to manifest on such a level. It was one advantage that the Magi had been able to achieve in their many centuries of existence. They were virtually, the ancient ones, or the race of beings that once guided humanity through it's darkest ages. Hammurabi, Ramses the Third, and King Solomon the Wise. Even King Arthur was one to have had the Magi, Merlin, at his side. With these facts, it was clear that with knowledge there was a power that had yet to be understood by the younger races. Kyro was not as old as some of the other Magi, so very little of the legends applied to him, but that did help define his potential.

The ability to shape events and to guide them in one's own design was a powerful gift. Though, Kyro and the other Necromancers, were a breed of Magi who shepherded the dead and kept the sinners and the cowards in their rightful place. The realm of eternal torment and suffering known as the Realm of Hel, or Hell, by the common era people. It was no place of fire and pitch-forks, as for what most commonly believed. That would be too easy to rationalize. Hell was a realm monitored by the Soul Reapers, but left in the care of the guardians of old. In the realm of Hel, there resides the great skeletal dragon, Hel. She graces the Necromancers with her power in return for their services as tormentors and guides to those who wish for redemption or need eternal punishment. Kyro was one of those chosen by the undead dragon mistress of the realm of the Unworthy, but his purpose remained unknown. Was he a shepherd of the damned, or was he a tormentor bent for a destiny of inflicting pain and torture on the vile and the wicked? Time would only tell, as it had a hard time keeping to itself in general.

The next few spells to be learned on the list seemed droll and boring, and so Mishika grabbed up a scroll on advanced techniques, looking for something more of a challenge, and then she found it. It was the Black Coffin spell, one of the more difficult spiritual manifestations for even some of the more well-practiced Shinigami. It was time to take this kidou spell and make it her b***h, like all Magi had a habit of doing with any sort of arcana. Her spirit pressure flurried upward as the power gathering through the ley lines of the disguised magi continued to ignite and channel the power through his or her body, invisible to the disguise. "Oh ruler, the darkness of the deepest pits come forth to carve your cruel mark! Unleash your power, capture and punish those who stand before your might. Hadou Number Ninety! Black Coffin!", she shouted as the black box surged forth from the ground and enveloped her target. It was the power burning through the veins of her body from the fact that there was a Magi beneath her face that even gave this unseated member of the Second Division the ability to call forth the powerful Hadou. Then after a few moments, the black box faded from around the kidou target as the gravity inside imploded and several black blades lacerated the dummy, leaving it a crushed and crumpled mess. "Its a good thing there are more of those.", she chuckled as she moved on to learning more.

The next set of kidou to begin practicing was the Bakudou, particularly the scrying kidou. The Magi had always been known for their uncanny sense of clairvoyance at times, and it was due to spells like Bakudou Number Fifty-Eight: Summoning of the Tracking Sparrows. The kidou would allow Kyro to locate anyone as long as they were in the same realm, and doing this would be useful if hunting down the wicked to bring them to their ending. The Soul Reapers had a division for this back in the prior days, and it was not a foreign concept to those who were getting into the business of managing souls. One just couldnt let people like Hitler run around unchecked for too long. Evil existed for humanity to be presented with a challenge for growth, but ultimately evil would die and be vanquished. The death of the vile was ultimately the end for anyone of sin, even the Hollow force that was slaying the Soul Reapers near the Jokaisho Pillar. There was no getting around that fact, that Achana Sonozaki would die, if not by Kyro's hands, by somebody else's.

Kokoro Ryu, the current embodiment and incarnation of Sakura Hyakka, enters the Shino'o Academy and heads over towards her locker. A few quick flicks of the combination and her locker gives up its contents for her perusal and use. "Too easy ... I need to upgrade this archaic system after I get my work out. Good thing I keep equipment stashed here." The analytical mind of the young scientist fixes its attention on her next task at hand while she gets changed up into her workout clothes. Ever since she had graduated from this school for shinigami, she has not been one to wear the traditional training clothes, but rather, she prefers to wear a cute pink and purple leotard with matching tights and weighted leg warmers. After sliding on the weighted wrist bands, she snaps her locker shut and does a quick mental calculation of the number of lockers in the locker rooms and the size thereof. This is such a small matter, that she decides to do the upgrades and then announce it rather than the other way around. Once she leaves the room, she commits the measurements to memory and then blinks her eyes to turn off the measurement contacts. There would be no reason to use them right now. Simple training and then a quick lunch before setting to work. As she heads towards the school library, deciding to do some personal training instead of signing up for a tutored session. She is long past joining an actual school lesson. The price of the seal and the price of locking away her true self was the loss of knowledge of the skills she had in her previous life among the shinigami. That was three lives ago and a things have come full circle. As she enters the library, she sees a blue haired girl picking through some scrolls. No great shocker there. As she watches her, she has a sense that something is off, but for the moment she pushes that to the back of her mind - though not too far back. Something was nagging her about his soul signature. It was similar to that of a shinigami, but still it felt like something else. The girl casts a hadou and summons forth a wolf made of pure lightning. To call lightning electricity would be like calling a captain's coat a jacket. Technically true, but still falls short of accurate. Lighting, true lightning is pure plasma and energy. "Nice hair. I tried blue once, too, but I couldn't pull it off. Looks good on you, though," she says cheerfully.

Mishika Honoru
- Second Squad Unseated -

User Image
Mishika Honoru, or more accurately, Kyro looked to the one who addressed them. He was intrigued beneath the mask of the soul reaper that he wore. Out of uniform, Kokoro only made it apparent that there was little difference between the two of them. Though there was a power gap that was disparaging. It was simply a fact that he have many more years under his belt than this young soul did. Though with that had come the wearing of many faces, and personalities that seemed so real and convincing, that a dose of playful insanity had poisoned his mind. Poisoned was probably not the right word for what afflicted Kyro. He would describe it as enlightenment, or an elevated existence. "Thank you for the kind compliment. I work very hard on my appearance.", the guise of Mishika said with a blush. This personality was easily embarrassed, and took a great deal of difficulty in accepting compliments. It was also a boost to Kyro's ego as apparently this disguise was certainly worthy of admiration, even to a minor degree. Sure, the personality of Mishika Honoru was no enchantress to be marveled at, but it was her simple elegance and grace that made her a worthwhile role to assume.

"You're pretty bold to be out of uniform with a Hollow threat running rampant in the Rukongai. What if she comes in to do battle directly in the Sereitei?", Mishika chuckled with a hint of curiosity in her tone. It was not like a Soul Reaper to make light of Hollow threats like that of a Vasto Lorde, and Kyro knew he needed to reign it in a little. He was impersonating a Second Squad member, not an Eleventh Division brute who took pride in combat, or even made light of Hollow. That sort of confidence was not normal to this personality. "...Forgive me, I did not mean to insult. It was a question all the same.", the teal haired second division member said with another red tinge to her cheeks. "I am Mishika Honoru, Unseated of the Second Division. Forgive my lack of initial introduction.", she then added with a bow.

The practice with the demon arts had stalled for a brief moment, but Mishika then turned back to the kidou dummy and resumed her work while she awaited a response from Kokoro. There was so much to do and so little time to do it if Kyro was discovered for what he really was. A Magi, a Ryoka, an intruder. There was no telling how Kokoro would react if she knew the truth about what he was and who was really beyond the mask of the soul reaper he wore in this time. The next spell that needed mastery was Bakudou Number One, Obstruction. It was a basic level kidou and one that could be easily understood. The fledgling Necromancer simply did his best to make it seem natural, as if it were just practice at this point as he cast a hand forward, his disguise keeping the illusion intact. "Bakudou Number One; Obstruction!", she called forth as the dummy's arms are suddenly pulled backwards. The sound of wood splitting as the technique took effect was the result of using a binding technique like that on something with non-movable limbs. It was simply a force of magic against a force of nature at that point, and everyone of the mind-set that Kyro possessed knew that magic won out in that conflict every time..

"Honey, don't get it twisted," Kokoro says as she warms up a little. "My lack of being there has little to do with being lackadaisical, if that is what you are worried about." She bends over backwards and touches the ground with her palms. "It is simply a matter of not being suicidal when you know that you are outclassed. If it were within my power, I would bother. Which is why I avoided it in the first place. I am here to train to rectify that little problem. Besides," she says as she pulls herself up into a handstand and then flips into a neat little back flip, "I know that there are those who do have the power. I am nobody's mook. Let the twelfth division fulfill their love of being a meat shield for a while. I am still recovering from a serious loss of reiatsu that was stolen from me in my last life. A matter that I will address when the time is right." She then grins broadly and grabs a scroll. "Besides, there are two reasons not to bother. One, I have full confidence in those who are out there. And two, you are far more interesting." She flips through the book and selects a lesson to attempt. "Doctor Kokoro Sakura Hyakka," she says as she skims through the instructions, "But you can call me Kokoro or Sakura, if you like. I only use my title for grant applications, presentations, lectures, and getting discounts at the local sweet shop. Granted the last one is a bit selfish." She shrugs. While she is suspicious, she wants to draw this conversation out.

Mishika Honoru
- Second Squad Unseated -

User Image
Mishika shook her head as she watched Kokoro train for a moment. Listening to her words and explanation as to her reasons for being there sort of made sense. Neither one of them were actually all that strong and would likely stand a chance against a Vasto Lorde class threat. Either way, the relaxed attitude and demeanor did not seem to suit somebody who was seriously trying to overcome their own inhibitions toward the path of power and strength. "I suppose there are people who are on the way to deal with the threats out in the Rukon District then? I mean, honestly, the idea that the huge presence is out there, waiting, is unsettling to say the least.", the teal haired soul reaper said with some concern. Though the emotion sounded sincere, it was all a part of Kyro's game in order to keep training and gaining strength so when he returned, the Council of Mages would respect his knowledge and power.

This charade was easy to keep up for Kyro, as Mishika was a pretty plain personality to act out. She was kind, sweet, shy, and every bit as dedicated to her training and development as Kyro was to his own progression as a Necromancer. The easiest part about this role was that he encountered nobody smart enough to see through his magics, making it easier to continue on with out a whole lot of difficulty beyond the act of keeping the personality of his persona consistent. If only his parents could see him now, they would certainly be smiling on his finesse at duping the Soul Reapers and taking advantage of the fact that they were distracted with a multitude of issues. The Jokaisho Pillars posed no real threat to Alfheim or Nifleheim, so there was no reason to even consider them as a possibility of intrigue either.

The binding arts training was going about as well as could be expected for Mishika as she continued to practice with the various bakudou spells she had learned before kneeling and looking through the scroll of kidou techniques she had borrowed from the archives. The next technique that needed to be mastered was the Conquer technique, Geki. Standing back up and furrowing her brow as she looked to the dummy she had broken the arms off of with the Restraint technique, the magi in disguise began to let the magic flow through their ley-lines as they called forth the incantation and began to weave the spirit particles with the finesse of one who would be in a kidou squad, not Second Division, "Disintegrate, black dog of Rondaniini. Look upon your burning soul and sever your throat! Bakudou Number Nine : Conquer!" With the words called forth, the red energy began to close in around the dummy and restrain it. If this were a living creature, they would be paralyzed with a slight burning sensation moving through their body. It was a valuable tool, as Kyro was not one to deal in direct modes of combat, but using binding spells and restraints to take down targets was more of his specialty.

"Hmmm, I think I understand these spells a little more.", Mishika mumbled as she rubbed her chin, appraising her own work, before looking to Kokoro for her own analysis. "What do you think, Kokoro-san?", she inquired with a hint of curiosity in her voice. Kyro was so full of hubris at times that he could not resist wanting compliments and praise for his work. His desire was to hear those words from everyone, even his enemies, when he demonstrated his craft and prowess with the arcane arts that he wielded. He was a boy at heart, always seeking approval from his peers to find validation in his own existence. If he was not the best, or at least close to the best, then there was no purpose left for him. He was to be Hel's servant, and to be a weak custodian of the damned souls was one sin that would never be forgiven..

Kokoro smirks as she listens to the imposter. For indeed, that is what she has deduced from the few words that they have had. "Your form is good and your implementation is with talent and potentially skillful with practice." She does a little tai chi for warm up, while she doesn't actually know the martial art, she knows enough for continuing a warm up routine. "But, seriously, who do you think you are fooling? You are not a shinigami. The way you talked about the invader, without concern of your own - even less than I show. Any rate, any shinigami knows that Vasto Lordes are off limits to the lower ranks and weaker members, so that they can stay out of the way of the vice captains and above." Of course she is concerned. She simply doesn't waste emotional stress on the matter. There is great trust that they will cover the problem soon. "Then there is the incorrect honorific. No shinigami would mix that up. If they were going to use it, they would make sure that it was correct. It should be either Kokoro-sensei if you are going to insist on using it. Sensei because I have indicated that I do occasionally teach and that I am in possession of a doctorate." She laughs softly, but not cruelly. "Seriously, who are you? What is your purpose here?" She then says, "Spirit of Shielding; grant me your protection! Bougyoudo #25: Deband!"

Kyro Steelword
- Magi -

User Image Kyro waved a hand and his disguise shattered. Before Kokoro now stood a young man in appearance, cloaked in a black robe with silver toggles hanging from it. Purple and pink ley-lines danced along the fabric, as it was obvious this soul was strong in the arcane manifestations, even for Magi standards. "So it seems you could tell my personality was not of your kind. I will have to work on that I suppose.", he said as he idly looked to his fingers, as if to examine his nails, even though he wore gloves. "Kyro Steelword is my real name, and as for what I am...", he said with a pause as his crimson gaze flickered over Kokoro with a smirk spreading across his lips. "I'm whatever you want me to be." It was those last few words that had a hint of flirtatious playfulness to it, as if he was only partly taking his intrusion seriously. It was hard to even consider doing Kokoro harm, as she had already told him that she was weak, and she had not drawn a sword on him just yet, so there was no need to proceed to hostilities. "You're not going to call the guards and try to arrest me? I would sort of advise against that...It would be a futile effort. You see, I am one of an ancient people known as Magi. We have existed long before Soul Reapers, and blessed by the dragons, the elves and our kind have lived in harmony for eons.", he said as his hubris got the better of him, and his loose lips sort of spilled half the can of beans as to exactly what he was.

Kyro then chuckled as he danced about Kokoro, Sigil Warping around her, and leaving behind clones of himself until she found herself surrounded by four copies of the Necromantic prodigy. "You see, the magic of illusions and guile is my craft. Twisting the mind, tricking the senses, and abusing the sight people take for granted is our art form primarily, though Magi can master any magic or spell. Elven Arcana, Soul Reaper kidou, even our own spells...Nothing of the art of reiatsu manipulation is far from our grasp.", He informed her, though each word seemed to come from a different Kyro each time, until one waved his hand and the clones dissipated, leaving her alone with just the original. "So, what do you think? Are you scared? Apprehensive? Angry? Allured? Please tell me, because honestly, you intrigue me. We are so similar, yet so different that it begs exploration.", he said with a grin before he placed a hand to his chin in pensive thought.

The jig was up and now Kokoro was able to take a turn at questioning the Ryoka, or intruder, that had been right underneath her nose the entire time. Would she try to have the Magi arrested, even though he advised against it? Would she study him? The possible outcomes only made Kyro nearly itch with anticipation, though he kept a calm and reserved outward expression, just simply gazing at her in inflection based thought. Regardless of the situation and how it took it's twists and turns, he was prepared to do whatever needed to be done to continually accomplish his goal of becoming stronger while mastering these magics that few of his kind would ever attempt to snag, even so early in their careers. If he survived this, he would be a well known teacher who many magi would desire to study under. That sort of recognition would certainly grant him even at least a note of recognition with the Magic Council. That sort of influence would be necessary if he were to be fully recognized by Hel as one of her chief custodians of the damned.

Kokoro watches and listens with rapt attention and intrigue. "Oh ho ho. Far from fear and dread, despite our differences. Had you meant my harm, you would have done so rather than reveal yourself. Is this not true?" She grins broadly in a manner not abnormal for a twelfth division researcher. "I am a scientist first, then a soldier. And only a soldier out of reluctance." A soft laugh escapes her lips. She pulls a hidden cord on her leotard and her outfit transforms itself into a more fitting attire for a shinigami. That is to say, if one's uniform was supposed to be purple with a pink kosode and pink division markings. "I think we have mutual interests, don't you think?" She pulls her hair back in a pony tail, never taking her eyes off of him. "You intrigue me, in all honesty. Come with me to my lab. We can study each other," she says as she draws close to him. "What do you say, cutie pie?" If anybody were to question her on this decision, she would simply say that it was for research, and it is. The young soul before her, ancient race or not, was most interesting and worthy of research. Perhaps of course she could get her sexy hotty Vice Captain Zero in on this.

Kyro Steelword
- Magi -

User Image How entertaining was Kokoro's proposal, the ability to learn more about the Soul Reaper. The exchange was for her to witness and understand that spirits are eternal and that as empires have their rise and fall, that the soul cycle has had management since the beginning of time itself. The custodians of old never really died out, they had just been resting and enjoying retirement. Why now were beings like Kyro coming out of the shadows of the past? It had everything to do with the awakening of the Jokaisho energy, and the disruption of souls in the realm once more. Were there had been peace and goodness, evil had now awoken and the good had no more room to be complacent. The rise of a Vasto Lorde bold enough to even make a stand on the threshold of Soul Society itself was proof enough of that fact.

"I see, and by study...I wonder exactly what this entails, or if this is just innuendo implying you want me alone in your bed?", he questioned teasingly as he leaned in closer, attempting to steal a kiss from her lips with a playful grin on his own in the act. "In either case, I accept your most generous offer of hospitality, Kokoro-chan.", the necromancer said with a half-lidded look in his eyes. It was quite possible that they would be allies, possibly even lovers. Though his first and primary mistress was Hel, herself. The dragon goddess of the damned would demand his primary devotion, even in the face of such a prospect. It would just be something that would have to be worked around, and that was even if Soul Society wanted the shadows of the past interfering with the radiant dawn of the future. Would their own hubris seek to balance the cycle so much that they would demand that the Magi stay out of their affairs, or would they be able to work together?

Kokoro smirks at him and playfully pushes him back. "Now, I never said that we would go that far." She laughs softly and is about to say something else when another portal opens and a slight young man, who looks to be in his mid to late teens exits it. He is wearing a green hoodie and a pair of black trousers. The lad self consciously pulls his hood over his face, looking as though he was nervous about having come this far. The shinigami woman looks him over with incredulity. "Friend of yours, Kyro?" she asks, wondering if this was actually some sort of trap. Anxiously, she strikes a defensive pose. When it had been one on one, she wasn't so concerned, not when his reiatsu was lower than hers by a percentage. The startled look on the boy's face tells her that he hadn't expected to find anybody here. The boy looks over at Kyro and smiles politely, seeing at least somebody of his own kind. "Uh, wrong way?" he says rather unconvincingly. Kokoro face palms and relaxes. "Kid ..."

Kyro Steelword
- Necromancer -

User Image A foolish boy he had been to have taken Kokoro's flirtatious behavior as an advance on him. He felt even more foolish for having acted on impulse, and then to be rejected the taste of her lips against his was a jilting feeling that stung with a bitter pain of regret for having even tried. There was no need, though, to let it sour the mood, and so he made no visible facial expression to allude to the disappointment. Though there was another development on the scene that would draw his attention from the lack of intimacy, and that might cause this conversation to turn into a sort of party.

A portal tore open and Kyro lofted a brow at the newcomer as the only technique by which anyone could travel dimensions, known to the Magi, was Kyro's own Magi Portal technique. If this kid was even capable of the ability, this would demand applause, and of course, it could have also been a fluke. The kid did not seem to have intentionally wound up here, and by that means, the cause of travel must have been of the accidental sort, and would require correction. There was little time to address the issue of his transportation, as Kokoro was asking the silver haired Necromancer if the younger magi was a friend of his. This was easy to dispel as he waved a finger at her and shook his head. "I have no friends, well, except for you I suppose. A Necromancer is..well, a grim profession among our kind. It is likely he has never entered the Necropolis or entertained the idea of studying the black arts as I have.", Kyro chuckled bemusedly at the notion. "My training was destiny, the great dragon goddess, Hel , blessed me with her power before birth...Now I judge the dead, and punish the wicked souls into the realm you Soul Reapers know as Hell. Hel's guardian skeletons, you call the Kushanada.", he explained, giving Kokoro insight into the forbidden realm were Soul Reapers dared not to tread, yet observed carefully. It is likely they would have overlooked the Necromancers who actually managed the place, and mistook them for sinners, or Togabito.

Kyro then waved his hand to the younger magi, before chastising him. There was a lack of manners that needed to be corrected, and it was a slight he would not let slide, "Introduce yourself already." It was clear that as a higher level magi, Kyro would have some form of command and respect among those lesser than himself. It was the order of things in Magi society, especially if somebody wished to study under another of higher skill to learn what they had to teach, and gain strength of their own. Kyro was just one of those people whom had a few prospective pupils who hoped that he might notice them. It was, however, a known fact that he had chosen nobody to study underneath him, and rejected everyone who had dared to approach him on the matter thus far. It was a foolish notion to try, and the younger magi might know enough to know better than to try, but simply to obey and behave under his watch and care.
