Central 46 Chambers "Justice, balance, and leadership by example. That is essential to being a judge of the Soul Society."Quote: The Central 46 Chambers Compound (中央地下議事堂, Chūō Shijūroku Shitsu; lit. "Central Underground Parliament") Building is a highly restricted area in the Seireitei in Soul Society that serves as the headquarters of the Central 46. Quote: The Seijōtōkyorin (清浄塔居林, Tranquil Forest of Residential Towers; Pure Pagoda Forest) is where the Central 46's members reside. It is the only place in all of Seireitei that is completely off limits to all except the Central 46, no matter what reason they may have. Generally speaking, the judges are not required to actually live in these residences, but they are each assigned one to do with as they please. Quote: This is where your character shall go when he dies and you shall plead your case in front of the Judges, giving any reasons why you lost or what you think you should lose in exchange for it. When someone commits a crime they are brought here.
The first room is a long white entry hall way with double doors at the front and back of the room. Generally people wait under guard in the entry hall as they prepare in the Courtroom beyond. The Courtroom is a circular room with Judges seated in stone benches that surround the circular ground where the person they are judging stands and presents their case.
When you arrive PM one of the Judges as they may be involved in something. If you dont get a response from one of the Judges PM another mod so they can play an NPC Judge. Note To become a Soul Court Judge, only the 1st Seat Judge may appoint said position. In the case of there being no head judge, the responsibility falls upon the Inquisitors or a Mod. Just like the Gotei 13, there's a very limited amount of positions; in this case, only 6. In the Gotei 13, the Captains get to appoint their Lieutenants, and therefore the leading Judge may appoint other Judges. Major Rule Death Sentence - =========== Whenever a character dies, they gain an item called Death Counter. This item never goes away, cannot be stolen, and is soul-bound to the character for all intents and purposes. Each time the character dies; A Judge, Exquisa, or Necromancer will assign them a Sentence [A quest] that they must RP out doing in the Afterlife in order to earn Ressurection or they can Reincarnate [CC], spending any Death Counters they have as currency on the new character, if applicable. A Sentence's RP length = 500 words per Death Counter, and these words are not usable for EXP, Ryo, or Techniques. EX: A character has 3 Death Counters, they must RP 1500 words in the Afterlife, before being allowed to return to normal RP. Quote: Judges1st Seat - Open 2nd Seat - Open 3rd Seat - Open 4th Seat - Open 5th Seat - Open 6th Seat - Open NPC Judges Junshiro Katsaru [NPC - Jake23482]

Kokoro appears in the court and looks around. "What the hell just happened? Last thing I remembered was flirting with Vice Captain Hotty Hot, Zero." She looks around and then down at her white kosode. "Aw, s**t. Seriously? Ok, Judges, what do I need to do to get back to work?" She does not play when it comes to her research and development for the Soul Society. The purple haired woman sighs and looks around to see if anybody else from their group arrives.

Junshiro Katsaru -=Soul Court Judge =- Junshiro Katsaru, one of the members of Central Forty-Six in charge of delegating laws concerning the Southern Rukon Districts had been called forth to preside over the case of a death. This was one of his least favorite things to do, as it usually meant that one of the lower ranking members of the Court Guard squads had finally met their end, and it was time to cycle them through the mortal coil against their pleas. Though, having reviewed this particular case file, it was pretty clear that Kokoro had no chance to choose her destiny, she was just slain in an instant, and by a Vasto Lorde class Arrancar. "Tssk...Language like that will not be condoned in these sacred halls, you of uncouth lips. As for your Death Sentence...", Junshiro said with a pause as he looked to her with great disdain. He had no respect for those who would sink to profanity and a lack of decorum, even in the shock of facing their own mortality. "I, Junshiro Katsaru, of the chambers of the Central Forty-Six, hear-by declare you guilty of being too weak to shape your own destiny. It is worthy of a punishment of moving onward into the cycle once more, but if you can stand to meditate on your weakness, and what you can do to overcome it..You will be free to leave these halls. Try to leave them early, before you have found a satisfactory answer to the question, and your soul will be purged and recycled, consider it a forfeit to the challenge.", He said coldly before placing his seal on the decree of her Death Sentence, and tossing it to Kokoro.
Once she grabbed it, the seal would transfer to her body, and sink inside her form, making it so that the sub-sequential challenges provided by other judges after a death would become harder to satisfy until eventually she would be overcome and be forced to accept the inevitable. It was how the Judges typically dealt with those who showed an obvious sign to persist among those they loved despite the fact that by all rights, death and entropy should be their reward for their demise.
With that done, Junshiro left the room, flicking his pony tail styled hair over his shoulder casually. He then stopped before fully exiting to leave Kokoro to her meditations, and he looked over his shoulder while adjusting his glasses. "Do not tarry. Hurry up, and leave this place. Weakness is sickening and has no place among these halls.", he said coldly before leaving her now. It was clear that she would have to grow and impress him before she would ever get so much as a kind word or any sort of acknowledgement beside the ant to a boot type treatment.Note: Kokoro gains 1 Death Counter and must RP 500 Words Meditating on her lack of strength and what she can do to overcome this lack of power before she can return to general RP among the "living."

Kokoro turns towards the voice of the judge who then promptly rebukes her for her cussing. "Well, you know, honey, the situation does tend to bring the fire out of anybody taken in such an underhanded maneuver. Listen, don't you worry about my apparent weakness too much. I was taken by surprise and I will not allow such a thing to happen again." She then forces her zanpakutou to wake up on pop out of his sword. "As for you, meat head." She decks the draconian man, or rather punches the tall creature in the collar bone since he is too tall to punch in the face. "You were too busy being obstinate. Now help me out of this mess by being a good boy and stop being obstructive." She grins broadly with narrowed eyes. The look of a woman who could currently bite the head off of a bear, but still do so quite politely. She grabs him by his scales and yanks him down into a seated position next to her and then sits on his lap, which is no mean feat seeing as he has no legs, but rather a long serpentine body ending in a tail fin. "Hmm, well, sugar. Let's think this over." The black water dragon nods without protest. Her punch was only half hearted and he knew it. As for being called sugar, the purple haired creature was long used to her flirtatious ways. Besides, he could tell she was already ready to reawaken and become who she once was. Death was not new to her. The counter was, however. This was an insult and chafed against his very being, but he says nothing and guards over her as she uses him like a throne to ponder upon the best way out of this mess that he had partially created. With that, she leans back and rests her arms on his and crosses her legs while she sits on his coils. Her eyes close and a soft hum can be heard emanating from her throat while she concentrates. The hot judge did not bother her much with his rebuke. One of these days she will be among their ranks. Kokoro channels her internal energies on something that had been nagging at her since she entered the twelfth division for the first time. It was something familiar about this whole process. She had been vaguely aware when she had come into being that the most recent life was not her first and had the edges of deja vu, as if she had been through all of this before. Yes, she was even filled with the sense that she is weaker than she once was. A cost that had been extracted for some reason must have caused this. The judge knew little about her and probably never read her entire case file, which was clearly too thick to be bothered with anyway. Not for such a short time allotted for a simple matter as this. Twirling her purple hair with one hand and his with her other hand, she distractedly stares out into the distance. Not a single fig will be given about the appearance of this relationship. Meditation was only one component to this. His very suggestion of it was enough permission for her to release the lock set upon her by the exequiesa who had gotten the drop on her in her last life. Ninja life never suited her anyway. She funnels her reiatsu into the spirit block only to discover that very little of her reserve energy was left. The jerk had devoured some of it. Such a nuisance. Something else was missing. Loosing her reserves into her primary reiatsu, she uses this extra energy to search further. Kuro Ryu is not passive in this, either. He wants her to become her former self once more, or at least remember it. It was not something in his power to do for her on his own, however. Another lock, deep down, is found. Her eyes flash open wide, flashing from purple to pink and back as the lock simply falls open within her. "Kuro Ryu, babe, the doctor is back."
