Nara waited outside of the door for what felt like hours, slowly becoming increasingly aware of how pathetic she must look. Before she had a chance to dwell on this for too long, the door opened, and Yuki brushed past her, telling her that she was on her way to deal with the Menos threat on earth. Nara wondered how this young girl was informed quicker than she was, but that would have to be discussed later. If there really were multiple menos-class hollows present on earth, countless lives could be lost.
Nara found herself impressed by the bravery of the seemingly-innocent shinigami. There was obviously more to this girl than the eye could detect, if she was willing to take charge and go to earth at the first mention of trouble. The 10th division could use more people like her, Nara thought.

Bella stumbles down the street, barely able to walk. What is wrong with her eyesight? Why was everything a big blur with dark patches? She finds herself slumping against a wall and uses it to steady herself. "..." She vomits profusely and wanders up a few meters before collapsing at the entrance of the Tenth Division. "H ... Heh .... hel .... help .." she strains to say, feeling completely out of sorts. Her once flushed face is now pale and death is in her eyes. She has no ability to care how disheveled her appearance is with only one geta on one foot, no haori, and her hair is an absolute rag mop, to say nothing about the rest of her appearance. It was clear that something bad has happened to her.
Callum was on his way to Division 10 to speak to his cousin, Nara. As he wandered through the hallways of the division, he was not stopped. He visited here quite often, to ask favors of his cousin. With a cousin in such a high station, and who put such value on family, what choice was there but to exploit it to the fullest? However, as he arrived at the vice-captain’s office, he found that she was gone on some meeting with the head of the hi clan. He wouldn’t be surprised if the Hi meant to stab her in the back. That clan was partially responsible for the fall of his own, and the Hi and Sanada were to blame for the shame that the Ellerose lived in to this day. They could all take the sokyoku like their old patriarch had, for all Callum cared.
As he made his way out of the division, he nearly tripped over someone laying in the middle of the path. He looked up in fury, ready to yell at the idiot who would dare get in his way, until he reaslized that he recognized that idiot as his own cousin, Bella. Callum knelt down, rolling her onto her back, and giving her face a few gentle slaps, to wake her from her unconscious state.
”Bella? What happened? Can you speak?” His voice was as concerned as it could be. He looked around for a passing shinigami. ”Alert the 4th Division! There has been an attack on a member of a noble family! Go!”

Hebi Sakushi
Reiatsu 102 | Speed 15 | Strength 20 | Defense 20 | Stamina 20 | Intelligence 12 | Spiritual Power 15 Hebi continues to wander the Seireitei, until he happens to come across the 10th Division headquarters and hears a loud concerned voice inside. That mentions the 4th Division in fact. His curiosity peaked, he wanders inside to find a woman in an absolutely disastrous state of appearance, clothing and hair an utter mess. She is extremely pale and has collapsed, just laying there. “Well, this is quite terrible. I shall do what the 4th does and heal this poor, poor woman. Nagare o tomeru, Azuma no tsuki no taka-sa ni tatsu megami! Chiyudo #20 Kessen!" He makes the gestures needed for the kido, and then continues to make unneeded but strange looking gestures as if they were also part of it. In fact, his tone is not that of a concerned healer, but more of a conversational one, and the kido’s incantation is spoken in a very bored tone. He then speaks to the young man knelt beside her. “Do you know what happened here, young fellow? This lady’s state is just awful, and definitely wasn’t come by normally.” His tone is that of curiosity and interest in information, not that of a concerned physician. His tone also speaks of recognizing who they are, and not really caring.

Bella groans and coughs up a bit more of her stomach contents. "Ughhhh ... mmm ..." Slowly she opens her eyes and reaches up at Callum. "Cal ..lum." She looks over at Hebi and even in this state makes note of his handsome face. 'Hot ...' she thinks. "Wh... what happened ...?" she groans and rolls off of her chest, revealing a severely damaged kosode with some blood on it. Her hakama only knotted on. She was clearly roughed up cruelly. She strains to remember what happened. "I was out ... had a date ... broke up ... bathhouse ... went to bar ... met ex ... hooked up ... too drunk ... something about graves ... maybe ... gray hair ... creep ... punched him ... tried to go home ... damn it ... why do I hurt so much?" Bella is slowly gaining coherency. "What happened?? I feel like .... hell." She attempts to sit up, but winces and lays back down. "Damn that b*****d ... whoever he was ..."

S A W A K O ☤ H A G I W A R A It was just going to be a simple drop off of a few documents and then returning to the department to work on experiments. As Sawako approached the 10th Division, there was a small crowd beginning to form. She squinted, trying to see what was going on. There were two people hovering over another- a blonde haired woman who was lying down. Was she...dead? The scientist gasped in shock, hugging her stack of papers as she hurried over to see. "Oh my goodness! Is she…" she started to ask, looking the blonde over. When she got a better look, it turned out...the woman was still breathing. "...still alive. Oh, that's good" she said rather flatly. Well, so much for a new cadaver. But hang on, she recognized this girl, as well as one of the men around her. They were in the Ellerose clan, weren't they? Maybe this might be interesting to invest some time in. She did have other things to be doing, but they could just be put aside for now. Upon closer examination, she noticed her tattered clothing and the presence of blood. It also appeared she was vomiting quite a bit, poor thing. "...Well, I'm still interested. Let's see what I can do- Oh! Excuse me~" Sawako spoke before nudging the medic aside to collect a sample of the blonde's…"refuse". She set her papers aside and took a cup and scalpel from her bag to scoop it up.
As Callum looked down upon the broken, bloodied body of his cousin, a member of House Ellerose (if only distantly), he felt his anger begin to well up. Somoene had disrespected her, despite her family ties. By extension, someone had disrespected his clan, something Callum was not willing to abide. His cheeks flushed red with anger, his fists clenched, and he began to grind his teeth.
Callum moved away to allow the medics to attend to his cousin, who had come to and began to speak. He listened intently, hanging on every word. He filed away every detail of her story, hoping that her broken sentences would turn out to contain a clue as to who had done such a gruesome thing to her.
More shinigami began to arrive at this point, but Nara was still nowhere to be found. Callum grabbed a passing 10th Division Shinigami, practically barking his order at them.
”Inform Vice Captain Ellerose that a member of her Clan has been attacked. Now!”
Callum practically shoved the young girl, who scurried off to go find her vice captain. Callum returned his attention to his kin, who had begun to speak in clear sentences now.
”Bella. Can you remember anything else? Anything at all?” His voice sounded concerned enough, despite the rage that boiled within him. He had never been particularly fond of his cousin, Bella, but he also was not fond of most people.
Callum stood to his full height, when he had finished waiting for his cousin to reply. He would find who did this. And make them pay. He turned to the other shinigami.
”See to it that she is cared for. She is a member of a noble family.”
With that, Callum walked away, in the direction of the bath house. He would find out who did this. He would find them, and make them pay.

Reiatsu 102 | Speed 15 | Strength 20 | Defense 20 | Stamina 20 | Intelligence 12 | Spiritual Power 15 Hebi gives the 12th division member a brief odd look as she collects a sample of the puke. He will never understand the weird science types that the 12th division is made up of. He makes a call for several unseated 4th division members to come out and retrieve the injured person before he makes his way to the 4th division. He can be pretty sure that the 3rd seat will already be on this, and will want to speak with him since he was here first. He felt he had already done his job by healing them up to where they will survive the injuries, but the 3rd seat was irritating like that. He hated having to talk to the guy, for reasons of his own. Oh well, what can he do. He has to listen to those seated higher in the division than him. At least, as long as they are seated higher in his own division.

Bella groans as she is transferred onto the litter. She flops her head back onto the mobile cart and sighs. How had her life come to this ... this indignity? She's an Ellarose, damn it! She deserves to be treated better. Okay, so she discarded the use of the name in favor of her mother's middle name, so what? That was just politics. That was just seeing if a name was really worth using and if it gave any advantage. She regrets not taking advantage of it instead of buying into the nonsense of not using her name in favor of standing on her own two feet. "Damn it ..." She frowns and sighs as she is carried off to Fourth Division.

S A W A K O ☤ H A G I W A R A Carefully putting her acquired sample away, Sawako would smile at the doctor. He was giving her an odd look and she thought she knew why. "Don't worry, I left you plenty for your own purposes, mister medical practitioner" she'd say to put him at ease. The other guy was trying to speak with the victim, alas in vain as she was simply too weak to carry a conversation. She on the other hand continued to search the girl up and down, moving her torn clothing with her scalpel. What she found was some mud that was worth cutting off the cloth it was dried to and placing it in a baggie. Eventually, more Squad 4 medics would arrive and she would be carted off to the 4th Division to receive further medical aid. Unfortunately, she didn't get to finish her in depth analysis of the girl. Oh well, there was always later. As for the upset man, he walked off with the clear intent to do something- perhaps unbecoming of a shinigami. But none of that was the scientist's concern. "Well then! I better get back to work! If you'd like to know what I found, stop on by my lab" she encouraged with her persistent smile. Sawako would proceed to head inside the 10th Division to drop off her documents and then return to her own division for tests. With the puke, she was hoping to find what her body was rejecting and perhaps the mud would give her a location
