"NO s**t SHERLOCK." Raven Shouted into her comms, obviously in pain from the attack. she broke her blood barrier and began to circle it around her. preparing it for her next attack or defense, she was part of this fight now, she couldn't sit back and observe. " you need to not make eye contact, he's got presence as well, he's also got his own magic that is not connected to that orb of his." she thinks over Soko's plan and nods. "we only get one shot at this, and Veg now has the monsters attention." Raven casts a large blood rune of light, allowing her friends to get a boost to those who were able to stand in the light of the spell, and prayed that it did not catch Vaylens eye, she was sure she would not survive another head on attack from him. Raven climbs onto Soko's back and holds on. "3...2...1...go." Raven activated her Quick Silver. in one second she was in front of Vaylen, at 2 seconds she had jumped off Soko and launched herself at the orb and grabs it. the rush of power from the orb itself and the amount of blood inside was overwhelming. unable to contain the power or control it she shot out a lance into Vaylen, piercing his shoulder before retracting it and running away before quicksilver ran out. not wanting to leave behind any blood that Vaylen can use once he realizes what she had done. "running now. i'm so running."

Soko smiled as he saw the perfect shot,readying his fist of fate soko activated illusion, the area was suddenly filled with sokos. charging with sonic sprint soko slammed Valen hard:in the gut, sending a shock-wave from the impact.

The Blood Knight
The cunning wench had managed survive the orbs attacks and even put up a pitiful defense but to his shock she even called forth darkness itself to defend against his ring and as the explosion washed forward vaylen brought up a guard and shook it off with ease though now they were not alone. One of the other fools had come to her rescue but it was no matter he would scorch them both, calmly he rose his hand to draw the seal only to have it rupture painfully fallowed by many more ruptures along his body untill the raging bafoon from bfore rose from his own shadow. Roaring with rage and pain Vaylen rounded on the newcomer only to have his orb vanish and a blow like now other collide with his gut shattering his bloody armor and wounding him greatly, enough was enough and with a thrust of his mighty wings Vaylen launched himself into the air and began drawing a massive seal with his own blood. Before he could cast his spell however his eyes caught the one thing he hated more than any other as the first golden light of the sun broke over the horizon, the effect was instant as a second heartbeat could be heard and as he slowly lowered to the ground his body began to warp as another pulled away from him almost like a spirit. then without warning it snapped back and replaced Vaylen and as Christave looked around him at the destruction his twin had wrot a simple no was mumbled. "NO! NOT AGAIN! VAYLEN WHY MUST YOU DO SUCH HORRIBLE THINGS!" the man shouted with tears in his eyes as he dropped to his knees and banged at the ground in frustration and agony untill blood from his wounds and tears from his eyes stained the ground around him.

Raven dares to look back to see if she was being followed or if the boys had been defeated, and hoping that the monster had been dealt with. though what she saw terrified her as the demon shot up into the air and began drawing a very powerful rune. "shitohshitohshitohshit" "guys run, he's casting a mega spell." Raven began running again, she knew cover would be as useful as a paper bag over her head. she feared that she would not get out of the blast range. she was expecting a blast of magical energy any second now, though what she heard was the painful wails for a recognized voice, slowing her run to a stop she turned to see her mentor slamming on the ground. she couldn't understand or chose not to understand but either way she began to walk closer to Christave.

 Galvin LicoriceA few moments after the battle ended, Galvin came out of the scorched and crumbled building that fell on him. While he was only slightly effected by the crumbling of the building... he had a spiderweb fracture in his mask and a bloody streak running down it while there was a hole in the back of his hood that had his hair standing up out the back giving him a familiar look for anyone who watched old kid shows. No he did not actually have a hole in his head, the wobble put in the spike by Raven caused it to graze his head knocking him out cold for a moment. "Can anyone tell me what happened and why I have someone's blood on my face?" He said as he tried wiping it clean to see.

Veg
The crack of the whip silenced all as Veg wrenched Christave back by his throat with his deathly weapon and held him in place against the mans struggling "Galvin tend to the wounded, but not this one hes mine", the calculated furry still permeated the mans voice as he drew a seed from his pouch and tossed it next to the struggling man. At once it sprouted into a mass of vines that snatched the man up and held him in the air while painfully stretching his limbs and keeping him from struggling much as Veg made his way where he could be seen by his captive. "You have some explaining to do" as he spoke from his sleeve came huge wasps of a menacing red and black color "And every time I don't like your answer one of my pets will sting you, their venom will cause extreme pain so I suggest you don't ******** up." Veg's eyes were sharp and cold as he stared down the man now at his mercy yet he broke his glare for a moment while he looked back at Raven "Are you alright Raven?"

"banged and bruised, but no serious damage, got a consolation prize of that monsters blood orb, despite where it came from it could come in handy, though what i want to know is why my mentor in sanguine arts is currently in the position that the demon is suppose to be in." Raven brushed across the gash on her cheek, her eye beginning to swell from the back hand, but aside from that they come off relatively unharmed, none of them were in any life threatening danger. "i'm going to look for a save Crystal. i'll come back when i've found one."

Soko was in shock at first, seeing the man's entire way of being. he saw the pain, remorse, and utter self loathing, but before he react veg was upon him. gritting his teeth he swallowed before walking up placing his hand on veg's shoulde"Veg put him down, he's not Hyde,he is Jekyl. The look of a broken man, leve him he lives in hell every day, besides i can't stand beating on the weak leaves a bad taste.

Veg
Veg was relieved when she said the damage was minimal yet as he turned his angry gaze upon his captive he was surprised to feel a hand on his shoulder and hear the voice of soko asking him to release christave and even making a case for him "What if its a rouse and he changes back into that monster". Then something happened that surprised him most of all "Vaylen will not surface again until the last rays of the sun vanish from the world, before that happens I have to give this place a grave worthy of all the innocents my brother slaughtered and get as far away from civilization as possible". Veg looked up into the eyes of the man held before him and as he gazed into the mournful abyss his own softened, with a wave of his hand the man was set gently down once more "then in that case wel help you and send you on your way but I promise you that if your lying to me ill make you regret it."

Raven returned from her trip, by pure happenstance the save Crystal was not that far away. she managed to catch the last part of Veg's of the conversation. she nodded to herself in agreement. "Veg you can bring life back to this area, the dead cannot be brought back, but you can bring new life from them. each body a new tree, and i know the first that should receive. she placed a honest hand in his. hoping her words would bring comfort, not only to veg but to Christave as well. "i will escort my mentor away, i will know if this is a trick or not if he truly is my mentor."

Veg Veg closed raves hand in his gently then with a nod unzipped his hoody style jacket and draped it around her while givng her a smile that still held the star struck gaze he always had when he looked at her despite her wounded face it made no difference to him she was Raven and to him she would always be lovely. "Youd all better run" he spoke calmly and as he did so his entire body became living earth yet he winked a glowing eye at her before he began making his way towards the center of the destroyed town, as he went the ground around them began to shake and shift. AS he moved through the town he looked on at all those who had fallen to the one Christave called Vaylen, they gave this purpose yet it still made Veg sad to see them in such a horrible state but he couldn't let that break his resolve it would take full concentration to do what he was going to do. Once in the town square he saw where the guards had made their stand their corpses littering the street after the massacre that had befallen them but all that would not matter soon and as veg made his way to the central point of the town he gently moved a body aside so he could take his position. At this point he had gathered all the mana he would need yet he gathered more and more ensuring the job be done the first time rather than risk a partial failure which at this point would be unacceptable. Once he was satisfied he held his hands aloft making the earth under the town shake violently until he raised them high and slammed them back down, the resulting quake was massive as it cracked the ground and crumbled the remaining buildings yet crumbling was not enough as thier stones were crushed into more soil and sand. Now raising his hands once more a hill formed as he dropped a seed that quickly responded and shot a truly massive tree high up over where the original buildings once stood. A moment of stillness passed then sudenly the slight twinkle of seed catching the morning light filled the air around the now swaying tree and as they landed the resulting effect was one of a kind. Beginning at the roots of the massive tree green grass and flowers erupted to life and spread like a wave of life itself returning the place where ruins once stood to nature. Then where every single person had rested sprouted a sapling and where mass groups had lain a large young tree sprang from the ground, finally a rainbow danced across the field as the rare crystal lotus flowers veg had given to rave bloomed and caught the morning sun. Exausted Veg slid to a sitting position in the roots of the great tree leaning against it for support until finally he slipped into unconsciousness for a well deserved rest.

Galvin Licorice Galvin had simply sat there at first as he couldn't see any survivors to save. He almost was completely oblivious as he was stitching at his hood when Veg said to run. As he got up to get out of there, he was fairly behind the group to the point he was caught on the perimeter of the destructive wake and had to use his speed spell to lower the vibrations that were knocking him over. Once he was out of town, he wondered what was the purpose of doing that when someone could have just gone to the next town and told an NPC to get a colonization party together and clean the place up.

"dont over do it." she gives his hand a light affectionate squeeze before letting go and making a run for it, tying his jacket around her so as to not loose it. on the way grabbing Soko's collar and dragging him along. "no talk, running now." once at a safe enough distance she watched Veg's power unfold, the landscape changed entirely. once was rock, and burnt earth was now life and growing fields of ever expanding flowers. once the limit of the spell, either by its range or mana, Raven ran back to check on Veg, such a feat would be strenuous, and she would not see her hero of the day be unprotected without care. upon reaching the tree where Veg rested. Taking off his jacket she used it as a blanket for him before moving out of the way to look at the field. "i guess i should do something with this blood." she spoke aloud, more to herself than to anyone else. walking for a change to the bottom of the hill she began to use the blood to draw runes. lots of runes. lots of palm sized runes. working her way around the hill, lapping over 2 and a half times before the orb had been used up. beads of sweat poured down her face, the salt stinging in her cuts, she endured, long enough to cast the runes spell skyward. after a moment or two, drops of rain began to fall. the small water blast runes she cast were powerful enough to shoot up into the air to condense into clouds and cause it to rain. "for the tears that cannot weep." in a slow trudge Raven made her way back up the hill and took a seat next to veg. before she had realized it, her head rested against Vegs shoulder and she was asleep, the tree they rested under protected them from the light summer rain.

Galvin Licorice As the rains poured down, Galvin took notice of the crystal flowers and began to study them, first he started with collecting pollen and making a visual analysis before he went to pick it. Unannounced to him, his rubbing of the leaves, stem and peddles would probably wake up Veg before he actually plucked the plant. As he started out with a Q-tip, he took samples of the Stamen as he excessively collected powder's from it and then collected from the Pistil so that he could have a basic genetic profile. Galvin moved on to measuring the thickness of the stem between two fingers as he rolled it and marked what kind of stem it was. Just before he was about to pluck it, he was rubbing the leaf to see what kind of oils protected it from sun damage and what kind of veins it has.

Veg Without a word a vine launched and wrapped itself around Galvins arm pulling it away from the lotus as Veg sat up next to Raven and allowed his jacket to slide off him till he used it to tuck her in like she had done for him, he then stood and dusted off his bandaged chest before shaking his head solomly at the good doctor. He then calmly made his way over to the man and knelt down to gently stroke the flower and look at his friend with serous eyes and a shake of his head once more fallowed by a gentle smile before he raised his hand and shifted it into earth then taking a seed gently from the plant he planted it and grew Galvin his own personal lotus. Once it had fully matured he picked the flower and set it gently in the mans hand before holding up his fingers a few times to represent the number twenty four and pointing at the sun, he then calmly moved back over to Raven and drew a large rolled smoke with a tinge of green on the end and lit it with his lighter to enjoy.
