Drake and Logen both stopped bickering when Saphira sat down and when she offered Titan some sausage he took it with delight and even flapped his wings a few times,then it flew form Drake's shoulder and landed in a set next to Saphira and Drake smiles.I am sorry I am just use to having male cats,but she is cute.He says still with a smile then she asked if the two of them where brothers and Logen smiles and laughs.We might as well be I have known Drake my whole life,we trained together and when we could we both enrolled here but to answer your question no we are not brothers.He says smiling before he starts to eat some more food.Drake looks over at her warmly.You know you can have your little friend out now,and if I may ask what made you think we where brothers?He asks as he takes a few bites form his food,then he seen the piano and a smile formed on his face.It was in the corner of the room and used when the dinning hall was used for a dance or something. I want to play it.He has played it before but he would have to ask again.

Saphira Gently stroked the bird as it came to sit next to her. ”You’re amazing Titan.” she complemented the bird and gave it another piece. As Drake was suggesting that she could bring Boots out, the kitten jumped out on her own. Boots stared at the bird for a moment before hissing at it and pawing out a few pieces of sausage from Saphira’s plate. ”Boooootss…” she whined softly. ”Sorry about that she gets a little jealous and territorial sometimes…” Saphira told them with a soft sigh. She pet the Phoenix one more time and pulled the kitten into her arms to feed it.
The girl then looked over at Logen as he spoke of their friendship. So they techinally were like brothers. ”Oh… umm, well…” Saphira laughed a bit awkwardly at the question, ”You both look similar except for your hair, and you two seem very close…” she answered with a shrug. Saphira looked over at the piano as well, ”Maybe you should go play then…” she suggested as Drake expressed his want to play the piano.
Drake and Logen laugh softly when her cat hisses at Titen who just leans his head to one said clearly confused at the little ball of fur.It's alright that was pretty cute honestly Drake says with a smile on his face,he then took a few more bites and then stood up and walked over to the piano and sits down.Logen smiles and looks over at Saphira.Are you doing alright?You seem a little tense.He says as he looked at the girl with worry on his face and in his words.They may not always seem it but both Drake and Logen where both really caring people and they always went out of there way to help people,Logen's eyes moved form Saphira to Drake as he starts to play.

Boots had finished her sausage and glared at the bird again. She hissed at the confused bird once again. The kitten simply sat in Saphira’s arms glaring at the red bird. The girl tried to calm Boots down by scratching it behind the ear. ”Yeah… She’s adorable, one of the reasons I love her so much…” she said quietly and gazed at her kitten for a moment.
She watched Drake as he got up to sit at the piano and then turned to face Logen when he asked her if she was alright. Saphira blushed, slightly embarrassed. ”Yeah… of course, I’m fine…” seeing his worried expression, she sighed, ”I’m not tensed…” she reassured with a small smile, she wasn’t sure why he seemed so worried about her. Saphira was just nervous around new people, it took a long time for her to really get used to people. She didn’t really want to bother people she’d just met with her insecurities. That might just push people away from her.
As Drake started to play the song, Saphira was in awe. The music was so beautiful. She could sit here all day and just listen to it, ”Wow… Drake has an amazing talent…” she mostly muttered it out loud mostly to herself.
Suddenly, Boots hissed and jumped out of Saphira's arms. The kitten furiously launched itself at Titan. "Boooots! No!" Saphira squealed, trying but failing to catch her jealous kitten.
Logen seen her blush and couldn't help but give her a gentle smile,he could read Saphira's face like a book and the way she spoke just made it to obvious.Alright hun,but we don't bite.He says warmly and with a smile,he then looked over at Drake and smiles. Yo Drake do the one you did for your sister it's a good song.He says and Drake turns and smiles brightly.Good pick man.He says as he turns back and gets ready to play then he hears Saphira yell something and looked back in time to see her cat launch it's self at Titan who spread it's wings and flew up,but upon seeing the cat could get hurt form falling so far he softly caught the kitten in it's talons.Holding just tight enough to make sure the little kitty wouldn't slip Titan flew to Saphira and gently put the kitty in her lap,then went back to it's set and sqwaked again.Drake smiled as he looked on before turning back to the piano and started to play and sing .It has been a long time sense Logen heard Drake sing and it seemed like a good time to finely have him let go of what happened.

Saphira looked over at Logen when he spoke. She smiled lightly and nodded, ”I know…”
She couldn’t help but watch Boots’s reaction when she was caught by Titan. The kitten squirmed and squealed under its grasp. As the kitten fell into Saphira’s lap the scared animal dug its nails into her arm. She winced, letting out a quiet, ”Sssss…” With her free hand, Saphira pulled Boots away from her arm and held her close. Luckily, Boots was only a kitten so the wound wasn’t deep. She quickly pressed her lips against her wound to stop the blood flow. Saphira glared at her kitten but didn’t say anything, she knew Boots was jealous about her paying more attention to Titan. It was partly Saphira's fault.
The girl kept her kitten securely in her arms and then looked over at Drake who had started to play and sing a song that seemed very special to him. Saphira couldn’t help but smile and close her eyes while she listen to it. She took her lips away from her wound when she felt the blood flow had slightly decreased and then turned to Logen, ”This song is amazing as well, he must really love his sister…” she said with a smile, ”Where is she now? Does she go to this schools as well?” she asked curiously.
Logen looked on as her kitty dug it's claws into the her arm and when he seen blood he slowly reached over and put his hand over the wound,his hand slowly warmed up and a soft orange light came out form under his hand.The soft heat took away the pain,then when he moved his hand her wound was gone then his hand moved and softly pet the kitties head.You shouldn't hurt a friend little one.He says Boots with a smile,then he looked at Saphira his smile was still there but it was hiding sadness.He don't like to talk about her but yes he cares for her deeply to say the lest.He looked over at Drake who was thinking of another song to play.His sister is in a wheelchair but unlike Drake she is has no gifts,Drake blames him self for what happened but she is not one to pass blame.He says then he looks back at Saphira,and gives her another smile.Drake's sister is what drives him on,and it was Rose who showed Drake to play the way he dose.He adds as Drake starts to play once more this time his eyes where closed,he didn't show it but he could hear them talking.

Saphira was about to pull her hand away from Logen’s touch. She hadn’t expected it. Once she saw the orange glow, she realized he was trying to help. So, she kept her hand in place. The pain subsided and the moment her removed his hand, her wound had completely healed. Her lips formed into a smile, ”Thank you…” she said with a polite nod. Boots purred happily at Logen’s touch, the kitten really wasn’t paying much attention to the man’s words.
The girl’s face fell when Logen told her about Drake’s past and his sister. ”Oh… I… I’m really sorry to hear that…” she said sympathetically. ”Why would he blame himself?” she asked curiously. ”What…” Saphira quickly cut off her question, fearing that she was treading into a sensitive topic. She mentally hit herself for being rude. She'd just met these two men and she was asking such personal questions. She had to control herself.
”Well, she really taught him well…” she complimented, trying to quickly change the subject. ”Oh, his sister’s name is Rose?” she asked when he mentioned the name. Saphira then turned her head towards Drake to watch him play. She gently scratched Boots behind the ear and slowly started to finish her lunch as well.
Logen returned her smile with one of his own.Your welcome hun.He says warmly as he looks down at Boots with a smile still on his face. Just don't show Drake any petty he hates it when people do that.Logen says looking back up at her as he pets her kitty's head lightly.Drake's powers made there self's known in a very painful and violent way,he got angry at his father for augmenting him and in a burst of energy and heat Drake brought down half of his house.Logen says as he looks down at the cat.His sister was hit by a support beam form the waste down she can no longer walk. He says then he looks back up at Saphira.Yes her name is Rose. He says with a smile,he then seen Drake stand up form his seat and stretch slightly and yawned.He then headed towards Logen and Saphira and smiles.Now I am really hungry.He says as he sits and starts to eat and Logen just laughs and shakes his head.

Saphira nodded, ”Oh… don’t worry, I won’t…” she knew how it felt when people showed her pity. Especially when she told them about her crazy past. She hated that feeling. The girl completed the last bit of her lunch and then listened as Logen told her about the incident that happened. Saphira couldn’t help but sigh sadly. Drake really would have suffered. He probably still was.
Saphira usually internalized her feels, so she’d rarely ever told anyone about what happened to her family a year ago. She had locked away her sadness deep within herself. That was why she’d always concentrated on educating herself and trying to practice and hone her powers the best she could. One day she’d get her revenge. She stared down into her lap and tightly gripped the cloth of her skirt with her hand that rested on her thigh. Saphira quickly blinked away the tears that threatened to escape her. She promised herself she wasn’t going to cry until she accomplished her goal.
The girl took a deep breath, ”I can understand why he feels that way…” she muttered, mostly to herself. Suddenly curious about something, she turned to face Logen, ”Logen, why are you tell…” before she could complete her question, Drake had finished playing the piano and was heading back to the table. For her own comfort and attempt to keep her sudden flow of emotions in check, Saphira pulled Boots close to her. Boots looked up at Saphira confused as to why her friend's mood had changed so suddenly. The girl then turned her neck and smiled at Drake as he returned to his seat, ”You played wonderfully!” she complimented. ”I’m sure you are… after playing the piano so long…” she joked with a small giggle.
Drake was now sucking down his food at a fever pace then he stopped and looked up. At the training grounds,sure I will be there after I am done eating. He says to seeming no one before he went back to eating,Logen looked over at him and couldn't help but laugh at how he was eating.I guess you have training to do?He asked and Drake nods as he got done with his food and stood up and took off running towards the door he looked back at Logen and Saphira and smiles.You to play nice now.He says with a little wink before he literally disappeared.Logen had a hint of red on his face at Drake's words,he then turned to Saphira and seen her eyes had tears welling up in them and he gives her a gentle smile his blush still there as he spoke.I am sorry Saphira,but I though you should know him better I speak for him when he can't find the strength to.He says then he turned completely to her.If you need to talk then please do I am here if you need a friend to talk to. He says warmly and wholeheartedly and with a smile that could melt ice.

Saphira quietly watched Drake as he finished his meal. Once he had finished, the man stood up saying he had to go train. This reminded her of the fact that she had been heading to the pool to train before she’d met Professor Landvik, Drake and Logen. The girl simply smiled, seeing the rush he was in, ”Maybe you should slow down, you wouldn’t want to get a stomach ache while training…” she warned.
Soon, Drake got up and bid farewell. Saphira smiled and waved, ”It was nice meeting you Drake, hope to see you around!” she said then simply laughed and shook her head at his comment. She then turned to face Logen as he explained the reason as to why he was telling her Drake’s story, ”You two really are great friends huh?” she asked with a small laugh.
The girl suddenly tensed, Logen must have noticed her slight change in demure. Saphira glanced at him for a moment. The caring look in his eyes made her want to tell him what was wrong, but she couldn’t. She had just met him, how could she just tell him her entire past. Plus, if she did tell him her history she wouldn’t be able to control her tears and keep the promise she made to herself. Anyway, who gave her the right to bother others with her troubles? Everyone had their issues. She didn't want to add more for them to worry about.
Saphira quickly placed Boots back into her bag, ”I’m sorry Logen… I can’t…” she murmured with a slight crack in her voice, giving him a sad apologetic look, ”I’m sorry…” She glanced at the clock on the wall and stood up, swinging her bag over her shoulder. ”It’s almost time for my last class of the day… I should go…” she told him. Saphira smiled weakly at him, ”It was really nice meeting you Logen, I hope to see you around again… Thank you…” she said before turning and heading out of the dining hall.

Logen had wanted to stop Saphira form going but stopped him self,after all he had no right to stop her.Alright then take care,nice meeting you as well Saphira.He says as warmly as ever as she left.Logen stood up grabbed the three trays and dumped what was left in the trash before putting them on the counter to be cleaned,he then turned and walked towards the doors to leave his hands in his pockets as he walked.He then put his hood up and exited the room in a poof of smoke and fire.

"You have me mistaken for my elder brother.."
The dinning hall was full of students and continued to be filled. Anyone skilled in healing was healing the injured or were trying to save the already dead. Figures dressed in black were sprawled out on the floors. Standing before the bodies stood Luca wielding his unsheathed katana. Along with Luca were a few students who fought alongside him. Luca..do you think our message got through? One called to the Djinn. Luca sadly looked over the now filling dining hall. What has his brother done? Turning his gaze back to the door only to see more and more figures trying to enter. "We can only pray...this ward will keep them out.....as long as I stay strong" Luca said sadly watching his protective barrier being bashed and attacked. The pressure of holding the barrier being battered was taking its toll. Willingly Luca stayed strong. Luca would periodically leave his barrier and defeat the hooded henchmen. Stumbling backwards with katana dragging against the marble, Luca was caught by other students. "....I'm fine.."Luca said shakily standing up. Adding more power to his ward.
Walking into the dining hall, making an s/bee- line around all the strange creatures that were too busy hitting something to notice her. Elriede looked around. 'I don't even know what's going on, and it's irking me, I feel so out of place.' She thought to herself. 'I'm missing some fantastic information right now, I just know it.' Taking a quick scan of the room she noticed Luca. He appeared to be hurt, or tired, or both really. Walking over to him awkwardly she stood there and looked periodically around her, and then back to him. 'I really should just hack into the school cameras.' She thought. After a moment of awkward silence and seeing other students panicking she turned her full attention on Luca. "Other than the fact that you guys are being attacked, what's going on exactly?"
