Vanadis was glad to feel Kurmirou shivering underneath her as she tickled him. She was disappointed when he didn't flail all over the place. She didn't have much time to try and get him to flail or really do anything as suddenly they were diving towards a huge fluffy mist cloud.
Hanging on for dear life she quickly caught the gist of what he was after. As he was beginning to flip upside-down she kicked off him (lightly enough that he didn't move or receive damage). As she began to fall she made sure to curl up into a ball as if she was a cannonball falling into a pool. A loud and excited 'Veeeeee' could be heard just before she hit the cloud bed.
Now that she was out of sight she quickly uncurled herself so she could land on her paws and not hurt herself. The bed of mist was too big for her to walk out before the buzzer would sound so she sat down and waited for it to disappear. The buzzer soon sounded and the mist began to dissipate. She missed what Kumirou had done in those few final moments but chose to ignore it. She wagged her tail at him while grinning. Giving him a quite bow she turned to the audience and did the same. Then she was running towards Gormlaith as gracefully as one could. She stopped next to her trainer and they both bowed (Gormlaith actually curtsied) to the audience one last time before leaving the stage.Gormlaith had watched earnestly for Vanadis to tickle her opponent into making a fatal move for the contest. However it seemed their opponent had the upper hand at this stage and did a spectacular final move. She kept her expression blank save for a look of mild concern from watching her pokemon fall from the sky (more like dive most ungracefully). She wouldn't let everyone see how nervous she was over that final move the Altaria had pulled.
When Vanadis finally appeared out of the mist and headed over she smiled at the crowd. She gave a wave and curtsied with her Eevee next to her. Then they headed off the stage to await their scores.
