"Oh, so you are a traveler!" said Arorangi enthusiastically, kneeling down on the ground and beginning to scoop up more debris into the dustpan. His hands were getting drywall dust all over them, but he seemed not to mind, whistling out an absentminded tune. "I would love to travel more, but I did not get the chance. I do now, though!"
His eyes moved up to Clyde and Arorangi's grin widened a little.
"Cruises are very fun, I hear!" he said brightly. "I think if I had a million dollars, I would take all of my friends on a big trip, you know! Take a big vacation, all together, see the world!"

"Yep. That sounds fun, if you ever do, take me with you ok? Though I heard this job had plenty of opportunities to let me go see the world anyway. How true is that?" He was defiantly liking this guy a lot. "And how do I fill out the paperwork to get there?" Clyde swept things into piles for the dust pan. Team work right? He lazily worked about taking his time.

"Yes, of course!" said Arorangi beamingly, grinning widely at Clyde as he dumped things into a pan. "You simply submit a vacation day request! Trainees have one day off a month to go where they like! I have seen parts of the world already that I did not realize I would be seeing."
He thought for a moment about this, tapping a tattooed fingers against his chin.
"The last mission I was sent on, I went to some place in Asia! It was quite hot."

"Anywhere in the world? Only once a month though?" That was disappointing. he wanted to travel more often. And for more time at a time. Maybe it would get better with time though. "Where in Asia? What did you see?" clyde was interested. at least some of the job seemed fun. "Perhaps you and I can go out on the town sometime. Please tell me they are least have a bar on the island for the non vacation days."

"Yes, once a month!" said Arorangi brightly. "I hear that once you are allowed off, but if you are promoted, then you get two days off! I would like to have more days, but I think you have to work more!"
He dumped some debris into an empty bucket. "I was there to do some research of possible sightings of creatures!" said Arorangi with a laugh. "I was mostly in the heat and a place I do not remember, I did not see much, sadly, except for the camp I was with!"
He seemed positively thrilled that he'd been asked to do such a thing, Arorangi's smile widening
"Yes!" he said cheerfully. "There is a bar! I have never been to it, but I heard it is in the town! I would very much enjoy going to get a drink with you!"

"I don't mind a little hard work for longer breaks." but even only two days off sounded like a bad deal. oh well, not much he could do to change it at this point. "Well that sucks, you went someplace you can't even remember. Well, there is always another time right? I will have to hold off on the drink until my first paycheck comes in, but once it does, I will invite you." he swept up another pile.

"Sounds like an excellent plan to me!" said Arorangi brightly. "We can celebrate your first paycheck with a good, old fashioned drink and relax at the bar together."
He looked positively excited about this idea, Arorangi shoveling more debris into a pan.
