Rishima lifted the pearl up, looking it over closely, before he his younger sister a happy sort of smile, "Thank you sister, I will treasure it." He said as he closed his his hand around the sparkling gift that she had given him. That it was a gift from one of his sisters made the gift that much more precious to him, made it something that he wanted to hold onto and protect with all his might. He would need to see about gathering some materials so he could make it into a necklace, he wanted to be able to wear the gift that she had given to him. It was a piece that inspired a bit of hope in him because it showed that there were good, kind sisters out there. "I need to head to where I left my boat docked, I am heading back to the main land soon, I have someone waiting for me there. Will you walk with me, sister?" He asked of her, wanting to talk with her for a while longer if she wished to come along with him as least as far as where he'd left his boat.

A nod came in answer to Rishima's words about treasuring the pearl. Ariya was glad to hear it. She would have hated the shiny object to go to waste. When she thought about it she became pleasantly surprised yet again. The young Alkidike hadn't been distracted from the conversation as was the norm for her. Something about Rishi seemed to keep her attention and she was sure it wasn't just his hybrid status. "Of course." The offer to walk with him was a welcome thing, it meant she could speak with him just a bit more. "Could you tell me about them? This person waiting for you?" Now she truly was curious. Ariya found she wanted to know if it was an earthling or an Alkidike. Perhaps even another hybrid. Was it male like Rishima or female like her? She kept these questions to herself, however, as she figured her brother would tell her if he wanted her to know.

Rishima gave a smile, "Thank you, sister." He started to walk along with her at his side, heading toward where the boat was waiting for him. It wasn't too long a walk back to where the boat was stashed but even so it was a nice to have someone to share the walk with. He nearly tripped over his on feet when Ariya asked if he could tell her about the one that he'd mentioned, about Gerrraden. He turned toward Ariya, then back ahead, his cheeks a bit flushed, his antennae twitching. He supposed that he could do that, tell her about him, no reason not too though she would actually be the first to hear some of what he might say. Turning to look at his sister, giving her a smile, he said, "Gerraden, one of our hybrid brothers. He's a lot like me, both half Shifter and male, though he was raised to be more in touch with his Shifter side then I was. He's also quite a bit younger then me." He said, antennae twitching again, before he continued, "He's a kind young man, he's actually one who is quite curious about what goes on here, both about our sisters and our Great Mother. It was how we first met, when he was on the opposite beach looking this way." Best to leave out how he'd first met him when Gerraden was trying to sneak over, wanting to keep the younger male out of trouble for that incident.

Ariya kept pace with Rishi easily, though she was smaller than him she seemed to stride well. When she noted that her brother had nearly tripped she eyed him a bit but brushed it off and focused on where it was they were walking to. Hearing about another hybrid had her tilting her head. "Hybrids are more common than I thought." The Alkidike toyed with the idea, though she didn't seem upset about it. In fact she smiled when she heard that this Gerraden wanted to know more about his Amazon side. "I would like to meet him. Of course I don't think him coming here would be a good idea." Rishima had said he was in good standing with the elders, that held sway, but if this other hybrid did not then perhaps it was best he not make the trip across the waters.

"To a degree, yes, there are a good number of them out there though they are a bit scattered, all doing their own things." It could be a good thing though, if they were gathered together in too big a group it might make it too easy for their more 'traditional' sisters to attack them. At least scattered they might draw less attention to themselves. That was he hoped for at least, not wanting to hear that more of them, or their supporters, were attacked. It was bad enough that the sisters were targetting the hyrbids but he'd seen them go after a pure blood sister just for having a hybrid child. They really were going too far. Turning to look at Ariya once more he gave a smile, "I am sure that he would like to meet you too, sister. You're right though when you say that it's not a good idea to bring him here. The world is in turmoil, some of our sisters are using too strong a hand when it comes to trying to get rid of those they don't care for, and I don't want to risk him." He explained, coming to a halt when he got where his boat was waiting for him, "Once things are peaceful once more then maybe, just maybe, I can bring him to meet you." He saw no reason to keep Gerraden away from the other sisters, at least not when things were calm and they were no longer a threat to him. He knew he might be babying him but given that he was older it was his job to protect Gerraden.

Ariya smiled a little as she thought about the number of hybrids. Just how many were there? Were they all like Rishima? "Can you tell me about each one that you meet? When you come back I'd like to hear about those you met, brother." When they reached the boat she stopped and looked at it. A curious thing really. A hollowed out log, more or less, that stayed afloat. Of course some boats were better designed than others but the concept remained the same to her. "Give Gerraden my best then." She paused for only a moment before she stepped closer to the male and gave him a hug.

"I can tell you about them when we next meet if you like." He offered, feeling that it would be nice to talk with her again at a later date about their hybrid siblings. He wanted to talk about them, to let others know that they were kind and wonderful people. If enough of their sisters knew that then maybe more of them would stand up for them instead of letting their 'traditional' sisters walk all over such people. That was his hope for the future at least, especially given that his dear sister Jerarda had little hybrid babies of her own. Giving a smile he returned Ariya's hug, the drew back, smiling at her, "I will be sure to do so once I get home." He said, turning to his boat, putting his hands on them, and pushed it into the water, stepping into it once it was afloat. Turning to look at her he said, "It was really good to meet you, sister, and thank you again for the wonderful gift." With that he started paddling forward, toward the shore. He needed to get home, back to Gerraden, to check on him, see how he was doing, and get back to helping with building their house. On top of that he needed to get to work making himself a necklace out of the pearl that Ariya had given him.
