Physical Description: Strong defining features tend to set Alder apart, with a wild mane of red and orange hair long enough to roughly comb back into a ponytail, a square face, thick eyebrows, purple eyes, and a square jaw. He typically wears a tan poncho over a black t-shirt, white pants, and black sandals. In colder temperatures, a large, loose sweater and black shoes replace the airy poncho and sandals.

Personality: Friendly, personable, and welcoming, Alder is always ready and willing to lend an ear or offer a helping hand to anyone that needs it. Both people and pokemon are given the same level of respect, regardless of age or species, and he takes his job of protecting them very seriously. While an infrequent occurrence, he won't hesitate to remove a pokemon from an abusive trainer to protect it.

History: Born and raised in Unova, Alder spent most of his life in the region with pokemon, and eventually rose to became the Unova Champion. A few years later he relinquished the title and spent some time wandering Unova. When requests for League members to attend a panel in far-off Kodo came, Alder immediately agreed to go and speak. During the course of the panel at the raided convention, he learned firsthand the dangers of Rocket activity in the region and decided to stay in Kodo to help. He's been in the island region ever since.

Personality: Sweet, gentle, and motherly, Petra is extremely invested in protecting others. She's very tolerant when she knows someone's heart is in the right place, but she does not let her kindheartedness cloud her judgment. Petra is very experienced with what she does and will not allow a situation to be jeopardized by someone acting foolishly; when the dust has settled, the individual can expect a stern reprimand and instruction on how to improve. Those who have never seen Petra in action may think her a pushover from her small stature and soft heart, but when she's on duty, it isn't difficult to see how she came to be appointed the regional commander of the Special Operations department.

History: Petra served as a member of Kanto's Special Ops for many years, building her experience and distinguishing herself as an officer. When the Pokemon League decided to set up a department in Kodo, her name came up as a candidate for a promotion to commander and a transfer to the island. Although she was reluctant at first to leave behind her teammates, she was swayed to accept the promotion after reading up on Kodo's situation. Since coming to Kodo, she's been working very hard to increase the department's numbers and to make a difference in the region.

Physical Description: Scruffy brown hair, deep brown eyes, always has a smile on his face. Wears comfortable clothing (jeans and loose tshirts) when not in work uniform. Prone to wearing silly articles of clothing, especially hats.

Personality: Friendly, laid-back, and amiable, Avery is quick to crack a joke or do something possibly injurious to himself if it means cheering someone up. He has little sense of dignity and almost no shame, so he has absolutely no qualms wearing funny hats or embarrassing himself if it makes at least one person laugh or feel better. While his behavior can be considered childish at times, he is more than capable of being serious when necessary, and will not hesitate to put people in their place - albeit he'll do it in as polite a way as he can manage while still getting his point across - when they need a firm reminder. He takes his job very seriously.

Physical Description: Red hair and green (almost teal) eyes. Has a multitude of scars over his body; visible scarring includes one facial cut, a series of slashes on his right arm, and small cuts on his left hand. Usually wears a white jacket over casual comfortable clothing. Wears a gun tote and a sword. Has a somewhat intimidating appearance between the scars and weapons but can typically be seen with a soft expression.

Personality: Luke has a kind heart and dedicates a great deal of effort towards helping others, wanting to fight on behalf of those who are unable to fight for themselves. He is quick to chastise himself for his own mistakes and shortcomings but is typically overly forgiving towards others. Luke hates hurting others but will do whatever it takes to protect himself, his pokemon, his friends, and innocent individuals. Although many awful experiences have jaded him, he remains idealistic and constantly works towards bettering himself and the world around him.
