He grinned, maybe he was doing it right if she noticed. "I'm glad I don't," he wouldn't want to scare her, he wasn't a mean guy and he could feel an echo now of the man he used to be, joyful, perky and helpful. It had been so long since he had felt his old self that he had forgotten how nice it had been.

"I would if you don't mind, I have given their description to someone who helped me out when I had a cold, and the more eyes around the better." Who would have thought that the first two people he really talked to besides the people whos houses he had occasionally stayed in would be so kind as to help him. He felt gifted, blessed. "If I can ever return the favor, let me know."

He couldn't remember the last time someone had used a nickname for him and it caused him to blush. "Thank you, Ming."

"Quite, we should prevent that from happening," he grinned more. Enjoying the banter back and forth. He winked back.

At her offer he almost swallowed his tongue. "I would be most grateful for your company, I haven't had a close friend in a long time and I find I quite miss the companionship," that she was also gorgeous was just a perk. A most welcome perk. He gulped but was open to her approach he was just not quite sure what to do. Hit by inspiration he gently grasped her hand and kissed the top. "Thank you for everything Ming." He said it gently and sincerely.

Isolder ran his hand through his short hair. "Its not the easiest thing to work through no. To have lost them all, is devastating." He peered up at the blue sky the sun warm on his face. Then he got curious, "Does your brother look like you? If you don't mind me asking. My brothers mostly look like me, except for our noses." He placed a finger on his own nose in evidence, "They all have long hair too, or, at least I think they do, they might have cut it." His own was cut during the battle five years ago, and he would only grow it out when he had found them again, although it was much more manageable this way, so who knew, by that time the last thing on his mind would be his hair.

"I like your swirls, but I guess they would be a bit less convenient on a guy," Isolder rubbed a hand over the crystals on his forehead, as if to make sure they were still there but it was just a habit.

"Well I've looked in Jauhar over and over, maybe they went somewhere else, but I have no idea which direction. I have been quite helpless for too long, I had hoped that they would return to Jauhar if they haven't been here the whole time."

"Maybe if we tried the towns again."

He blinked as she hugged him but slowly put his arms around her and rested his forehead on the shoulder. He had missed comfort, companionship all of it, and here she was offering it freely simply because he desperately needed help. And with her sure confidence he couldn't help but believe her.

"I think we should start with the big towns first, I'll need to go get supplies if you want to go home and let them know where you will be, I wouldn't want your family worried."

"Of course I can walk you home," he smiled, it would make him feel better if she was safe too. "I'll get supplies while you talk to your folks." Then there would be time to maybe check another city before night fell and they would have to make camp or something.

"Your parents arn't opposed to somewhat raggedy young shifters are they?" He chuckled, taking in his own appearance.

He smiled at her and placed his hand in hers. Trusting her to lead the way and protect his fragility from her family. Of course if they had raised someone as kind and sweet as her then he shouldn't have to worry too much. He liked her for her, her exotic coloring just made her more interesting.
