The idea of her having a sprite was interesting. Though she wasn't sure she could handle a little thing trying to dictate what she did all the time. Ming'we smiled at the memory of one sprite she'd met. "A Nondwa would be pretty." She admitted. The blonde could just picture one with beautiful colors. Ming giggled and nodded her head. "I shall. You took my mind off subject and I completely forgot what it was I was doing." Of course she was teasing him. When Careele reminded her of the color of his radaku she gave a nod. Now she remembered. "Oh yes, you did mention he's quite the lady charmer." The hybrid started to look around as they walked. Maybe she would get lucky and the familiar would just waltz right up to her.

There was a moment where he would have made the comment that it would complement her. She was quite the looker herself, but that would be overstepping boundaries, especially when he grabbed her hand. “I think it would suit you.”“Well, we’ll get back on track.” With her nod, he gave another quick glance around. It wouldn’t be a surprise if it took a little longer to find him, but it would sure be nice if he would give them a break. “He sure is something else, that’s for sure.”- The radaku turned his head at the sound of a faint laugh floating through the forest’s noises, his feather upon his collar swaying with the motion. There was a woman in the area, no mistaking it. He slowed, curious.

"Yea?" Ming grinned. Maybe she would see about getting a Nondwa as a familiar. She was sure it wouldn't be easy. After all she'd have to train it. Still, it was a thought. "I'm sure he is. He sounds like a handful." As Careele looked around she did too. Leaning forward so that she could peek around trees they passed and even under any plants lucky enough to grown on the forest floor. "You said his name was Siern, right?" She thought about calling out for the radaku to see if he would come to her since she was a girl.

“Yeah, I think it has to do with the gentle aura. Maybe even the wings.” They were always one of his favorite familiars to spot during the night. The soft glow of their dust was magical. “It’s a labor of love with him.” As much trouble as the radaku put him through, he would never think of getting rid of him. As they moved and looked through the foliage, the shifter shook his head with a small smile. The brat was his first successful taming and they had been through a lot together. “Yeah, it’s Siern.” What was Ming’we planning?

She nodded her head as he described the Nondwa. He was right. They did seem to be very gentle. Not to mention their wings were very beautiful. Sadly she had yet to see the creatures at night. Ming'we gave a soft laugh at the mention of how things were with the radaku. The hybrid imagined that no matter how much Careele complained about the beast he didn't seem to mind all that much. "Siern! Here boy!" She called out. She waited for a moment to see if there was any response. The blonde was hoping that her being a girl would make this search easy. Otherwise she wasn't sure how to find a radaku that could blend in with his surroundings. "Do you think he'll listen?"

It was always a great feeling to make someone laugh, and Careele seemed like he was on his A-game with Ming’we. He was rather surprised that she called for Siern, not quite sure how well that would go. He couldn’t think of a time when the radaku had actually come to a call. Something to work on, that’s for sure, “He actually may. He never comes when I call, but who knows? Your feminine whiles may win him over with just the sound of your voice.” As the unfamiliar voice called out his name, the radaku perked in curiosity. He had to investigate. Moving silently through the brush in a step above his normal pace, he began closing the distance between them.

"Feminine wiles?" The blonde looked at Careele oddly before she shook her head and giggled. "I have no such thing." Ming'we looked around at their surroundings and hoped she'd spot the radaku. "Ohhh Siern~ Here boy." She called out again. Ming wasn't even sure if Careele's familiar was close enough to hear her.

"Well, he doesn't know that just yet, now does he?" the shifter said with a grin. Careele kept his eyes peeled though, searching the underbrush for a hint of movement. Him being quiet was probably for the best, the radaku never eager to come when called by him. - The scent of female moved through the radaku's nose, his tail nearly wagging. He was closing the distance between him and the search party. Staying low to the ground, his stripes hid him well, even for his odd coloration and they came into vision. He wasn't too keen about the fact that his master was there, but he watched the hybrid female, waiting for a moment to strike.

"You don't think he's wandered too far do you?" Ming'we was curious. Did the radaku know the area? Maybe she should have asked that. Perhaps there was a spot he liked. Her antennae twitched when she heard movement off to her side but when she looked it was just a small rodent scurrying away. "Does he have a spot he likes to go to?" She brought her gaze back to Careele.

Careele shook his head with a frown, "he's never had a particular place to hide, he just wanders." That's probably why they worked well together every once in awhile, that wanderlust was their primarily bonding mechanism. It obviously worked out so well. "In theory, he should stay relatively close. He likes toying with me," though she shifter said it with a laugh, he was still slightly saddened by the fact. Though, catching sight of her movement, he couldn't help but ask "Did you, uh, sense something? I'm sorry if that's not the right terminology." - Though the rodent had looked like a tasty meal, the radaku had his eyes on the prize. Namely the female in sight. He had been near Alk camps when visiting littermates, so he knew how close was too close. Any moment now...

Seeing Careele's expression she gave a frown of her own. Ming'we felt bad for him since he clearly wanted to have a stronger relationship with his familiar. So she gave him a hug. "I'm sorry." It was all she could think of to say. Ming kept the hug short and when she pulled away from him she smiled. The mention of her sensing something had her reaching up to touch her antennae gently. "No, I think that is the right word. And I did, but it was just some rodent."

“It’s okay, thank you.” With a small smile, he returned Ming’s hug. It was a small comfort that he didn’t know if he needed. He was never sure of his life choices, especially if Siern had anything to do with helping him feel like a failure, but he always wanted to help. With a nod, he glanced around, “Makes sense.” He still felt slightly awkward about his phrasing, but he didn’t quite know what else to add. Siern flicked his tail. So his master was with another female. He needed to investigate and he knew only one way about it. With a soft growl as the two pulled away from each other, the radaku ran out of the bushes, making his way right for Ming’we. He made a leap towards her, tail wagging like a puppy’s even with all of the surprise “attack.”

She looked around again and was about to call out for the radaku once more when she heard something moving. Ming'we looked toward the source only to see the creature coming right at her! Her pure blue eyes went wide and she had enough time to gasp before she was basically tackled. The blonde stumbled back then fell onto her bum with the familiar on top. After the landing she blinked at the beast then broke out into a laugh. "Found him!" She declared.

With little hesitation, Siern gave the hybrid a lick on the cheek before laying across her lap. She wouldn’t be going anywhere for a while. Careele just looked like he was going to drop dead on the spot from the concern and embarrassment. “Siern! You shouldn’t tackle people like that!” he said as he brought himself to the ground, looking over Ming’we with concern. She seemed to be taking it well for being tackled. “Are you okay? I never expected him to do something like this…” he trailed off, shooting a glare at the overly contented radaku. The shifter knew was no use trying to pull him off. He was in his happy place.

The lick to her face had her closing one eye and wrinkling her nose but otherwise she still laughed at Siern. Ming'we gently pat him when he settled down in her lap. The blonde gave a nod to Careele. "I'm okay, though I imagine I'll have a bruise later." Not that it bothered her any. She leaned forward so that she could get a better look at the radaku and then poked the beast in the side gently. "You could have simply asked for attention, silly."
