Forgive me if I'm asking a really dumb question, but I feel like two of the rules contradict one another:

The first says "Please signup ONE max character of each existing faction (ie: Hunter, Horsemen, etc))"

While on down in the ninth rule it says "You can sign up REGARDLESS of what faction your character is currently but because it is AU"

My question is this: If I have Halloween characters (no Horseman or Hunter), am I allowed to sign up for one character? Or can I sign up with two?

I don't mind signing up with just one if that's the requirement, I just want to be sure that I can't sign up two because God knows I've neglected them for too long! :'D

Yes that basically means you can choose any faction to sign up, but if you want to sign up with a second one you'd either have to create a quest of a cahracter in a different faction, or pick a character from a seperate faction!

So if you have Halloween chars, you can sign up one char, and then quest for a Hunter/Horseman for example to make your second! No worries, quests get extra bonuses anyway @ probability for being picked for custom

I'm curious about a few things as well!

I second that one question about the factions all my quest chars are Hallowedn Students and my one and only official char is a Halloween student so does that mean I can only enter with either a quest char or my enrolled student? (I'm not interested in having a Hunter or Horsemen quiet yet)

Also will our actual chars remember what happens to their AU version like in the Seven Kings meta? Where it's like a alternate set of memories? Or will their AU selves be completely separate from their actual selves? (Or is that not something that can be revealed yet?)

And finally I know this is a AU but I feel I should ask anyway Is there equal rights or semi equal rights for woman? The midevil period was not a glorious time for woman and a female masquerading as a Knight could be punishable by death in those times

I assume sense all our AU chars are Knights that rule is nonexistent but are woman treated badly or treated as equals?

Please check the post above about quest characters! I can't actually reveal what is happening in the storyline, just play it like your character has a blank slate and is AU. That's all you should know, though I guarantee your character in this current timeline will not suffer any long term consequence from participating in this event but may benefit in some way or another. That's as much as I can say!

Again this is AU. It means this happened in a different timeline from (our) timeline. In fact, if you want to think of it this way, the TiH timeline is actually entirely different from our existing one. To learn more about the "multiverse theory" here is a handy wikipedia link!. It is a common trope used in many "time travel" games/movies, and probably the most endearing/reasonable.

Tldr: the camelot you know and the medieval times treatment is a little different. It's still archaeic but think of it more based on "fantasy" knights than realistic. There is also no gender issue, in fact one of the great knights is also a lady knight! (Which one it is is a secret)

The weapon I'd like my character to use is a pare of weapons actually a Rapier and a Main Gauche is that allowed? The two weapons are often used in a pare and I'm wondering if they could just count as one

It will mostly be orps that are mixed but you will have prp options time to time!

WHAT AREE the rules on hair and eye color. Is it strictly human as in no blue hair, no yellow eyes, etc? Or is it anime medieval human where they are more lenient on weird hair colors?

EDIT: just talked to others and wanted to add, rules on tattoos / piercings? since these things could have happened in medieval times but rly I just want to be clear what this AU setting allows / doesn't =D TY
