With Mintaka back, the mirror faded, and with it Remarque's energy. He was tired, but his stubbornness wouldn't let him show it. There were only the faintest changes; he still stood up straight and carried himself proudly, but he was working to keep his breathing even. His eyelids had drooped a bit and he rested against Raven.
He would have powered down into his Eternal form now if he wasn't sure that the fluctuation of energy wouldn't have caused him to pass out. He was lightheaded and sleepy, but he knew it would pass. Food and sleep, that was all he needed.
"I suppose Raven's right, though. You two probably have a lot more to talk about. Mintaka," he paused, and then fished around in a pocket to remove a piece of paper. He'd thought ahead; his phone number was scribbled onto the sheet. Handing it over, he said, "Call us when you've taken some time for yourself. We'll help you figure all this out, get you settled in. And you," he looked to the Negaverse Agent. "…I'm sure I don't have to tell you to look after her. We'll have to have you two over for dinner some time, maybe later this week?"
He glanced to Raven, as if to make a quick effort to garner her approval of the offer.
