"Consider that a good thing," said Gale, with a hint of dryness. "The less you see of Allan I suppose is the more sanity you'll have in the long run. It's been a while since I've seen any of the division heads for that matter, I assume they're all wreaking havoc elsewhere."
Her next shot caught him in the side, almost spinning him around. Gale stamped a foot down to keep himself from sliding too far and heaved the weapon, giving a slight nod.
"Yes, and he's quite the piece of work," he said with a soft snort. "But, well, I suppose he has his uses."

"So I hear." She murmured. "It'd be nice to actually meet who's in command though." Claude was going to keep going until her shield collapsed, and it wasn't long before it did. As soon as it shattered, Claude straightened, and dismissed her pistol. She then raised a hand to Gale, to signify she was done fighting. "I haven't seen him either." HP: 0 / 50

"True," Gale conceded. "It's necessary for survival to know who the bosses are."
He desummoned his weapon as well, taking a small breath. "Mark isn't, er, really someone that you'd want to see anyway," said Gale with a snort. "But Caelius, the Division Head, he's on the Council as well. Him I would recommend at least knowing about regardless of division, he's not exactly the friendliest sort."
A severe, severe understatement."

Claude crossed her arms, quirking a brow at the young man. "Oh?" She made a soft sound of acknowledgement at the mention of Caelius. "So I hear. I haven't had the pleasure of seeing him in person either." From what she had gathered, and depending on who she was speaking to, that was a good or a bad thing. The trainee paused, thoughtful, and to a degree did find it engaging to pick a more experienced Hunter's brain...especially one as mild as Gale. It was a true blessing. "How long have you been here for?"

Gale snorted. "I suppose that's both a good thing and a bad thing," he said with a sigh. "Good because it means you haven't been exposed to his...temper...but bad because it most likely means he's up to something, which is always questionable."
His eyes flickered towards Claude, a slight smile on his lips.
"Almost four years," he answered. "It seems like both forever and not at all at the same time."
