For her summer dresses she has matching sandals for each outfit and likes adding her own personal touches to her clothing. Flowers and filigree in floral patterns are her favorites and she tries to incorporate them into her outfits.

Hair Style: Long and flowing...as if he's under water. Like this: flowy! maybe a lovely dark teal color so the red streaks will stand out?
Eyes: If not obscured by the hair, then very bright, innocent looking
Attitude/Nature: Sweet, caring, partially oblivious (I see him as being sweetly space invading without realizing it)
Clothing Style: lawl no clothes here! Not unless you want to give him like sea adornments... shells in his hair... pukka necklace, pretty shell earrings, that sort of thing. Have fun with the accessorizing! He loves looking nice!.
Pokemon Features: The tail (that gorgeous tail! Naga body for him!), the antenna, the long flowing ear parts can maybe look like colored streaks in his hair? The dots on the neck (basically all the pokemon features!)
