Though Mortdecai was excited to see a Caterpie, he glanced around. What if there was something better around here... What if there was something amazing and wonderful and... well... rare. He didn't usually think like that, but what if, ya know? He called Leto back to his shoulder, stroking the birds chest before nodding lightly with a grin. "All right bud, let's look somewhere else really quick. See if we can't find something with a little more 'umph'. If not, well. We'll go for it no matter what!" He said. The Chatot clicked it's beak and flapped at it's wings before nodding.

Mortdecai could see the other trainers coming up. And it'd been a while since he had actually done any sort of Pokemon catching. He ran off from the slumbering Caterpie. Hoping to find something else that he could catch.

[ And Pidgey it is. : D... what do I do now? xD ]

Mortdecai grinned at the sight of a Pidgey. Perfect. Something he could really train against. And something that Ryker could train against. He shifted his hand over the tiny Joltik's Pokeball before pulling it out and tossing it up into the air. "All right, Ryker! Let's do this!" The flash of red formed into a the small Joltik, it's small body shifting some in the grass. Mortdecai knelt down some, pointing toward the Pidgey across the way. "Get him good, Ryker. You're electricity can really get him down." He stated, before standing up and nodding toward the Pokemon.

The battle lasted a little while, with Ryker sustaining some pretty good injuries. But over all, Mortdecai led him toward the right path. He ended up throwing out a Pokeball and watching in anticipation as it rocked back and forth from the Pokemon deciding if it wasn't to be caught enough or had the energy to fight. Eventually it stopped moving, and lit up. He gave a loud holler before running forward to snatch up the Pokeball, looking down at it excitedly. "Yea... This is awesome!" He said, glancing at Ryker. "Good job, Ryker. You did great. Return." He said, recalling the Pokemon easily and deciding on what to do next.

Mortdecai smirked some. New friend, and now he could go explore more. He glanced around, pondering where to go next. He saw a girl walking by, eyes flickering, before he rolled his shoulders and moved on. He pondered where he should go next, his eyes flickering over the map. Leto glanced down at it, clicking his beak some before he folded his wings tight against his sides. "All right, Leto. Where too next? One or two?" He asked. Leto squawked and used his wing to point. "Totot chat! Area one! Area one! Cha!" Mortdecai grinned at his companion before nodding his head, packed the map up, and headed that way.

It didn't take him long to get over to area one, his excitement making him jog instead of walk. He could see all the trainers coming out. At the very least he could meet some new people now, right? He grinned at that opportunity alone. But let him try once more to see if he could find another friend to bring into his world. Someone who he could train to be perfect and amazing.

Hmm... a caterpie wasn't too bad for this area. Maybe going to a new area would be a good idea? However, which area was she to go to? Perhaps area three? Yeah, that sounded good!

"Come on Vine Leaf, we are going to Area Three to try for some more pokemon," She then began to walk to that said area. She was excited to get more pokemon for the glory of Team Rocket. Despite their terrible intentions, they had given her a purpose in life. Delta however wasn't too happy about being called Vine Leaf. It was his nickname when just walking around, so being called anything but Delta made this Snivy upset. Despite all that, Delta really liked Keita, so being called Vine Leaf was alright with him.

Mortdecai nibbled his lower lip at the sight of a Joltik. He had one, very recently aquired really. He tilted his head to the side and looked toward Leto. He could always use more. Keep one a Joltik and let one evolve later on. But the thought of getting one again so soon made him worry Ryker would be upset that he was getting another one so soon. In his thoughts, the Joltik escaped, and he was left looking around dumbfounded. After a moment he laughed and shook his head. "Guess I wasn't supposed to get a second one, huh? But we have another friend no matter what! What do you say we do some training, huh?" He asked. Leto made a pleased noise and nodded his head, chirping happily. He shifted forward and onto Mortdecai's head, flapping his wings.

(Rerolling for my area 3 try, switching to area 2.)

After coming across a pidgey, Keita and Delta worked to weaken it to a point they could capture it. However, Keita made a bad call, causing Delta to do an attack that was way too strong for the pidgey before them. Before they knew it, the pidgey had fainted ", Huh? On no! I can't believe I made such a dumb call like-... Delta?"

The rocket grunt couldn't help but let out her pokemon's real nickname as something began to happen, her pokemon evolving right in front of her into a servine. Oh wow! Keita truly had not been expecting this, and neither had Delta. While this was going on, the wild pidgey had woken up and flown off, but that didn't matter to the Rocket Grunt and her Pokemon partner.

"It escaped? Well how about we just try to find another pokemon then? I am sure there is tons of them in Area Two as well!"
