While this is basically beating a dead horse and (insert comments about how some need to be mature), I will say this.
I don't support what Fox is doing, but him making a guild to post copy-pasted versions of old matches and promos is not harming YOU. He's not stalking you in this matter, as he's not trying to harass you with it.
He's not trolling, as he's doing it for those that want to view their old content, but don't want to be part of another guild.
He's probably not posting anything "deceptive" in the guild, as he'd have literally nothing to came from it.
Anything information he posts that belongs to you specifically, sure. That's an offense. But say, anything he copy-pastes that belongs to me? You have no right to. That's my work, and would require me to report it.
He's not interfering with anything you do.
He's not distributing anything personal.
Honestly, there's not much you can report him for here, unless he's copy-pasting things you personally have posted against your will. Maybe the name of the guild, but even that can be a stretch. I can understand it irritating you, but you have no proof of that being his intention. It's pretty clear, he's doing it so people can view their old content.
I understand your frustration, but unless he starts bashing you in his guild or claiming anything of yours as his own, he hasn't broken any rules here.

I find it really funny that after all these years it's Chrono who whips out the TOS on another person in the community. Quote: misrepresent the source, identity, or content of information transmitted via Gaia Online, (such as claiming a created work as your own that is not actually yours) or otherwise infringing any intellectual property rights, trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, right of publicity or other right of any other person or entity Didn't people literally ask you to stop doing this not a month ago with your "Hall of Fame"? Asked you to stop misrepresenting their IPs and characters and work that is not actually yours?

Lemme add something here, as an aside. I think it's something we all could consider when we think on our perspectives of this matter.
Who the ******** cares? It's a guild where he's posting old matches and promos. Yeah, he's really pulling off a huge scam here, because no one's ever done that before.

Actually, this was included in the EWA rules prior to Fox's little stunt: "You also acknowledge that any/all match history from EWA is to NOT be uploaded, linked to, or otherwise eluded to except in your own character's profile/journal, or linked to community events such as 'best in the biz' etc, any thing else, is forbidden without the written approval of the participants in the match/event/etc approval, and the guild owner. " This was indeed acknowledged, I gave no such permissions. In addition, I'd like to point out that Mr. Fox will not be seeing any of his matches despite his best efforts.

He didn't break the Gaia TOS though. He broke your guild's rule. Ergo, you can ban him from your guild, but your rules don't automatically pile onto the Gaia TOS. For example, if I add "linking anything BBW related outside of BBW is against the rules" to my rules, that doesn't mean people who do it are breaking the Gaia TOS and therefore can be banned from the site. It means I have a reason to ban them from the guild.

Asked you to stop misrepresenting their IPs and characters and work that is not actually yours? What misrepresentation exactly? How did I 'infringe' upon their characters or their IPs? Did I 'force' them to do anything? I did not. They were apart of the guild, they got acknowledged simple as that. Though I find it humorous that people like Dion 'refused' it, yet it's in 'their' bio, and other people that were previously against it, are not making it into a big deal. Actually 'you' didn't ask me to stop, and if you would like your name off the list do kindly remove any/all EWA Championships and history from 'your' profile page. I offer that same consolidation to anyone else that would like to be removed from the Hall of Fame of EWA, you don't want in? Fine, remove anything that you've done in EWA, whether it's match history, titles or accolades from your profile and I'll more than kindly remove your name from the Hall of Fame, I'll gladly replace your character's name with 'Krispin Wah' or 'Chaina' or something to that extent.

I said People not Me.
And if you can't see how forcing someone's inclusion into something against their will when they publically ask not to be included isn't FORCING SOMEONE TO DO SOMETHING then yeah, there's clearly no negotiating with you. I am locking this stupid topic. You both can keep your dirty laundry to each other and keep it out of the social guild from now on.

Chrono Q Clepsydra What misrepresentation exactly? How did I 'infringe' upon their characters or their IPs? Did I 'force' them to do anything? Well, you DID force people into your HoF without their permission, and left their names on the list when several came out to refuse it. So you're really the pot calling the kettle black in this situation.
