"Fair enough." Elps shook Sphalerite's hand cautiously, watching for signs of foul play before stepping back, bowing. "After you. Admittedly in a proper fight I don't promise no magic." Elpis reminded. "This really is more sparring." But, hey, maybe being decent might convince Sphalerite to purify. One never knew, right?

Sphal chuckled, stepping back as well. "Magic I can learn to deal with later. But your magic isn't infinite, and I have no magic, so..." She shrugged, then settled herself, starting to circle Elpis. "It never hurts to have multiple ways of doing things." With that, she darted forward a bit and aimed a kick at the senshi's side.

"One step at a ti-" And Sphalerite attacked, Epis grunting before reaching to grab her leg, hissing roughly as she lashed at the Nega's leg, trying to grab it. The ogical part of her mind immediately bit on the angry part, reminding herself a surprise attack was always possible, but the senhi did try twisting as she felt skin, looking apologetic. Mostly.

Ha! She'd gotten the other surprised! Booyah! She winced and hissed when the other girl grabbed her leg and twisted, though, and reminded herself to go through with her movements. Circles. A dance. That was how she worked. Although...that could work to her advantage. She shifted, and brought her other leg up, forcing the other to take her weight. And the momentum of her movements.

Elpis grunted, but wasn't ready to balance a full human, and so dropped the leg, jumping back before cracing her fists with a grin. The other seemed to be more wide in her movements, and Elpis quickly rolled around a few memories of wrestling her brother and cousin before she moved and jumped on Sphal, laughing in a more amused than malicious way.

Sphal landed on her hands and knees as she completed the 'circle' of her motion, trying to get back onto her feet quickly...and finding herself with Elpis on her already. She had to give the senshi that; she was quick to recover. The Nega agent found herself on her back with noise of discontent. Pinned! Not cool!

Elpis gave herself an internal countdown before her body language changed back to a more social kind, and she got off, pulling Sphalerite to her feet with a grin. "I'm used to siblings, especially male siblings." Elpis admitted, sheepishly. "You're good, though, so we should both practice before we try much." The senshi was smiling warmly though, offering a handshake.

Sphal accepted the help up, sighing. "My brother and I don't really wrestle much." Not like the senshi would ever get to find out who her brother was. It wasn't like they could share civilian identities, and Sphal wasn't about to share anyways. Too risky. "Spar again when we see each other next?" It would be useful to have a senshi for a sparring partner...learn, and maybe recruit. Get the girl to see right. They needed every hand they could get in the war.

"Sounds good to me." Elpis smiled, shaking Sphalerite's hand warmly. This one was okay - she could even learn to not be mislead too far. Yes. Elpis could help. "Ad I can show you a thing or two." Next time. But not all her tricks - just to be safe.

"I look forward to it." She chuckled, shaking back. "Well...I'd best be going. Before someone comes along and gets the wrong idea." She didn't want to get the senshi jumped. Not when she could possibly bring her over through words and actions instead of force.
A choice. Always a choice.

"Alright. I better get too. See you around!" And Elpis grinned, bowing before beginning to move off, trusting the Lieutenant to find her way to her own home. Still... It had been a night worth repeating.
