"I don't really know if there is a big bad, or what they're like. But I don't think I would want to meet them, to be honest. At least not right now. I know I'm not strong enough to do much of anything, and I want to live long enough to make a difference."
And live happily with the woman he loved for a while. That would be nice, most certainly.
"Well, I can help you with the basic stuff, I guess. I'm not a senshi and don't know much about them, and I don't know about magic, either." He had never even used his own magic, and had no idea what it did. He doubted he would ever figure it out, really, as he preferred his fists.
"But I can help you with battle basics and the stuff I've learned from fights with the Negaverse and youma. I tend to stay at the carnival or patrol around there, so you can find me there whenever you want."

She wanted to pepper in in questions about his carnival, but held back, instead smiling. "Magic I do know," She said, rather gratefully. "But learning to throw better punches is never a waste of time. So this is your ground?" She tlted her had. Carnival? Do not pester. Do not pepper in questions. She couldn't hide the excitement she felt though.

"Never a waste, no. I have a lot of training in fighting and a lot of physical things to draw on from the carnival. So I can at least get your foot work and stances better, and help you through some basic battle moves. Really, developing a style is all about how you adapt once you learn the basics."
He was not sure either of them was up to a training session that night, of course, but they could always meet each other another time to practice, if she wanted.
It was a little awkward for him to offer. Maybe he would get better, eventually, at trying to be a teacher rather than just the one learning. At the moment, he still did not think he was experienced enough to really offer too much more than battle training.

"Sounds good to me." Ferris grinned, motioning. "Me? Most I know is how to punch a guy for being a jerk." She shrugged. "Not so much battlefield tactics as 'You are dumb, shut up' stuff." He worked the Carnivale? EVEN MORE AWESOME, but she managed to bite down on her excitement, nodding solemnly.

"Well, then come by the carnival some night, and we can practice a bit, okay? I'll teach you what I know, at least, and there is equipment there that is good for training and obstacles. It's pretty good, if I do save so myself."
He managed a very small smile at that.
"For now, though, I should probably get back to patrolling... we've been talking more than working for a bit now."
And Luxor was a stickler for working as much as playing: hell, he worked twice as much as he played, if he played at all. He was a very hard worker and he had built his carnival from the ground up, quite literally. And he would be a good trainer, though he would make her work hard, as well. Especially on his home territory, where he felt his most at ease and in control.

"I'd like that - sounds good." Ferris nodded. She mentally made a note to locate the carnival as soon as she asked Callisto about knights, and grinned ba, nodding before he reminded her about patrolling and she facepalmed. "Oh man! I totally forgot about that! I'm sorry!" She apologized, shaking her head. "Guess I had a ditz moment. Man I'm sorry!"

NovaCracker I think this is a fin for me. "You don't have to apologize. Come on, let's just go patrol for a bit together, then I should head back home."
He had someone waiting for him, after all, and he was always happy to go home to her. He wanted to be there now, but he did have a duty to fulfill, even if it was a goal he had set for himself.
So he offered to stay with Ferris for a little while, maybe get to know her a bit more and offer what advice he could as they patrolled. He did not think anything about it, as he was a knight and it was his duty to serve. Either her, or other knights, or the civilians, he supposed. Had someone said that to him once? He couldn't remember where he might have heard it, but it did not seem like something he came up with.
In any case, he was glad to have a partner for patrolling that evening, and was hoping he could be useful to her.

Lithiasaur Thank you for the RPs Lith! "That sounds good." Ferris nodded, and moved to follow Luxor. She was grateful for his help - more grateful than she was showing based on her desire to hug him - and the senshi followed him carefully, thinking carefully. While she didn't have someone to go home to, living alone, she did hope to return and maybe call Erika over for movies or similar, and she smiled, following Luxor contentedly.
