The redhead, on the other hand, frowned a bit as she looked back at Ezra, although it was more from worry than anything else."I hope not. If this is one of his habits then I'm apt to turn into a nervous wreck,"she replied, then kept looking around. She hoped the Zorua hadn't gotten too far away, but at least knew that he should be able to hold his own. Maybe.
The teen wasn't left worrying for too long, as the dark-haired male eventually came back into view and walked towards the group. It looked like the disguised Zorua was holding something - or multiple somethings - as he smiled apologetically."Sorry about that, sis. Jin chuckled a bit at Ezra's comment while his trainer knelt down and sprayed her Eevee with a few potions."I'm sure some of them will. It's just when some newbie decides to pick on someone bigger than them that it'll be dull. I still don't know why people insist on doing that..."he replied, then turned his head to look behind him when Felix circled him."Hn? Did I get some sap on my pants or something?"he quietly asked, ignoring the comments of the Togetic as he lightly brushed the back of his pants and jacket with his hand. He had a bit of an odd look as he felt something, mostly because he had felt the part of his tail that was slipping out from the back of his jacket.
Sable straightened up in time to notice that Jin was using one hand to fiddle with something about his back, specifically that he was trying to nudge the tail back into its hiding spot. Whatever, it was his choice to keep up the act, at least until something hit him. From the way he was acting, though, Sable doubted that Jin would put himself into that sort of position without a good reason, or at least without making sure it didn't break his act. She'd have to either wait until she had some alone time with him or suffer through letting him go train on his own. She wasn't entirely sure she liked either option very much.
Both teens turned their heads sharply when they heard a scream coming from somewhere nearby. Sable really couldn't tell for sure, but Jin had a pretty good idea of who that voice belonged to."I think that's our other friend's Charmander,"he said before running off towards the direction that the scream had come from. Sable had a bit of a displeased sound escape from her, but more because she knew she couldn't really risk running after the dark type at the moment. So, instead, she followed after him with about as brisk of a walk as she could manage without making herself short on breath.

Felix walked over to Mikhail and started up a conversation with him, so Avonlea focused on the three people."Well, I'm glad I didn't have to search hours for you three.""Um....No. Wasn't me....""Liar."Mikhail blushed and glared up at Liliana. It was too late to safe himself from that."It's Weedle's fault!"

Both Jin and Sable were glad to see that Avonlea and her Pokemon were alright. Sable's Snivy, on the other hand, wasn't exactly thrilled to see the albino and her Pokemon, although he supposed it was good that the Charmander just had a bit of a scratch on him. The Eevee mostly gave a curious tilt of the head as he looked at the white-haired trainer and her three Pokemon, as he had been in his ball when introductions were passed around."Vee?"
Sable chuckled a bit and knelt down when she heard her Eevee's voice."That's right, you haven't met Avonlea and her Pokemon yet, have you?"she asked as she rubbed the Eevee's head, ignoring the fact that the oddly-colored Snivy on her shoulders was glaring at the normal type. The teen chuckled again as the ball of fluff purred, then stood up, not hearing the soft plop that occurred.
"The Fla-""Uh, sis? Help? Please?"Jin cut Sable off as she was about to start introducing what of Avonlea's Pokemon she knew, tapping the red-haired trainer's shoulder as she spoke. Sable turned to tell the disguised Zorua to wait, then blinked a few times as she saw what his problem was. Apparently, a Weedle had dropped down from the trees and landed on the dark-haired male's head."Get it off. Please? I'd rather not risk getting stung."
Sable tried very hard to keep from laughing, but she could not keep every snicker suppressed at the disguised Zorua's little problem. Mostly because, while Jin was looking rather nervous, the Weedle sitting on his head was tilting from side to side with a cheery look on her face. "Oh, come on. This one is harmless. Look, I'll show you,"the red-haired female told her partner right before reaching over with both hands and carefully picking the Weedle up off of Jin's head.
The Weedle certainly reacted to that, but instead of trying to poke at Sable's partially-gloved hands with a stinger, the bug type let out a few happy noises and wiggled its stubby feet a bit."What, you like that?"the teen asked, ignoring Jin's continued discomfort at having been the Weedle's landing pad and the fact that he was messing with his hair a bit where the bug had been sitting on him. Or the fact that, after doing that, he undid the short ponytail his hair was in and retied it.
Sable then put down the happy little Weedle and looked it over a bit."...I'd feel bad having one of my Pokemon face you... Go on. Run along,"she said to the bug, only for it to look back up at her. The Weedle blinked a few times, then looked at the female trainer's other Pokemon before inching back over towards her. Jin, having finished getting his hair back in order, sighed a bit as he looked over at Sable."Looks like this one's thinking of tagging along... But I don't think she's just gonna hop in a ball without a fight,"he told his trainer, although he didn't exactly sound thrilled at the idea.
Sable looked back down at the Weedle, who was looking up at her."Is that right?she asked, and got a nod from the Weedle in return. Sighing the teen stepped back a bit so she didn't get too close to what was gonna happen."Alright, why not? Nothing wrong with having a bug or two around,"she said, making the Weedle let out a happy little cry before it also inched back a ways and got ready to show what it could do.
The teen's Eevee stepped up, not even waiting for his trainer to ask him to fight."Alright, you're up then. Let's... Not drag this out,"she said, though she wasn't exactly happy due to the Eevee being the heaviest hitter on her team at the moment. Yipping, the Eevee ran up to the Weedle and hit it a couple of times with his tail, knocking the bug back quickly even though he took a small hit himself in the process. Granted, that was kinda the point, see some of what the bug could do, although it seemed the decision was already made.
Sable nodded a bit as she pulled a ball out of her pack and tossed it at the Weedle. It shook a couple of times after sucking the small bug inside, but soon enough it pinged and was locked shut. The Eevee yipped once and gave a little jump, then padded over to the ball and picked it up with his mouth. He then brought the ball containing the Weedle over to Sable and dropped the ball in front of the teen before sitting down and yipping again. Sable chuckled a bit, then knelt down, gave the Eevee a few pats on the head while checking how bad she had been stung, and picked up the ball containing the Weedle. It wasn't going to be able to fight anytime until she got it healed up, but that was a matter of either heading up to Pewter or back down to Viridian.

It was an involuntary reflex for him, since he didn't know her well enough to be consiously aware of the pinkness on his face."Well, Mikhail sort of helped out. Good to see you again."It wasn't that long ago we parted ways, though.Great. Now he sounded stupid. Instead of focusing on Avonlea, he looked down at Felix and Mikhail to focus on them."No one's saying it's a bad thing....I bet leaf butt on Sable's shoulders would freak out over a Weedle, too. Well, if it came out of nowhere anyway."Ezra and Felix looked over at Jin when he spoke, and the blonde couldn't help but snort back a laugh when he spotted the Weedle on Jin's head, but he covered his mouth immediately as Sable removed the Weedle from his head. Avonlea gave a smile to Ezra as she noticed the blushing. Even though he seemed completely unaware of it. That was odd."Good to you, too."Looking down at Eevee, the albino's eye twinkled a bit. So cute! Eevee were adorable. She wanted to catch one and not evolve it just to have one."I guess so....Thanks."Before Sable could introduce them, a Weedle chose Jin's head as a perch and Avonlea laughed a bit. That was cute. Sable chuckled a bit at Ezra and Avonlea's responses to her successfully capturing the Weedle. It wasn't like it was a challenging battle, but catching Pokemon was still something new to the teen."Thanks. And yep, a happy little worm with a couple of stingers. And also apt to evolve into a rather large bee that I hope stays friendly,"she replied, then started chuckling again. Despite the fact that some punk tried to have her skewered with his Beedrill back in Unova, or maybe even because of it to some degree, Sable didn't mind the idea of raising a tempermental bee that could easily run her through on a bad day.
From where she was, the red-haired trainer then pulled out a Potion and sprayed it on the small wound the Eevee had. Poison Sting really was a weak attack, wasn't it? The only danger was if it poisoned the target."Too bad I don't have a Revive, or else I'd be able to heal up that Weedle, too,"the teen commented as she tucked the empty bottle in a different pouch of her bag. She gave the Eevee one last pat on the head, then stood up and dusted off the knees of her pants.

The teen nodded at Ezra's comments as she thought for a moment. She had some good Pokemon captured already, but a bit of a problem was starting to emerge. Half of the Pokemon she had on her were weak to fire, and while that wasn't a concern against Brock, it would be a problem when she went back to Striaton and tried to face the gym leader there. Then again, it probably wouldn't be too hard to find a rock or ground type near Pewter if the person she was going to face specialized in rock Pokemon.
Jin glanced over at Ezra as the blonde started fiddling with his shirt and mumbling something. Apparently Ezra had a similar problem as Sable when it came to worrying about the gym leader they needed to face, although his solution wasn't exactly an easy one to go with at the moment. Still, it wasn't like he couldn't get a hold of a water Pokemon, just that he'd have a hard time actually finding one out in the area he was in.
The male then looked back at his trainer, figuring he'd at least get her back to training."We should probably get back to raising up your team, sis. You've got offense pretty well covered with grass and steel moves, but that won't mean much if they can't take a hit,"he said, chuckling a bit as the female trainer shot him an annoyed look.
