So is there a thread that records it or should we just transfer our approved apps to the other guild and wait the results of everything; I feel it'd be slightly difficult to get a real good character development in role-play without knowing whether she impressed or not. I just don't want to mess up xD

Roleplay: I'm leaving the Old Guild open for RPs pre-Jump and during-Jump. No RP will begin in the new Guild, set in the new time, until after the re-opening.
For the Aged-Out Candidates, there will be a big announcement detailing how to get involved at the Re-Opening events. I"m not going to say much more beyond that since I still haven't worked out everythign for the re-opening. We're spring-cleaning/overhauling right now.
You can transfer the approved application to the new guild and then wait to finalize acceptance after the Aged-Out Candidates event is complete. Or, you can choose to have her had never Impressed and simply update her profile accordingly.
I generally don't expect much actual RP to happen these next couple months as hiring, planning, and clean-up occur.
