Amenthes smirks before she lays her head on his shoulder without a thought really "Maybe...maybe not..." she didn't say anything else before she goes quiet for a moment "hakuna matata I guess..." she shrugs before she stands slowly. Brushing the back of her pants off, she glance down at him for a moment.
"So you said you were apart of a branch...so is there more then one?" she wasn't asking because she would use it against him. She was asking because she was honestly curious.

"God am I so glad I am not the only Disney lover here." Leucite said quietly, joining her as she stood, not quite sure if he should answer the next question or not. But since he'd pretty much let the cat out of the bag, he might as well go whole hog right?
In for a penny, in for a pound right?

Amenthes grins before she places her hands on her waist, shaking her head "I would have never guessed." she teases him before lifting said hands above her head to arch her back. She listen to him explain how the Negaverse was basically a huge organization. It kind of reminded her of her adoptive father's job. Being a cop, they all had their jobs they had to do.
With a small nods, she turns away from him again "So....just as a theory....if I were to switch...who would I be working for?" she kept her arms above her head for a moment more before lowering them finally.
One small step at a time.
She wanted to see if she could find the small loop to get him to jump.

"You'd start in the general pool... or you could work with me. I would be more than happy to mentor you and work with you. You'd be in my branch then - but you'd have to request it. It's not easy but I think you could handle it." He smiles a bit.
Hopefully that would sweeten the deal.
His eyes followed her form as she moved, and he licked his lip for a moment as he lost himself in thought. He really wished he could...
No, focus. Get her to commit then hit it.
Hit it like it was his last night on earth.
"Same question here - if I swapped sides what could I expect?"

She chews on her lip, before nodding a little. She could work for him, would she be like his partner? Shaking her head, she tried to keep herself focus as she shrugs for a moment "If you say so....I still don't see it." she walks a few paces away from him just so she could lean against the brick of the building.
She was tired, not to mentions the heels were starting to hurt now.
Resting her body against the brick, she looks over at him again. Her smile turning into a frown before she shakes her head "I don't know...honestly." she shrinks a little in on herself, feeling bad.
She was horrid at this, trying to get someone to jump sides.
"All I can say is I will help you...and I mean it...."

Leucite shook his head slowly. "I think you would be a better help as my partner - to be honest. You've definitely got the ability to make a great Officer." He moved over to the building, leaning against it he smiles at her.
"But again, I will keep your offer in mind." He really would... If it looked like he needed an out at least he knew she was there for him.
But he'd rather she come to him instead.
"Not to mention I'd think you'd look damn hot in one of our uniforms... But that's just me picking points now."

She chuckles before she nudges him in the side "Oh really? Me...in one of your uniforms...I highly doubt it..." she pokes him in the side before she push away from the wall. She had to keep herself busy, otherwise she was gonna do something she would regret.
Summoning her umbrella, she twirls it in her hand for a moment before she looks to him. She wasn't sure what to say to him at this point "So...you really wanted to see me...?" she pauses as she licks her bottom lip.
"Can I ask why...?"

Crap.
Leucite did not want to express in words why he wanted to see her. Because saying it would make it real - and if it was real his ability to avoid the repercussions of what it meant would be.. problematic to say the least.
But she asked...
And she had a right to know, he supposed - not to mention it might engender some good will and convince her that his side was actually the legitimate right.
"Because when I'm around you I feel... things."
Oh, because that was so ******** helpful.
"I... Look, you make me feel all kinds of warm fuzzies and I'm not really good at expressing that sorta thing. Obviously I'm attracted to you because I can't keep my hands off you when we're close and I'm not going to lie, if I had half the chance I would probably give you the best sex of your life."
There - he'd went and said it.

Amenthes was honestly at a lost for words when he spoke. His last statement made her blush as she shakes her head. Refusing to look at him, she nods before she gives him a small chuckle "I see...well I guess we will never know now will we?" she finally turns her gaze towards him. In truth, she was glad he came looking for her, as she been thinking about him a little to much for her own liking.
Stepping backwards, she sighs before she glance around for a brief moment "So...?" she didn't know what to say or do now.
They were still on different sides of this war..
And neither seem to be willing to switch...

Leucite watched her for a moment - he felt off balance and out of focus for a second. He knew what he should be doing - what his instincts told him to do. But he - he just couldn't.
He didn't want her to go though - that much he knew. Reaching out, he gently took a hold of her wrist and stepped into her space.
"Listen, I-"
So many different thoughts and ideas were rushing through his mind and he couldn't pick just one. He knew that he might start rambling and that could be dangerous, giving her more information about him than she needed to know.
But it was a chance he was willing to take.
"I really think, that you would make a great Negaverse Officer. I think you could help protect this world. You... don't have to decide right now, that's not what I'm asking. Just... keep it in mind." His eyes begged her to at least consider the idea.
"I... will sleep on what you've said. You've... given me a lot to think about." That was true as well.
"But I don't... I don't want this to be an ending... I've had too many of those already and I could really use a beginning right now."

Amenthes looks down at his hand that was holding her, unsure of how to respond. She didn't want to give him false hope, but she didn't want to agree either. He did say he would think about what she said, which caught her off guard. Looking back up, she licks her bottom lip before she nods slowly.
He wasn't going to get actual words out of her, he would just have to settle for a nod.
Looking back down at his hand, she felt a small shiver run up her spine before she brush her finger along the inside of his palm. She should be running away from him, but truth was, she didn't find him as a threat at the moment.
Finally, after a few minutes, she pulled her hand free from his grasp.

As she pulled herself free the second time he let her go. He wasn't going to push his luck and potentially chase her away. He should be taking her captive and dragging her to the first GK he could find but he didn't dare try.
"I, uhm... have a proposition... if you'd be willing to hear me out?"
It was a risky one - but he wanted to see her again, and see if he could convince her to join up with him.

She should have ran that moment, everything in her was telling her to run. Instead, she place her hand on her waist as she stuck the tip of her umbrella into the dirt. Relaxing slightly against it, she arched a brow at his request.
What could he possibly be willing to give her?
Staying right where she was, she gives him another slow nod. She didn't speak, as she didn't see the point at the moment.
Once again, her eyes darted around the campus as she seem to be searching outwards. Looking for anyone just in case, as the last thing needed was to be spotted.

"I was wondering if we... could see each other again?" Leucite felt himself start to fidget a little. But he pushed through his nervousness and continued.
"I... have a portable DVD player and I was wondering if you'd like to... maybe watch a Disney film or two... I mean..." He pinched the bridge of his nose.
"I'm sorry - I'm... being stupid." Of course she wouldn't want to watch a movie with the enemy!
It was bad enough they were out here talking...

She blinks a couple of times, before a smile forms across her lips "I would actually enjoy that. I'm a huge fan of Disney movies..." she found herself grinning as she takes a step closer to him "But...how can we watch something like that...." she glanced around again before her slate blue eyes turn back to him "Without getting caught. Not to mention, what movie?" she was all in on movies, but it also depended on what it was.
She was a huge fan of classic movies, not many of the new ones at the moment.
To her, she just didn't connect to them like she did with the older movies.
