"Well, uh..." He tried to find a nicer way of putting it, but Taym had succinctly summarized his sentiment, so Dawson bobbed his head hopefully as they made their way up. "Purdy much! I got the fightin' stuff down okayish, I think. Got a Sun I do weekly spars with n' kinda just pick up more folks beyond that. But," and he looked terribly boyish as he perked up, barely aware of Taym's disgruntled envy beyond the fact that it meant he was doing a Good Job, "mission stuff with someone who knows his way 'round them, that's the good stuff. I'd love ta tag along sometime if ya don't mind, sir." Metaphorical tag wagging and everything.
As if aware it had won some competition, Princess Chris struck a pose as the shadows slunk away.
