Elias was mentally trying to keep track of everything the flutter was saying, especially when she started talking about her family. "It sounds like your family is really big..." Elias noted. He supposed that if he considered everyone in the tree to be his family, his was pretty big too. Only... he didn't think she had meant it that way. "It's just me and my mom in our home." The teenage boy had been so caught up in finding out what they had in common and what was different that he hadn't even realized he didn't know the girl's name. "Oh." The boy looked down sheepishly, although he felt a little better because she must have forgot too. "I'm Elias. It's nice to meet you..." Oh wait, she hadn't given her name yet. He looked at her with a small tilt to his head, hoping she would fill him in.

Siofra frowned. She couldn't imagine what it must be like to only have a mom. "That doesn't get lonely?" She asked, curious. It must have been because Siofra had a huuuuge family herself that it was so hard to imagine. The girl didn't want to rub it in his face if he wasn't used to such a big family.
"It's nice to meet you Elias~" She grinned, happily holding out her hand to him. "I'm Siofra." The teen couldn't help it. She had to hug him. Poor guy barely had a family and they'd just met. It was just a friendly thing to do! She squeaked, jumping up to put her arms around him. That's what she gets for being smaller than him, even if they were both smaller than the rest of the pae she'd met.

"I guess... I never really thought about it too much." Elias had never really investigated too much into the lives of other faun living in the tree, so he didn't really know if his family was small or normal, but Siofra's family was way bigger than his. Elias held out his hand, expecting to shake it, but was surprised when he was brought into a hug instead. The boy froze at first, with wide doe-eyes, slowly his body relaxed though. He had hugged his mother on occasion of course, but this was different. This was really different. He was silent for a long time, before breaking it by saying, "Siofra is a really pretty name, it matches you." Before things could get awkward, Elias broke the hug. "We should keep going," he smiled at her before looking away. Everything about this was so strange and foreign, and yet familiar... because she was just like him.

It was sad that he was lonely. Siofra really didn't like that thought. Silently, she resolved to make sure he made a lot of friends, even if it meant she had to drag him back to her family by his weird curly things.
She was content in the hug, it felt so natural to her, that she didn't realize how uncomfortable he had been at the start. It didn't take much for Siofra to notice he was done hugging, really, she had been about done with it then too. But then he complimented her name. That was... Well that was completely unexpected. Siofra turned a brilliant scarlet, averting her gaze. Guardians why did she have to blush like that? "L-lets do th-that." She smiled, trying not to sound like she was blushing like the young girl she was.
"Th-there should be a clearing up here somewhere..." She pointed, trying to remember where the path lead. She couldn't recall, but it was somewhere her mom had told her about.

"Oh?" Elias asked, not noticing her blush because he had been looking ahead. "You've been this way before?" Elias had barely been out of the tree except for once so he had no idea where they were heading towards. "My mom has told me about so many adventures of her exploring the island... but I haven't done much of it myself." Elias said thoughtfully. Even with the detailed stories she gave, it was hard to place them here. They always just sounded like fairy tales to him.

"Well... I kinda live out here. My mom said there's a clearing this direction. I was heading for it when that awesome tree showed up. I just had to climb it." Siofra grinned, happy to be onto another subject.
"It must have taken a lot for your mom to stop and raise you then..." She paused, thinking about it. "I bet your mom really loves you!" Siofra smiled wide, jumping in front of him. "Hey, I've got an idea~ Let's make a promise your mom would love!" Lots of friends, plenty of adventures, and maybe even some secret treasures!

Elias smiled at her spontaneity, stopping what she was doing because she had to climb a tree. It was cute. The boy didn't quite understand the significance of going to a clearing, but he didn't really care where they went either. Elias paused, "I never really thought about it," It felt like there was a lot of things he hadn't ever thought about. Of course, he had only been a mature pae for a few days. "She does love me, makes me wonder if she will go back to doing that now that I am older." "What sort of promise?" He said with a tilt of his head to the side as he continued walking down the path.

Siofra smiled real wide, "Maybe you can go along with her now that you're a little older." The female couldn't help it. With the promise she wanted to make with him, it would make sense for him to get out and explore with his mom way more too.
"Lets promise to go out and adventure a whole lot! Make a bunch of new friends, and figure out where our weird wiggly antennae things came from." Siofra looked up at him, dead serious. It was something she wanted to do for herself, at least the first bits of it were, but it was also something she thought he needed to do for himself too. "Sound good?" She couldn't help but smile at him. Serious or not, nothing was good without a nice smile.

Elias listened to her proposition with interest. Making friends and adventuring a whole lot weren't things he necessarily cared about a whole lot. Adventuring was definitely more his mother's thing, despite the little leg-stretching adventure he was on night. Elias was also used to a slightly more solitary lifestyle so it wasn't a big deal to him to make friends. However, finding out where he came from... that was something he was very interested in. Especially now that he knew there was someone else like him. "Sounds like a plan," He agreed. As they neared closer and closer to the clearing, Elias could feel a strange tug on his heart. The teen boy glanced at Siofra, thinking the feeling had to be coming from her. In his mind, it was getting stronger the more time they spent together.

Siofra smiled, happy he agreed. She liked that they were going to spend more time together. But that was just because they looked alike. Right? The teen started chewing her lip, glancing over to him. He seemed like a really nice guy, maybe that was why she liked him so much. Or was it because she was super friendly and wanted to have a new friend? Whatever the case was, it felt like they were getting closer the longer they spent time together.
"So I think... The name of the clearing, I think it's the Fae Clearing or something.. At least, that's what my mom calls it. She said it's where she had Sol and me, but I think she found me there rather than had me." Siofra rambled, grinning from ear to ear again. It didn't bother her that she was probably adopted, she had a couple of nephews that were adopted if her mom was telling the truth. Either way, it didn't matter to her. "Have you ever hear anything about it?"

"Oh? Ok." Elias nodded, the name didn't mean much to him, he didn't even know what a fae was. If Daring Do had ever mentioned this place to him, she likely hadn't called it by an official name either. When Siofra mentioned that was where she was potentially found, his ears moved slightly. Finding Siofra made her so much more interested in where he had come from, and he certainly had a lot of questions for Daring Do when he got home. "If she found you here, then maybe its not very far from where you're from, and maybe that's where I'm from too!" Elias exclaimed. Of course... this theory he had further supported that they might be siblings. "I don't think I have heard anything about this place, but I think I have a few questions for my mom when I get home."

Siofra grinned. She didn't know much about the area ahead of them, only that she'd been picked up here and her sister had been born here. At least, that's what she figured. She didn't really remember too much before she'd gone all weird like.
"Maybe we're from the same place!" She squealed, jumping up. The teen's wings fluttered, trying to keep her aloft during the jump, but it wasn't quite enough to keep her there. Just a few extra seconds of air, but it was still air time. "Oh my goodness, did you see that?! I stayed up in the air!" Siofra giggled, enjoying the idea of being airborne.
"If your mom doesn't know anything, mine might?" She offered, fully intending on making sure they both got answers about whatever this was.

"Maybe." Elias agreed, if they were from the same place then they were definitely related like he thought. "Awesome," He smiled as he watched her hover a little, although he was still slightly distracted. There might have been some benefit to going back home with Siofra to meet her family, however going here seemed like a great start too. He could always ask Siofra's family questions later. As Elias moved into the clearing, he took a moment to glance around. It was certainly different from the rest of the forest, but it also seemed ordinary too. Elias glanced at Siofra, waiting for her so say something. When he looked her way, he felt a strange tug on his heart. It was a feeling of belonging, something he hadn't entirely experienced before. Elias didn't know it was from being near his true home, he thought it was from being with Siofra. They had only just met, and he barely knew her. The familiarity he felt with her because she looked like him wasn't something that could be argued with though.

Lisian pushed through the branches of the tree, his wings beating as fast as they could. The alarm had been tripped and once again everyone was shutting themselves up into the tree- besides him. Instead he was going against the flow, taking his path up into the saftey of the branches and to an advantage point. There he hoped to find what had tripped the 'alarm'.
Pushing a few leaves out of his way, he glanced into the clearing. His heart lurched at the sight, part in relief and part in wonder. Had two of their own found their way back? He watched from the safety of the tree for a moment, seeing how they took everything in with curious eyes. Within the tree everyone was worried of attacks or something harmful- wouldn't they be surprised to see their own making their way back home.
He still had a twinge of suspicion though. He didn't know what the outside world had done to their malleable minds. He would have to be cautious in this matter and find out for sure if that's why they were there or if it was for other reasons. The only way to find that out was to get closer. Perhaps he would be able to hear some of their conversation that way.
In his smaller form, he slipped from the safety of the tree. He flew down and kept low near the grass and flowers. He made sure to keep a wide space between him and the young ones, only coming in closer when he was sure he was out of their sight. There he lowered himself by some flowers hoping to disguise himself within the colors and find out more why they were there...
Or figure out a way to bring them home.Dementia Requiem Asumi Thank you both for letting me butt in here ^^

Siofra grinned. "I'm sure you'll like it there. My parents are really nice~" The female couldn't help it. She loved her family to pieces, and the feeling was mutual.
The closer to the clearing they got, the more a blush spread across her cheeks. She could feel something tugging at her heart. A sense of... Something. Did... Did she like Elias? Jade eyes flicked over towards him, hoping he didn't notice her blushing like crazy.
"It's so big here!" Anything to avoid trying to figure out whatever that funny feeling was. "Have you ever seen such a wide open space before?" She was in awe. Something special was happening, that she was sure of. Be it a crush developing on Elias or something else, Siofra knew she felt something special being here.
