"I'm Diantha," she said. "And that's my brother Vassilis." She waved a wing or two over at Vassilis as she continued to watch the stallion. She couldn't help herself anymore. Harrison's enthusiasm was infectious, and she cracked a smile. She didn't normally open up to strangers, but strangers usually weren't so jubilant or full of fun-sounding offers.
This magic garden of his did sound very nice, with all the mint and flowers. "Is the place far away?" she asked, hoping that the answer was no. Maybe they'd be able to visit often if it was close by. They could even bring their mother over and she could collect some of the mint herself! Could they eat flowers even in the middle of winter? She wondered if an angeni watched over the place. Sometimes angeni could work great magic, or so she'd heard.

Vassilis wasn't at all bothered by the fact that his sister had provided his introduction for him. It just seemed to work out better that way and the faster that they got introductions out of the way the quicker they could get going.
"It will be closer if we start walking!" He insisted getting close enough to Harrison to nudge him with a paw. "Mr. Harrison, can we start going now? I want to see your garden! Now. Pleeeeease." He gave the strange stallion a wide, toothy smile to emphasize his enthusiasm to get moving.

"Well then Diantha, Vassilis." Harrison said bowing his head to each in turn causing his hat to wobble. "It is good to meet you both this fine night- DAY!" Harrison still wasn't entirely convinced that the children were right about what to call the time but they were both convinced and he would go along with it for them. Even if they ended up being wrong.
"It is close, very close indeed! And we can be closer right... now." He said turning toward the trees and taking a single step in that direction. "Come along children! We mustn't delay or we'll have no time for playing."

Diantha followed amiably, but still eyed Harrison with curiosity. He was odd. There was barely anything about him that wasn't. Her mind buzzed with questions, but the first one that spilled out of her mouth wasn't the one she had in mind. "What is that on your head?" she asked.
She had not seen enough humans to know what sort of garb they wore, so had little concept of hats. The jacket hanging over his back confused her as well, but she assumed that was just a finely tailored blanket. The hat though, she had no idea why one would want to carry something like that on their head. It looked like it would fall off if he did anything very interesting.
