I heard rumblings about a new chat feature. Is that going to happen? If so, will it be like the old chat feature (that was viewable at the bottom of the page in the 'Quick Links' menu? We are working on a Chat Feature- the previous one was a service that is no longer in existence so we are working on making the new one easy to use, compatible with our code and hopefully more customizable as well.

I just wanted to say, I absolutely LOVE the minigames for the Easter event! My favorite is the little hopping one (which, the name escapes me right now). But my question is.. Will/Could any of the Easter event games stick around after the event and be implemented as a permanent game?I would love to see how long I could hop on asteroids and collect eggs and gold, without fudging it up and falling X3 You could reward people on how far they can go and how much they collect. Maybe even have cute little babybunnies in pods as exclusive game rewards. I just- really want a tiny babbybunny in a pod sweatdrop That's something we can definitely consider, especially since its already configured for mobile playing and use it as a way for Gaians to earn gold. We'll be adding more difficulty levels if we release it as a permanent feature. wait we can play the easter games on the mobile?? Not yet! But its been created with that in mind. However, we know there are many advantages to allowing non-logged in folks to use it so that may easily change.

I miss it as well as the other old gaians c: I really loved this feature and think it could do good if you guys bring it back. ;D We don't have any plans at the moment to return Cinemas, but you never know what the future can hold in store!

Can you confirm or deny if we'll have the ability to build animal avatars? I've always wanted to get an animal avi going, but since paws are new to Gaia it's difficult to figure out what exactly I can do to put together a nice one. Ever since Google retired Meebo its been hard to communicate with friends fast. Every time I send a message to my friends and they reply back quickly, I have to wait a certain amount of time to reply. I know the waiting process is there to prevent us from spamming, but it really gets on my nerves and I wish we could get another messaging system. We should start testing this week. Look for it by the end of the month.

August 11th, 2015: Zero Omega Demured Features I get that you guys have heard alot about the Gaia Theatres and how much they were missed. We live in a world of drastic improvements. And I personally believe even if you guys dont have the code from years ago when Gaia theatres were around. I feel like This could of accomplished by now with major improvements to the old one in your own style. It's been awhile. But correct me if I'm wrong, Cause I've asked this question when Ask Staff First started. And It's been a many of Ask Staffs later, and still no signs of it. If you guys cant, or wont do it? Maybe you should just tell us? No offense. Just want honest answers. -Sincerely, That Nostalgic User. We initially shut it down years ago due to lack of participation from users to it, since then we have heard some users wanting it back and it's something we'll be happy to talk about internally. However, right now we don't have any priority set to discuss possibly returning Cinemas to the site. Is this something that could change in the future? Sure. For now though, we have no plans to return it and we have not discussed the possibility of returning it.

September 22nd, 2015: Narumi Misuhara Platonix FeaturesYou're developing a feature that will allow users to suggest Tags for items (to improve searching in the Marketplace and Avatar Builder)...but I'm fairly sure there are Achievements that are earned by wearing an item that has a certain Tag. Aren't the Team Edward, Brandisher and Tooth Fairy Achievements, for example, based on that? If so, will there be any kind of special restrictions on us giving items those certain Tags to prevent the Achievements from becoming too easy to earn, or is it fine as long as we don't do something really dumb like try to put the "vampire" Tag on every single Monthly Collectible? Before the tags would be added to an item they would have to reach a vote threshold, so you would need a fair number of people to vote a tag to a specific item (which presently come up randomly), then on top of that, staff will have the ability to remove the tags from items as needed, so for the moment I think it's ok.

March 1st, 2016: Zero Omega Nick_austin90 Features Awhile back you guys had a cookie voting-thing going on to see if there are features Gaians would want. I voted for a bank feature but then it was never heard of ever again. I would like your take on this matter. I personally would love to see this feature happening. I like my gold and I want to store it somewhere. Hear my story. One time I had tried keeping it in a trade with my mule account but for some unknown reason, the trade vanished along with 10 mill worth of gold. This was when 10 mill meant something. Upon checking with my mule accounts, the gold never appeared in either account. See, I did reach out for help but no one could prove I had made that trade. So, could you please consider this featurd again? Maybe the safety feature could be a pin number instead of something complex. Thank you for your time. A bank is something we've considered before, but probably not something we're going to immediately do anytime in the future. Sorry.

There's many items that never get listed because they're not profitable, and if this feature was also a goldsink I see it doing more good than harm economically.
