Would you ever consider making Gaia emotes into Facebook stickers?
We were just discussing this yesterday! Possibly! C: Rance Clear Salathielly FeaturesThe intrepid reporter Cindy Donovinh seems to have been awfully quiet since August, which is a shame because for quite a while she was very regular with her community updates. Can we expect to hear from her again any time soon? I miss her reports and am a bit worried about her since we haven't seen her in so long. SHE'S DEAD no I'm kidding The staffers keeping her in the know about the happenings around Gaia have been incredibly busy in the last few months. We'd love to revive these reports and definitely have plans to do so once we kick off 2016!

April 12th, 2016: Zero Omega Nenanah Features "journals" I've noticed that whenever we edit or make a new entry we have to do a captcha code. Doing a code for each entry and edit seems a bit overkill, I'm not really seeing how or why it's necessary especially since we don't have to do a code for every post or edit we make in the guilds or forums. Can you make it to where we won't have to do a code for every tiny thing we do in our journals? Maybe you could space the code out to where we only have to do one per every few edits or entries. We'll take it into consideration! Rance Clear Arynaria Features: Status UpdatesAre there any plans to allow users to comment on their friends' status updates on the My Gaia page? I think it would be a neat and convenient way to have a quick exchange with someone without worrying about leaving a more public profile comment or bothering with longer PMs. I know it sounds similar to a chat feature, but I'm talking about something more reminiscent of Facebook status replies. I like this idea! We'll add it to our list of possible updates to consider.

Especially since it involved more personal info than a on-site contest would We've issued the prize to the winner! We typically don't release the names of the winner for single-winner contests.

February 7th, 2017: Lanzer Alexius08 Offsite EventsAre you willing to do an AMA at Reddit? If so, when would you have time for one? Probably not in the near future. It's hard to get a breather from building features and fixing bugs. I do hope that we will be able to hire more help later this year.

March 21st, 2017: Zero Omega 2sammygate miscgaia has a subreddit run by some of the mods, can staff maybe take advantage of it? a good presence on reddit might help draw in new users lol Mmm... Not entirely sure how we would be able to take advantage of that, it would essentially be another, off-site forum we'd have to manage and take care of.

LiveStreamfirst off, I must say I'm loving this new lil feature and I hope it sticks! one of my fave aspects was the shopping option - will we be seeing more of that with the live streams in the future? (ps how cool would it be to also sell RL Gaia mercy that way, oh my glob)yes we are still testing the new features and will be upgrading our servers to handle more people online. Currently only a hundred and fifty users will use up a whole Gigabyte of data (which one network card handles), so we need to do a lot of upgrading to let more Gaians to connect!

October 31st, 2017: it amy Twisted Lady ItemsDuring a previous live event, the mini-shop included something called a Pop Square Raffle ticket for 0gc. I was curious and bought some, but cannot find any information about it. Can you shed some light on this?  It was a raffle that was happening during the last live stream! A winner was chosen at the end. Jak Bauer Twisted Lady ShopsOn the special mini-shop on the livestream page, there's no way to actually preview the items, it just brings up the icon and the description. It does't give the item names either, so you can't even look them up to view them. Can we get a fix for this before the next livestream? I took a screenshot to show the lack of information. Lanzer sup-qt pop livei really enjoy the live streams! they are a fun way to connect with staff! with its growing popularity will there be a way to ignore people within the stream or report their behaviour? last two streams someone was spamming and it gets frustrating. <3 We just launched the feature and still need to find out how to moderate it properly, but we should get that figured out really soon. As the stream is still in it's early stages, it has only had the ability to hold 50-200~ people in it at a time. When the stream started it was just SCAS and staff (and even then the page was struggling to hold everyone), then the pool opened up to recent funders, then 3 months, 6 months, this year, etc. In these early stages, we're just opening it up to a small audience to see the limitations and just to say thank you for your support. This is a product that, once ready, can be pushed out to all Gaians!
