Sai watched as his Capitan's face changed from worried to a warm, happy smile. It pleased Sai that he had pleased his Capitan, or at least thought he did. Above all things, Sai was loyal. It made him happy when he saw his superiors pleased, and for the most part he respect their ideals and mannerisms even if they did not fall in line with his own. The smile on the Capitan's face brought out a rare glee to Sai's face. It was a genuine smile that he seldom used, but seeing the Capitan's, he could not help it. Captian Agito asked him if he had any rules in mind, but he had nothing in mind."Honestly, I was not thinking of anything. However, I dont want anyone holding back one each other. We should not kill each other though ."Sai had a bit of a joking tone in the last part of his his statement, showing the rare but existing playful side of himself.

Sai looked shocked for a moment. He was a bit surprised that she had not looked at his battle records. Although this was his idea, had she wanted to do trail by battle, she could have known most of his abilities and skills. Sai thought this was either Baltant carelessness or Strong trustworthiness. In the moment he sided with the latter of the two. He looked at his Capitan who walked along side him. "If I was not in a better mood I would call you out for that. But at this point it doesn't matter, you will get a first hand of most of my abilities. In the furture though you should look at all the document of your subordinates unless you are taking a hand on approach to it." Sai's voice had a almost parentlike tone to it. He didn't want to sound aggressive, as there was no point in ruining the mood they had set up, but still wanted get hos point across. Sai then put his hand on his Zanpakuto and looked at his Capitan. "But since we dont know anything about each other, we can at least know our Zanpakuto name. It is not important but i see it as respectful to say the least. Mine is Hoshako

Sai looked down at his Zapakuto for a moment then looked up at his Capitan."Hoshako is... Interesting to say the least. She has a lot of personality and we get along for the most part." Sai didnt want to say to much, as the personality of Hoshako was linked to the abilies of her. Sai looked ahead as they began to approach the door leading to outside of the Captian's office. He looked back to his Capitan and smiled."It looks like we are nearing our destination." Sai opened the door for his Capitan. He looked at her face, wondering if how she felt about him. Sai currently felt that his Capitan was nice, perhaps too nice. This kindness however, would off balance Sai's more stern spirit."Tell me captian, What do you think of me

A snicker came from Sai was his Capitan told him he was a little stiff. He could no deny that for the most part he was a a bit of a hardass for the rules, but it got work done. Sai's principles were laced from a strong foundation of discipline and respect. What his Capitan saw kindness was more so respect. His Capitan had quickly gained it as she proved that she was one capable of being repected. When Sai had opened the door for, Suzuki seemed a bit surprised that he had did that. He would why this shocked her.
Just he was lost im thought his Capitan blerted out something. He caught a bit of what she said then ran off to the training grounds where the 2 of them would spar. Sai went after her until the end up at their destination. Sai's heart began to beat in the anticipation of the battle. He look as his Capitan with a firey look. "Well now we are hear, do you have any last remarks before we steel ourselves for battle."

Sai stared into his captain’s eyes and she drew her Zanpakuto and released it by calling out its name. The sound resonated with the blade, transforming into a spear. The pole of the spear unraveled itself forming a large chain. The Zanpakuto was engulfed in flames. Sai didn’t expect this at all, but given they didn’t share more than their Zanpakuto’s name, Sai was not surprised .”Bring Forth Brilliance, HOSHAKO.” Sai’s Zanpakuto began to be wrapped and slivery white light. The hilt became incased in crystal the curved an around to the end of the handle to form a guard. When the transformation was complete, ribbons of white light dance around Sai until the faded to the air. Sai paralleled the sword with his face and crouched down readying himself to pounce after his captain. He heart no longer pounded heavily, now, only a light thuds could be felt on Sai’s chest. He was ready, it was time to see what his captain could do. He put his weight on the balls of his feet to further ready himself. ”Let’s Begin.” With that, Sai charged at his captain, Looking out for the tale-tell signs of what she was going do next.

Sai watched as the spear approached him, he decided to show his Captain as much power as she was showing him. "AKAKEN." Sai ran two of his fingers on the flat side of the blade from bottom to top. As he did, the color of the blade changed from white to crimson red. taking a step back from the spearhead, he spun on his heels, batting the spear away from him with the enhanced force of Red Hoshako. he then quickly ran at his Captian ready to strike her with his sword.

He did not know what expect when he got up to her, so he readied himself to perfrom kido as Suzuki definitely had a trick up her sleeve. Now only feet within her range, Sai preformed a one-handed sword thrust, aiming for Suzuki's shoulder.

Sai knew something like this was coming, and he had already prepared himself. "Hado #33 Sokatsui." Sai called out the name of the kido. As he did, an indigo beam of energy rushed from his hand at the cage, creating a gap in it. Sai shunpo'ed through the opening and rushed at his Captain who seemed to be readying herself for another attack. Sai had already figured out that her hand signs were something to watch for.

This was not going to be an easy battle, nor did he expect or want it to be. Sai dashed above his captain and then soared down on here with a Sai Kick.

Sai was taken aback when his Capitan split in two, but he quickly got back on his bearings. Skillfull he evaded her Tensho as the single strike attack was easy to predict the line of attack. However, he was unable to dodge the kick combo, so , in order to lessen the damage, he blockeed it. She was strong, and suprisingly so. He little body possesssed an incredible amount of power. While the Suzuki attacked him, Sai was already preparing countermeasures. After the the two finished the attack, Sai pointed his hand at the Captian on his right. "BAKUDO #4 HAINAWA . A orange-yellow energy rope flowed from his hand to the Captian, ready to ensnare her on contact. But Sai didn'didn't stop there though. Taking his sword he made an attack at the other Capitan. All at the same time he keep an eye out for the spear.

Sai could feel the heat in the battle. The two soul danced together. Sai was enjoying this. He could tell just from this, he and his Capitan would be a good pair, depsite the differences between them.
