I imagine that a time between 6pm and 8pm (EST) would work well for most. It's late enough in the afternoon/evening, and early enough at night to not interfere with sleep; for the majority of the people who took the poll (EST/PST-zones).
Of course, we have members that this would not be possible for... Maybe there is an active veteran of the guild (near/in the AEST-timezone) that would be willing to help host the events for people in these timezones?

I'm in GMT England, therefore most times are quite difficult. I assume this will be on the weekend or on a holiday? I'll try to come whenever possible, organizing a date for most members to come is truly hard indeed, Fairy! I can come at a later time, but at the latest would preferably be 11pm, as I have college early, so I'm sorry if this an issue. Best of luck! I would assume 3/4pm (rough) America time, on a weekend is when usually students start to leave school, so that sounds like a good time and I think notifying at least three days in advance can let users prepare for the event too. Not to forget, that it sounds amazing for a Halloween live event too. BUT OH RIGHT! Fairy, I forget you're in England! So you know my pain and stuffles, right? emotion_kirakira

gaia_spoons Afternoon times seem to be the most convenient for people depending on how long you're willing to hold an event. Say if you held it from noon to midnight so that people who could show up sooner but had to leave earlier would still get to be a part of it whereas people who couldn't be there until later on could also still take part in it. OR Even have it set up to where you have a host for each time zone so that they can do the event in a time period that is most convenient to the majority of people in that specific time zone (or all day for each time zone if need be so that everyone gets a fair chance to join in, of course you'd need a host who'd be able to stay all day or more than one host per time zone so that they could switch out. Like one host for the morning hours and one host for the afternoon hours.). It'd be more.. separate, yet more convenient or fair to those in all time zones. And a notice at least the day before (or even a week before if need be) would be nice. gaia_spoons

I would love it if it was during the weekend in the afternoon. I think most people are busy during that time but on a Sunday, I think most people are home.
