Loki had just taken a small sip of the wine himself when Cyd spoke of trying new things causing him to nearly do a spit take but instead began to cough. "Zanj nan lanmò" he said underneath his breath as he regained his normal breathing pattern. She was definitely trying to kill him. Point blank period. He took an inward sigh of relief when she began eating hoping that the food would distract her from her cause but chuckled as she implied that he should come over more after his compliment. "Or, we can switch and I can invite you over for dinner, and maybe some extra sweet dessert?" he said with an innocent smile before tucking back into the food.

Loki grew slightly embarrassed at his slip up being caught and weighed the pros and cons of telling her the truth. She might actually be flattered that he thought of her in such a high light and they could have hot saucy sex right on the table (pun definitely intended). Or, she could get pissed, toss wine in his face and kick him off the balcony. Did this place have a balcony? Hopefully it didn't so she could just kick him out through the door. After a few seconds he finally decided to just tell her and damn the consequences. "I speak four actually: Haitian, French, Scottish, and German. What I said was in Haitian and I called you the um, Angel of Death because all your innuendos and inherit sexiness is surely a plan to kill me." Loki finally admitted with a sheepish grin.

Loki figured he had missed a speeding bullet by the skin when Cydney smirked instead of hexing him, so he relaxed and had just grabbed his fork when he felt her lips pressed against his own. He was still for all of two seconds before he was responding in earnest, food and wine completely forgotten. So this was how he died. He honestly didn't mind a bit. Then she pulled back just as he was needing air and whispered in her ear and actually nibbled on its lobe. The feel of her teeth sent an electric shock straight to his groin and he had to bite his own lift so his groans didn't leave his body. This was technically torture. She was worse than an Angel of Death, she was just evil. And when she pulled and tried to act like nothing of importance had just happened he decided he was having none of that. Loki shook his head minutely and pushed away from the table only pausing to grab her arm to pull her away as well and lead them to her bedroom. "Screw the Angel of Death, you're just Satan." he groaned in a husky voice before he slammed the bedroom door behind them.

Loki exited the bedroom shortly after Cydney having on only his pants while his shirt was in his hand and a smirk firmly in place. He was pretty sure he had seen the pearly gates once or twice during their relations but seeing as he was still here, he figured she either hadn't done her job and killed him or was just setting it on the back burner for the moment. Still, it had been pretty ********. He immediately spotted the bottles on the table and snagged one before sitting down with her. "If this is what happens every time you cook, I might as well just move in here permanently." Loki told her with a chuckle before he opened the bottle of alcohol and took a quick sip of it.

Loki laughed outright at her response before saluting her with the beer bottle and taking another drink. Death Angel or not she was damned amusing and he honestly didn't mind spending time with her outside the bedroom, which furthered his curiosity over where their relationship (if it could be called that) stood. He watched with a raised eyebrow as she mixed together a drink for the both of them and returned her smirk with one of his own and raised the glass with a hearty "Hear hear!" before downing it in one shot. Which he probably shouldn't have done since he instantly felt the burn in his chest, his stomach, and especially the back of his throat. Legba, what did she put in this?! Once his mind was clear from the post-shot fuzziness, he gave his head one good shake and put down the glass to stretch both his arms up above his head showing off part of his muscular torso and a portion of his ouroboros tattoo on his right pectoral. "Cydney, what are we exactly?" Loki blurted out without realizing until it was too late. His dark hazelnut brown eyes widened a fraction at his slip up. This was not how he wanted to ask her but well, the cat was out the bag now.

Loki saw her checking out his body and inwardly preened but still resisted flexing a few muscles just to show off. When she answered he was glad that she didn't just laugh in his face or throw him out but actually spoke truthfully about their situation. At her own questions he sighed and rubbed his eyes suddenly realizing that he wasn't wearing his glasses and he must have left them in the bedroom. "Would it be wrong of me to ask if we could possibly give dating a chance?" he asked carefully wondering if she would go for.

Loki looked on with more confusion and a tiny bit of fear that he had overstepped his boundaries as Cydney got up from the table and walked back to her bedroom. He figured he should just accept this as a loss and was about to get up and put on his shirt when she came back with his glasses in hand. There was literally a question on the tip of his tongue when she slid his frames on his face causing his eyes to expand now that they could finally see clearly and the first thing they saw was a pair of lips quickly descending upon his owns for a soft gentle kiss. Without a trace of hesitation he kissed her back even bringing his hands to her waist until she pulled back leaving him with a growing grin at her words. Then his grin turned impish as he tightened his hold on her so that he could easily pull her down into his lap. "Sounds pretty good to me." Loki replied with a chuckle before pressing a kiss to her neck while his eyes glittered with amusement.

Loki had been spending the entire day with his young son, mainly so Cyd could go to practice but also because he sort of felt like. On one of his rare shopping trips for clothing he spotted a baby letterman jacket that looked a lot like his own and didn't even realize he had picked it up and bought it until he saw the baby boutique bag in his hands five minutes later. So he dressed them together, both wearing cargo shorts, batman tees, and of course their jackets and went out on the town. They hung out at the park, mainly for the fresh air since Londy still couldn't do much and it was a miracle he could sometimes hold his own head up, before going to a small hole-in-the-wall fish place he loved to feed a squirmy squalling baby and himself. He received quite a few looks from the other patrons and surprisingly enough he got a phone number at the bottom of his mug. Loki turned her down rather gently, or tried to while his son gave her an ugly look that didn't look right on his cute pudgy face and then he realized he had been taking a s**t and not actually being a grump. The waitress didn't know this since she left immediately after seeing said look but whatever. After that they went to Diagon to visit and make sure his shop was getting looked after accordingly and decided on whim to make a short pit stop at the ice cream shop to visit Rose and see if Nell was there. She wasn't but he did learn that apparently everyone loved the redhead's baking since Londy kept trying to grab the cookie he bought. Seeing him get wiggly again he thought it was time to head on in and apparated them back to the flat to put him down for his nap. It took longer than he'd like, a lot of wailing, and a few haitian lullabies his Mum had taught him for this exact reason before finally his son fell asleep which found him flopping on the couch with a beer in one hand and a sleeping baby in the other because every time he tried to move, Londy would too. Just. Great.
