Hematite frowned as Pyrrhus rolled out of the way, and drifted over the edge of the pillar to look down at him. Her timing was poor though, and she came into view of him just as he released his attack. When the flames passed, she was starting to look a little fuzzy around the edges, as the smoke that made her up began to have trouble holding together. Without delay she tried another Hypnosis, an almost desperate attempt to halt her attacker.

Hematite grinned when her opponent went down. But her past success made her wary, and on closer inspection Pyrrhus didn't seem very deeply asleep. To be safe, she tried Hypnosis again, hoping to prolong his nap.

No luck, Pyrrhus woke up right away. Before Hematite could move away, he let out another burst of flame. This finally proved to me too much for Hematite, and when the fire passed Lyle could see she was starting to drift apart at the edges.

He quickly recalled her, then waved to his opponent. "Good battle! Bye!" he called, then rushed out to get his pokemon to the Pokemon Center.
