"I'm going to go build," Leslie muttered, scurrying away to build up the first round with hay, since it had done well by him before. "Just uh, hit the button whenever I get back, yeah?"

Leslie squinted at Shu's death glare. Even the nice ones were secretly spooky inside, jesus christ. He made a note to maybe lay off the Caelius insults while she was watching. Listening. Whatever.

"Thanks," he said, chugging the water, crunching the bottle and tossing it behind him at random. It was someone else's problem to clean up. Leslie beckoned for Shu to follow him back outside, now that she wasn't weeping.

"Nah, not really. My day's clear. What's a uh, pumpkin pill?" Leslie began stacking wood this time, on top of the hay.

"Huh. Dunno. Will ask Jack. That was the uh, dude that was the princess." Leslie watched the princess golem, sucking in air through his teeth. Might be another bust.

He shrugged awkwardly. "I dunno. Crazy redheaded b***h number one just makes me build s**t sometimes. Gets real gung ho and s**t. America."

He went down to build the last paths, and hoped for the best. This was gonna end bad.

"Do tell me after you ask him? I am interested to know that too." Crazy....redhead....b- "Oh you mean Miss America! She's so capable and sweet, we made her cakes for her birthday last time. So you get practices from - town duties, hmm, I should ask her if I can join in too." Shu nodded to herself.

"Thank you for what you do, but I guess I have to say goodbye to her again. I can never get used to it, no matter how many times I went through." The petite girl hit the button and then hided behind Leslie's back. "Should we just pick another princess?" She suggested with blurred and slightly hoarse voice.

"Do you think it would be better?"

The princess they got shocked the petite Asian, she had her mouth opened and stumbled in meaningless broken words, completely speechless. A few seconds later, Shu squeaked. "R-ROBERTTTTTTTTTT?!" The giant figure with glamorous blonde hair turned around to wave at them. The princess was in a pretty dress with a shiny tiara adorned with rubies as red as her-nope- his eyes. "Are you kidding me?!" The girl yelled, putting her face in her hands. "It's such a destructive scene, you know, why why?" The Life hunter didn't look bad at all, but when you wrap him in an outfit that belonged to normal female figure, thanks god. "If this's just a nightmare, please let me wake up now....." The girl feebly leaned against something to support herself from the ultra surprise.

"Oops. I drop it haha." Robert princess had his tiara dropped on the ground and laughed. "Do you think I can exchange this for a lot of foods?" He asked Leslie as he built the defense. "I'm so hungry, when will be the next meal?" A flexing action resulted in tearing sound, the sideseams on the sleeves broke. "Robert, please sit quietly in your seat, please." Shu's mouth twitched as she tried to smile.

After Leslie finished, with a final warning, they went to press the button and watched high up. "No. Don't." Shu suddenly shouted at the princess's action to take off his dress from the hem. "It's so uncomfortable!" He shouted back. Nonono, Robert, don't. She didn't want to know what underwear you were wearing as a princess golem.

Shu believed if it's a Robert golem, he won't die that easily. Look at his bright grin when the shadowlings clawed at him, oh my god.

Can she have a Mimsy princess as well? This one shouldn't never go alone.

The petite Death felt that she was going to have a little headache.

"I will go with you." She said to Leslie, no kidding, she had to tell the bara princess not to take off anything from his body ten times, at least ten times.

If there's someone who can make the little girl yell and drive her crazy, that's him.

"Nonono! I will make sure he will stick with her- his dress!" The girl turned her head slightly, "Unless he make it explode......" Shu side-glance at the seams that tried so hard to hold each other in place.

"He's Robert, Robert Morris, Life hunter. Don't - Don't say awful words of Robert, Mimsy, his wife who is also Life hunter, won't be happy about that. Both of them are on twitter, so you might come across both of them already. Anyway, this golem seems to have similar personality with the Life hunter I know and even worse, he wanted to take off his dress. Really?!" She pushed her head against her hand.

"One thing I am glad is that he seems to be much tougher, let's hope he won't get rid of his dress," Shu sighed and looked at the princess with the shadow creatures -

- "Your tiny things think you're going to take me down? If only I haven't lost my frying pan, but no way you can succeed!" The giant princess laughed, causing the waistline stitches began to break with his respiration as he pinched up one little thing who was biting his uncovered neck with his fingers. "Do you have some vampire blood or what? Sadly you're not foods, or I would be happy to death (sorry Robert probably doesn't know the word exhilarate). Let's say SANDWICHES, they're the best food in the world, you know? But I'm not picky." Certain shadowlings bit the attractive (?) prey on his hands, but instantly made a disgusted face and stuck its tongue out.

"Alright, he survives." The petite Death unsurprisingly announced with a plain tone, pondering if she could reinforce the seams of Robert princess's dress before it was too late. "There's a great chance he will overcome next round, do you agree?" Even though she was like blankly delivering a matter of fact only, there was a small hint of joy and gratefulness extremely hard to trace, only if you knew the Asian well.

"Yup! Legit couple, I've attended their sixth wedding earlier, as a flower girl, isn't that great?" Shu beamed in response, seemed to be happy to recall those precious memory fragments that she put in the treasure chest.

"Retarded....hmm I won't say that. Just act as he likes, as a hunter, he can hit like a Sun and very conscientious about his duties. Like last time, a Sahara titan clearance mission, many trainees and hunters got serious burn and the Life hunters including him worked overnight successively for days." Shu looked aside and said, "He only loves food a bit too much, I don't see him stripping either, should be the misunderstanding of the jokey technicians.....I guess."

The Asian pushed her head up, blinking, "Banana? I am not sure what do you mean, Leslie. I can infer the first one is adjective and second one as a noun, is that mean - blonde lover and blonde people?" Shu touched her chin and slowly presumed her guess. "Or it's sex-related term?" Innocently, she asked.

Leslie's words of assurance enhanced the hope and belief of the petite girl. "Yup, they might be useful in missions. For the sake of others, I'd better make myself stronger. Ok, I will help too!" Shu bounced and skipped behind the Mist hunter, good mood restored.

She believed that was the collective contribution of the Robert princess and Leslie's kindness, but she didn't think the Mist hunter would be happy if she put them together, even it's only their names in one sentence.

The rebuilding process was smooth with the power of two people, though Shu had difficulties to make the hay not collapsing and easily blown away. So she regarded the boy next to her as a role model and tried to follow how he did it. Occasionally, Leslie might feel the gazing from the girl, pretty much like a dormouse being watched from a feline. That was one of her many little quirks.

The back and forth chatter distracted the two, and when they noticed the defense was like a tower in height. Thus, they quickly worked on the remaining three paths in the limited time, resource evenly distributed.

"Survive and you can have your wonderful sandwich, Robert. But not taking dress off!" Shu tip-toe to pet the shoulder of the sitting princess, ignoring some broken seams at the hem of the dress. The two returned to observatory point and hit the button, watching quietly if it would be a yes or no.

Within the time, those shadowlings couldn't get passed the path with the hay tower. Either they are outnumbered and stuck in the middle or too weak to remove that large amount. The second path, with less haystack was easier to destroy with a bigger group and they did successfully pass the defense right when time's up. The two paths left helped to hinder the attacks, and kept the princess safe even the shadowlings shot themselves like cannon balls. The princess himself caused some casualties as well with his deafening laughter, some of the creatures were knocked out. "Hahaha you guys have to eat more, look how strong I am." He rolled the strained sleeves and showed his biceps, and accidentally a button bounced off like a bullet and hit one of the shadowlings. Something only Robert the princess can do. (Shu put her hand on her forehead for the stupid scene, it's no longer a training but more like a comedy)

Anyway, the giant princess survived. "Yeah~! Leslie we did it! WE DID IT!" The overjoyed girl jumped up and gave her partner a big hug. "Thank you so much, Leslie, you're so amazing!" The cheerful tone reflected how exhilarated she was.

The two went down to lead back the princess golem back to the technicians but both scooped up for a bear hug. "I want a hug TOO!" He tittered as he acted, made the feet of the two hunters not touching the ground. "YAYYYYYYYYYY~" He shouted even he seemed clueless of what they were celebrating, but he knew sandwiches are coming.
