Gyuri nodded his head as she mentioned how he now knew where the village was and that he should go back and get his friends. Yes, that was a good idea, the sooner that he got them here the safer that they would be, not to mention that he would be able to finally rest himself. He'd been on high alert ever since they'd left Neued to escape the incoming Oban horde, he hadn't really been able to rest since then, not when it was his task to keep everyone safe. He had gotten them so close, now all he had to do was get them through the last leg of the journey and they would be safe. It was something he was looking forward to quite eagerly. Turning to look away from the village and back to Lucijah he found himself starring at her with his mismatched eyes, considering what she said he finally replied, "I couldn't ask for more help, not when you're injured." He felt bad, not wanting to drag her around anymore then he already had. She was hurt, wrapped up in bandages, was probably in pain but... he trailed off, eyes going a bit wide, "Ah!" That was it! Giving her a smile he said, "We have a mage healer, Makani. Would his help be a way to repay you're help?" If she went with him, back to where the others were, then Makani could tend to her wounds! After that she would be able to lead them all back to the village a lot easier, right? It was, at least in Gyuri's mind, a win/win situation... he just had to see if it were an offer she would see as a good enough one to go through the trek back to where she'd first picked him up.

Orpheus Solon (Hahaha just a few more posts right? ;3; Sorry for the wait on these posts. Honestly, if he turned around and went back into the forest, Lucijah would have time to go around finding houses to take in these travelers. But, at the same time, that meant that he may not return at all.. Jauhar was a dangerous place, after all. And even if the group had somehow made it this far without being snapped up by Menzuri or maneating vines there was a first time for everything. And after expending time and energy leading him here already, Lucijah saw the strange man as her responsibility - even if he was older and more skilled, and Lucijah was a simple prentice.
As she thought through this, the man spoke, and the shifter girl nearly rolled her eyes at his overwhelming politeness. Only... then he seemed to hit on some sort of idea.
A healer? Her teasing thoughts at his politeness suddenly dissipated, and Lucijah's eyes shot wide. The injuries that kept her from going back out to look for her lover - if she could be healed, then she could pack up and try and track Nera through the forest, tracking her progress away from the wrecked nest. "Then what are we waiting for!" She grinned broadly and waved her hand at the giant, turning on her heel and heading back headlong into the forest.

Scarlett Arbuckle We just need one more each I think so if we want to just wrap it with them arriving where they others are we can. ^_^ Gyuri's mismatched eyes went wide for a moment before he gave a little laugh, "Alright." He murmured, moving to follow along after her. It seemed that the idea of meeting with Makani was one that she liked the sound of. Of course it made sense, if there was a chance at getting one's wound healed of course you would take it. He was glad that he would be able to help her to meet with Makani, it would be the least that they could do for all of the help that she was giving to their group. He knew that Makani would be able to help her out, especially given that her wounds were nothing like what the blond had dealt with in the past. He'd helped out during th war after all, taking care of wounded soldiers. Her wounds should be something he would be able to take care of easily enough or so he'd suspect. He wasn't a healer or a magic wielder, but he believed in Makani. The big man was quick to follow along after Lucijah, not wanting to risk losing sight of her, certain that he would end up in trouble then. He had been looking around as they walked, taking in various land marks, but he knew full well that she'd be better at getting them around then he could. He would probably take a vast amount of time longer to get anywhere since he wasn't born in this place. Jauhar wasn't what he was expecting even after all of the stories that his mother had told him about the place when he was little. He'd much rather have a guide like Lucijah then have to rely just on himself at the moment, especially where the troupe's safety was concerned.

Well, she'd gotten a reaction out of the giant at least! Climbing over thick, gnarled roots and tangled brush, Lucijah was at home in the forest - while the sound of Gyuri clomping along behind her stood out. With it approaching dusk, being so loud could invite trouble, but even if Lucijah didn't trust this man to manuever the wilds alone, she did suppose he would be the one foreignor capable of fighting off the wild things here. Maybe. As it was, Lucijah found herself admiring his apparant strength and ease - without an ounce of cockiness. He must be aware of his strength, however being sure of one's strength and overly cocky were two seperate things. That was something Lucijah was coming to realize, more and more.
As light began to fall, it was harder to recognize the small telltale landmarks that only Shifters (and Alkidike wenches) could see - a tree slightly brighter, that tree at a strange angle, his clearing FEELING familiar. If she'd been any less sure of herself Lucijah would begin to wonder if she'd led the man astray and gotten them lost. Just as she was beginning to slow her pace, with Gyuri paces behind, wrestling the wild greenery, Lucijah recognized the tree that she had been hiding under when he first happened upon her.
From here, it was up to him. So she stopped, hands crossed over her chest, breathing hard in fatigue from moving about so much (though she'd never admit it), Lucijah turned to look at him, chin lifted in quiet challenge. "From here, it's up to you - which way did you come from your camp, when you met me?" Found her, more like. (gosh my posts are so horrible, I am so sorry ._. )

Scarlett Arbuckle NP, I like your posts! ^_^ This will by my final one since the troupe that Gyuri is fetching consist of a few of mine and a few of Jay's characters. I don't want to Godmode hers. So if you want to add a wrap up post too that is cool by me then we can mark it FIN. <3 Once they had arrived at the point where he had first crossed paths with Lucijah, glad that she had turned out to be an ally instead of an enemy, the rest it would seem was up to him. He looked around a moment, getting his barrings, before nodding, "This way." He said, motioning with his hand in the direction that he recalling coming upon the Shifter woman. Now that he was back at a place he was more familiar with he was feeling a bit better about their ability to reach the others. The sooner they got to where the others were waiting the better too. Makani could tend to Lucijah's wounds and then the lot of them could move on to her village where they would be safe. He had left them waiting far too long and while he trusted Sin'qua and her ability to look after everyone in his absense he much preferred to be there where he could protect everyone. Giving a smile when he found the large tree the others were resting in he motioned to it, "There are right above us." He said, giving his guide a smile before starting toward the tree pausing at the foot of it, "Wait here, I will bring the others, our healer included, down to you." He didn't want her to risk further injury because she was climbing up a tree when she didn't have to after all. No, he'd make it a quick climb, explain what was going on, and then they'd be on their way! He was truly lucky, and blessed, that he'd been able to find her that was for sure! It was something he doubted he could thank her enough for, though he really hoped that the troupe would be able to do so.
