"I am very good at first aid, I have taken a class and I was very good in the class, so if you are hurt, I will be very good at fixing it." Deszeld glanced down at the welt, but refrained from reaching out. She did notice the way that Hollandaise tried to slip away, but she shuffled her chair closer, even closer than it had been previously. "I am very good at eating," she shoved one of the jellies towards Hollandaise. "I am also very good at plants. I am very good at flying. Someday perhaps you will see my true form. It is much more beautiful. I am also a very good friend, Hollandaise."

Their shoulders bumped as Deszeld spoke and she simply gave up on moving away for now. The dragon was big, and she liked that, but she pushed the boundaries of personal space. Hollandaise creaked lightly in a sort of vague annoyance, but still smiled placidly as the ghoul went on. It would be good to have a friend (even one as overbearing as Des would be). Surprising even herself, Hollandaise found that she was wildly curious about Deszeld. "How big are you? Can I fly on you? What do you mean good at plants? I am a plant. Deszeld. I suppose, if you are good, you could help my burn?" Despite the stream of questions, each one was delivered in a sweet, even tone. Hollandaise did not like to hurry her words. She waved to the follyjox hello before beginning to eat.

"I am very big, Hollandaise. I am a green. And I have never had anyone fly on me before, but if you are so little as you are now, I do not see why you could not fly on me if you would like to. Since you are my friend, and since I like you, I would allow you to. And if you ever are to come to this school, I will show you my bramble. But it is my bramble and so you must not touch it because I have it set up just the way I like it. I will also show you my hoard. I have many green gems that you would like, and maybe I will let you touch one or three." As she spoke, Deszeld had taken ahold of Hollandase's hand. Soon enough the ghoul would feel less pain where the burn had reddened her skin. "I am also a very good friend, Hollandaise. Did I mention this already? You are very lucky that I like you."

Liela waited, watching him carefully. He seemed perplex to her, did she say something to confuse him? But what was it that confused him? She thought to herself, soon smiles as she got the ok to join his table. Placing her tray of food upon the table and taking a sit across from him. "Thank you so much!" saying as she tucks the bottom of her kimono skirt under her. She smiles once more, a bit brighter "Oh yes i have! Have you?" Replying to his question. "Ive seen the many pamphlets about it." Taking a bite from her food, it had an interesting taste, she's never had. Just wished there was a better way to eat her invisible hot dog. "Im terrible sorry if i... said anything to upset you?" Saying with her head looking downwards. "I just... had this feeling... you know?" She didnt quite know how to explain it.

The ghoul was insistent on talking to him. Man his delusions were pushy. At least his delusion was an off campus person... Maybe that was a good thing right? Right? "I'm running a booth." he said simply. He really hadn't had time to go play, nor did he have much interest this year. It was too crowded. Besides some small portion of him liked running a booth even if he wasn't exactly paid. Feeling? Feeling of what? He didn't ask it was best not to feed the delusion too much. He already looked weird talking to himself.

She looked up and smiled brightly "You are!?" Looking excited. "Oh! Can i visit you at this booth? What is your booth?" She wanted to know. Or just to talk to him. But, he didnt seem to talkative, or wanting too. "Oh, im sorry" she stops and looks back to her food. Did her invisible hot dog run off? She couldnt see the collar anymore, looking around a bit only to decide to forget the little dog. She looks his way "Well... Your at least having fun, right? thought it didnt hurt to ask.

Hollandaise felt her teeth grind for a second. She hated being called little. Maybe, maybe Hollandaise would indulge her petty side and touch Deszeld'a bramble all. she. wanted. Her ire gentled as she felt the burn on her hand cool gently. Still, Hollandaise would remember. "I am not small and I will grow, Deszeld. Oh, yes, I feel very lucky." A part of her instantly felt ashamed that she had been mean. She shoved a big piece of follyjox jello into her moved and occupied herself with chewing it. The leaves in her hair nodded lazily. "Thank you for my hand. You are good at first aid, I suppose." The truth was that Hollandaise was glad to have a friend, even if sometimes, she felt like running away from that friend. It was just that Deszeld was so very close all the time and somehow oddly possessive. And Hollandaise really wanted to sink into some plants.

"You're growing out your face hair." The ghoul wrinkle her nose as she sits across from him at the concession stand. Again, the table is full of food again... on her coin, which she insisted on end that she pay with the plausible threat of heavily burning everything should she be denied. The pair had spent most of the day together, venturing around and doing booths here and there, but most of it was just to be in one another's company. The hellhound female was content to be spending this time with her brother - it was the only way she could do so without violating the rules of the pack nor affecting the pack's pact with Umbra and Maero. She could not stand to be viewed as weak, not when she was still young and vulnerable to the other forces at play. However, she was young, she was weak, and only Uru would be the one to see it. They spent most of the night going over what each had been up to since his departure from the pack on the orders of the former Alpha of Cocytus. Since then, the two have been busy with their own issues to really spare the time to worry about the other in the small capacity that they were allowed. Brenna admitted that she had been sending letters knowingly that they were being intercepted if they were addressed to him. However, she managed to figure out a loophole, but that she intended to keep a secret. Uru had sent his own letters which no one seemed to bother to intercept, to Brenna's relief at least. A bit of a blow to Uru's ego. After a day and a night, the siblings were like they were before; spending time with one another rather than anyone else because they were comfortable and happy to do so. They were probably the closest each of them has been with anyone really. Even though they had not seen one another in many moons, they caught back up and moved back into place again quickly.
Brenna was not afraid to hold his hand or hook her arm around his to drag him. Uru was too good to deny her really, and humored her at every turn ... even if it meant embarrassment. When she was tired, even if she denied it, the older sibling would hoist the younger onto his shoulder and carry her around. At the end of every night, she would insist that she return to her room back at the town where she had rented a space to prevent Uru from clinging to her presence, that he had a place of his own with a new roommate that he was suppose to be getting closer to. Brenna seemed to stress that last bit, mostly to Uru's obliviousness.
Uru shrugged at his sister's comment as he took another handful of Potato Masher fries from her plate after devouring his. "I don't care to shave it. Besides, it's grown on it."
She laughed as she smacked his hand away again. "Literally, and if you touch my fries again, I will literally break your hand."
"I see that you changed your outfit again. Gonna stick to one this time?"
"Like how you stick to your jacket that I got you for Xmas? You've worn it when you came home and I bet you wear it all day unless you are working out." Uru scowled at his sister as he tugged on the edge of his jacket tighter to himself in a display of childish possession. The jacket was a fashionable black leather with visible seems that accented certain contours, but what was the greatest feature, Brenna's words, was the fur cuff collar. Uru found that it didn't stain and, though it can get wet, dries and fluffs back up rather quickly. It must be some high-design because it tolerates a lot of things; washier, drier, stress, general staining liquids, and it recovers well. So yeah, it is one of the few jackets he'd definitely keep wearing. "I thought so. So you can't judge me for what I wear when you wear..." She waved her hand up and down gesturing to all of him, which he responded with his penchant scowl. "That."
"So you cut your hair. It's not long anymore." Brenna moved to run her hand through his hair. It was soft, fluffy even and not sticky or stiff as if there was some sort of product in it. He definitely took showers, she could smell it on him, so it wasn't the natural oils in the hair follicles so she was still amazed at how naturally the hair shaped itself. Magic. It had to be. "You hide your ears and your horns. You hide your eyes, too."
Uru casually moved her hand off his head with a shrug. "No one gets to see or touch those unless I want them to. And don't you start, you know what they're like." He spoke as his solid gold eye slowly became rimmed by blue as his solid blue eye's center around his pupil burst into gold. The natural condition of his eyes gave him such a strange sensation. Brenna knew this. Like his jacket, like his facial expressions that have become his natural responses (or lack there of), and how his eyes bleed to solid colors - they were all forms of his defensive nature, all forms of how he hides how vulnerable he actually is. He may come off as a strong and powerful demon who boasts his strength to be that of monsters, she knew he wears glasses as he reads because of his near-sighted condition, she knows how he was able to play music ((such as his broken piano in his room so he got and taught himself a guitar )). He may have a thick skin at times, but she was sure someone would get through to him.
"Come on, I wanna go see what Damien is up to. I bet I could find him before you do!" Brenna pushed up from her seat as she dashed off into the crowd with a giggle that she was certain Uru could hear. Uru jerked up, banging his knee into the table as he stared at the table as if it had offended him and then to the food. THEY SHOULD AT LEAST CLEAN UP THEIR MESS FIRST!

"Fun?" he looked at her genuinely surprised. Since when did fun have anything to do with anything? Why should he be having it? Was he under obligation to have fun? He shook his head. "It's work." he wouldn't have even bothered but someone had smiled at him and stared at him until he finally gave in. "But you can come by. It's just... a lame game." really lame. Really it might be a continuation of an argument.

"Hmm..." She listened. Sitting there, enjoying herself. She felt comfortable around him for some reason. Maybe the dreams or illusions or whatever it was. Were more then they seemed? She wasnt sure, nor was she going to ask in hopes not to ruin this moment. "So... Work is not fun?" Wondering if its worth trying to look for work in the near future. "Really!?" Her ears perked up. "Oh? Why is it lame?" She wanted to know more about it. "Im sure its a great game, if your running it. Ill be happy to go and play"

"No work is not fun." he rolled his eyes and leaned back restarting the nibbling on his fries. "You just hold ice to a fire and try to make it steam. It's not that big a deal." he mumbled hardly looking at the ghoul. "It's really hard so I just give out prizes sometimes." he shrugged. he just whatevered it, as long as they didn't out out his candle.

Dylan sat down in a chair as he rested a bit. It was a busy week at the carnival. On top of all that, he won some minipets to take home. "I hope you all get along with Kamala; My Lotus Blossom." He told his new minipets friends. Then he looked around as he stomach began to rumble at bit. "I had better get something to eat real fast." he told to himself. Rikku Takanashi Are you going to Role-play Dylan giving her the treat, Rikku?

"T-then... What's the point if its not fun?" She now wonders over it. Still not sure if its worth looking into in getting a job in the future. "So... If its not fun, then why do you do it?""That sounds fun! Ill go and give it a try. Ill do my best not to put out the candle. But, no promises tho..." She blushed as she smiled. Ears pulled back as she did. "Oh! I like prizes, ill definitely go" she says very happily. "May i say hi to you at your booth?"phantompanther13 Sorry... i caught a cold and its slowly kicking me down D8
