For the Order Headquarters camp, are the various locations within the camp more firm and actual structures using abandoned buildings, or more makeshift structures along the lines of tents and tarp?
The majority of Order Headquarters are most likely makeshift structures; anywhere too large or established has too much of a risk of being discovered by the Negaverse! While there are probably a few firm/solid structures, a lot of the Order Headquarters should consist of shelters that could be easily taken down or moved if need be!

How often could a fourth stage character use a fourth stage magic outside of battle?
Ie: Ida wants to speed the healing of everyone in the makeshift hospital as often as possible. How many times could she attempt to use her princess power before she ran out of energy?
This attack probably should not be used more than once a day! Fourth stage attacks are incredibly draining, however if she was pumped up on energy drinks and was resting and eating a lot, she might be able to handle using it once per day. It would probably need some recharge time and would be much less of a strain on her body if she was using it only once every other day, or once every three days. It would be possible to have it be once per day, though this would take a great toll on someone's body!

Does the Negaverse have anything like prison camps to send family of discovered senshi to, or do they just flat-out kill the families?
They do have prisons camps and holding areas for families of discovered senshi and have no issue with trying to gather more information from the familiy. The family might have noticed odd habits, friends or locations that the senshi was involved with and would want to investigate anything the family might be able to tell them! They have many methods to try and extract information--most of which are not pleasant. While there are situations where the family might eventually be freed or left off the hook, if they are suspected of being capable of retaliation or of being actively involved in assisting the senshi, it is unlikely they will make it out alive ):

In posting a character in the 'where are we' thread, if we want our character to corrupt IN the meta how would we go about accounting for that in the thread. Do I post her as a eternal WMS then when she's corrupted go in and edit it to say what happened?
If your character undergoes a change in the meta, please edit their information! They are free to corrupt or have major events happen that are then included in their character information--but if you edit your info, please also quote the Space Cauldron so that we can update the information on the 'where we are' character roster!

Let's say I have one of my civilian's Nega quest stamped. Can I play him as a lieutenant?
You can! Though he would need a fake name for the meta (in case someone wins a slot for that powered name in present day), the rest of the powered quest could stay the same!

Since we can side-swap during the meta, are other updates during the meta allowable, like transcendence/ascendance or 4ths?
I.E. Player Joe has a current 3rd stage character, Field Knight of Planet, and an applicable date rp/solo to play as their allowed one future 4th stage. They start the meta as the regular character, but Joe changes their mind and wants to go play as Field Royal Knight. Can they retro-actively change it, or RP out that the balance of the universe has given them that new power?
Or Corrupt Star becomes so enthralled in the Negaverse they give over their star.
You may have your character side swap or ascend/transcend during the meta! Similarly, if your character fits the requirements for going to fourth stage but do not want to start your character off during the meta as being fourth, you may have them upgrade to fourth during the meta! The only rule for this is that you cannot post one of your characters to be fourth and then change that after playing it/swap them for fourth with another character of yours, so please choose who you want to go fourth carefully if playing more than one character! Otherwise, if your character fills the requirements to be played at fourth, you may have them power up at any time within the past five years--or at any point in time in the meta!

Hi, I'm not sure the protocol on ORP's but say my character Mintaka has a refugee spot outside of the city set up for smuggling people out, can I start a ORP for people to rp in? I'm not sure if it's considered a order HQ since Mintaka welcomes all sides (including Negaversers who don't wish to fight) as long as they abide by peace treaty rules?
You absolutely can! If she has a personal area that she oversees and runs and allows open to everyone, then this is fine! You can set up an ORP for that and invite anyone to participate whenever you like without needing staff approval! Since it is a place Mintaka looks after individually, you can do whatever you like and let whoever you like play at her refugee spot!

As Avior is Part of the DMC, and HAS visited his planet, as well as discovered mirrors that exsist in that place, would it be possible for him to mirror walk to Avior by this point? Assuming if it was possible for him to awaken to the 4th stage?
Unfortunately, no! Space is just too far for a Dark Mirror Senshi to travel at this time, so homeworlds are off limits to even white moon senshi who have converted to the Dark Mirror Court, sorry!

Also, is it possible for a DMC senshi to give out his identity to Order-aligned members, if they are focused on solely interacting with the Order. Since it's known they cannot purify, so even if they wanted to they are stuck?
This is possible! In the future the magic that comes with glamours is much less strong, you are free to give your identity to ANYONE you like, regardless of yours or their faction! The problem with this is that you never know who is working as a double agent or who might use this information to hurt you, so be careful!
[as a note, if your character is giving away anyone else's identity, please make sure you have their permission OOCly before doing this ICly! Identities being revealed will not be remembered in present day, so there is no downsides to sharing identities in the meta that will affect your character in present play!

The write up on the Resistance HG in the woods mentions individual tenting and sleeping structures, as well as a large central pavilion that is like the community 'meadhall' for food and social. AWESOME~
My question is, with such a organizational system and the likewise write up about The Guard having crazy long patrol hours (and therefore not a lot of tim to see to the upkeep of even a tent), is there any chance at least a couple barracks tents for the Guard? Something like 4-6 person tents that volunteers do the blanket and pillow laundering for so that exhausted Guards can come home and get their handful of sleep before going right back out on shift? Not to mention the benefits of Group Sleep for unity out there in the field.
There could absolutely be barrack styled tents for the Guard where there are volunteers involved in the upkeep! This sounds like a great idea, so this would absolutely work!

Are the nightmares that led up to the meta still happening in the 'present' timeline outside of the meta?
Are they still happening IN the meta (having persisted for 5 years)?
If you would like! It is very possible that characters could still be having nightmares in the present timeline or in the meta; if your character is not as affected by the war or sleeps like a log you could easily brush them off as no longer being affected by them, but if you would like for your character to still be afflicted, this is perfectly reasonable!

So... I think this question was asked or demonstrated before, but I can't find it. Here goes: just how large is the fallout if a Senshi decides to crush their starseed or crystal, or has it crushed by a negaverser? Just for... Interest's sake. And maybe... Something.
Crushing a starseed results in death! Possibly very painful death! Without the starseed, there is nothing to sustain the life force, and while the body might be able to live a few days without an in-tact starseed, once it is destroyed the body will no longer be capable of sustaining life.

This one is kind of time-sensitive since it's relevant to the current Order ORP, so my questions are:
1) Is there a Negaverse HQ in Destiny City (or is it just the Rift)?
If so,
2.) Is this where captives are held? 3.) What kind of a compound is it, what is its security like?
If not,
4.) Is there anywhere where Negaverse agents congregate in Destiny City other than for dinner parties, particularly considering that lieutenants have no access to the Rift on their own? Would any civilians or Order characters be aware of such a place?
Thanks!
Prisoners are kept in the Rift to ensure that even if they escape, they are unlikely to get far. Negaverse agents are posted throughout the corridors to ensure that the prisoners do not get far even in the event of an escape. Unless a Negaverse Agent teleported you out of there, it would be incredibly difficult to get out alive, and almost impossible for anyone but a Negaverse Agent to break in and rescue you.
The prisoners are kept in cells in the Rift; they are frequently drained of energy to the point where they cannot henshin up, and the Negaverse has done all it can to ensure they don't; they usually strip the civilian of all magical items to ensure they aren't up to anything sneaky--and couldn't power up even if they wanted to.
The Negaverse can be found congregating in almost any building belonging to anywhere of authority. For example, City Hall, the Police Department, the Board of Education--all of these are heavy in Negaverse involvement and both Senshi and the General public would be aware of this. The Negaverse flaunts their position in Destiny City, though do not have a specific 'Nega Headquarters' in Destiny City. If everyone is required in the Rift, there are agents tasked with retrieving those who cannot teleport. If someone wanted to launch an attack against them, it is easy to find the Negaverse--but even in locations where their numbers heavily outweigh those of anyone else, there is still the risk of hurting whatever civilians are working there with them!
There are, however, certain events where the Negaverse may gather, such as ceremonies or public events; in most cases this is just done at City Hall!

Are guardian cats okay to break out their human form in the meta if they haven't yet earned it in the regular timeline?
Yes! Guardian cats may use their human form in the meta, though they cannot use their senshi form if they have not earned that present day.

Or does the power just dissipate? Usually the power just dissipates, but if you have an idea or would like to try something, please feel free to send in a plot and we could try to work something out!
