Being around you can give me a headache at times but I start to slowly remember some things...I think I can remember why I was hanging upside down in the forest..." He sighed, closing his eyes as he tried to recall that time where he wasn't a Harbinger. It was blurry but he could start to remember the first time the two spent together in the forest. They were playing Man Hunt, that he remembered well but it became blurry when he came to parts where the two camped outside in the forest together or when he kissed her. Tobias's head began to ache again, "R-remember...I remember meeting you in the vents...Not in the hallway...I-I gave you a sandwich remember?..." It still hurt him when he tried to look back and recall all those memories. Though he at least got pass through some blurry parts and he did began to remember the first time the two actually met.

"I promise you one day...That I'll remember everything again and I will finally return to the person I once was...Who ever I was before...He's still not dead. He's just trapped and hiding." She was the only person who welcomed him when he returned from the science district from all he knew, she was his only friend. Tobias wasn't going to lose his only friend because he couldn't remember. He felt like crying, Lane didn't seem to see him as the person he was before because it was true. But what made him want to cry was the fact that he was just a big disappointment, she was never going to see him the same way. "Maybe you're right...Maybe that friend is dead then don't make promises you can't keep...Especially to a dead guy..." He didn't say anything else, he wanted to leave, that was probably the best he could do. Why would she still want to wait for him to regain his memory? There was no point, it was a hopeless cause in Tobias's view. "I kissed you in the forest didn't I?...You were pissed at me for doing that weren't you?..."

Lane simply stared deep in his eyes searching deep for some life in them. But it just wasn't there and it tore her apart. But yet he was trying. She could clearly see that. So Toby was not dead after all. But she was still hurt he found hugging her embarrassing. But then he recalled the first time they played hunt in forest . Lane really didn't want to discuss the kiss in front of Z, but while he still could connect the dots she figured she should talk. "Yes. I was pissed. I though you did it just to get in my head. Though you apologized I was mad. I was hurt. So I wanted to get even. I forgave you, but I couldn't forget what you did and how it jarred me...Do you remember anything else? Like I don't know. Graduation!"

Something kept telling him that the kiss wasn't only to mess with Lane, but right now he'll trust Lane than his own thoughts. He smiled a little, glad that she was finally going to talk to him more about his memories. "Yeah...I can remember meeting you in the vents and handing you a sandwich. You were ditching school with me. I took you on a mission in a Nightingale....What about graduation? You're thinking out loud." He tried to remember graduation, but it seemed to have been the most foggiest memory he had, he couldn't remember much about graduation besides the announcement. You just wanted to prank me and I didn't take said prank well..." Lane replied as she felt Z remove his hands from her hair then kick them both out of his room. Lane said nothing knowing the stubborn warrior had made up his mind. The only issue she had would be knowing of his condition and care. Visiting hours were almost over anyway. She'd just have to return first thing in the morning and bring something for him to do. At least he'd get his shots and be in a smoke free environment. But she wasn't sure if she truly wanted to walk down memory Lane with Toby. She didn't want to cause him to have any headaches. "So where to now?"

Tobias couldn't help but laugh when Lane woke up and found herself on a speeding hoverbike in a maid outfit, he was glad that she didn't notice the stares they were getting. He thought it was cute when he called her Tobias S. Hamwood, it just made him laugh more. Though, Tobias was a little upset that Lane made him turn the hoverbike around so she could change out of her maid outfit but at least he got another picture, "Me? Tomoki? Hmmmm, All I'd need is an angeloid." He smirked at Lane's direction, she was kinda right about her statement. Tobias read too much of that manga and it was messing with his behavior. Once they arrived at the hospital, he helped her off and led her back to Z's room. He looked at her attire once more, good thing Charlotte allowed Lane to borrow her clothes. He took her hand and they stepped inside Z's room, "Hey, you wanna ask him if you're allowed to co-pilot the Nightingale?" He whispered into her ear, he seemed to be returning back to his normal self, though his memories were still being put together. Eventually, Tobias would remember everything again. "Hey, you know...You left you clothes back at my place. Don't tell me I'm able to keep them?" Tobias gave her a teasing smile, though the thought only came to mind because he remembered sneaking the picture of the two from graduation into her pile of clothes for her to keep. "Remember to bring them back with you. I don't really think Charlotte would probably assume something else." He laughed, he was glad that his sister was staying more often at their home, but she was still busy with other missions.
