She had a sinking feeling he wouldn't be satisfied with her basic potions or recipes. If his herbal recipes were any good it might be worth shelling out some of her good stuff. She pushed the thought to the back of her mind, she would worry about it later because the task ahead had the potential to be dangerous.

"If you think you will need more supplies I suggest we get them now and I can compensate you should you need to purchase any needed materials."
It is rare for Baba to say "we" and is a good sign that she is taking the deal seriously. She usually hates traveling or being in the presence of others for any period of time so this will be a good test of her character and patience.
