Topaz followed, she was small so flying fast was no problem for her. "Not many of our kind are that way from what I remember." She said, falling silent and enjoying flying, it wasn't so bad to have the company either.
Her red scales stopped rustling and rattling as she calmed down, and instead shimmered pleasantly in the sun. Her paler underside flashing as she barrel-rolled a few times.

Chua watched the smaller dragon roll in the sky, and she rumbled a laugh, smoke puffing from her nose. She straightened her head out, and narrowed her eyes on concentration, making sure she was high enough in the sky. Then, she copied the smaller dragon, barrel rolling in the sky. It wasn't nearly as graceful as the smaller dragon's, as Chua was much more mass to move, and she dropped several feet in the process. Not to mention it made her a bit embarrassed for enjoying it so much.
So instead she did something she could do with her big size. She pounded her wings down and shot into the air, then tucked them close and angled down, diving out of the sky, and stopping just before I reached the ground. "It has been too long since I have flown."

Topaz dropped closer to the other dragon. "How long were you asleep, fair Chua? Your scales look so pristine surely it hasn't been long." She knew that flattery really buttered up most dragons and it was best to keep even friendly dragons happy. Heck, even she fell for flattery at times.

Chua rumbled a happy sounds at the compliment, tilting her wings so that her body angled into the sun, showing her scales off. She was a sucker for compliments and she knew it, but she wouldn't stop someone who was willing to give them. "I am not certain, but I would judge around a hundred years. When I went to sleep this was an underpopulated place, but I sense many beings close to here." She answered, thinking back to when she went to sleep.
"I needed to give my mind a break." She admitted, closing her eyes slowly against the emotions of the past. "It must have been the earth, and the small creatures in it, that protected the shine of my scales."

Topaz spent most of the time gliding, but soon enough she started to get hungry. She had really taken a liking to people food, but she could see a heard of cattle on the ground not too far away and they looked really tasty.

Chua could see where Topaz was looking, and her own stomach rumbled in response, as her barbed tongue flicked out. "Shall we hunt? I fear being asleep for 100 years has given my quite the hunger. I could eat a fair amount of cattle..." Her eyes drifted to the herd again, watching them closely.

Topaz nodded. "You must be starving, let's go." This time her voice rang in Chua's head to avoid startling the cattle as she flew up a little higher so they wouldn't notice her as easily. Several of the cattle were standing alone, and a few were in groups of 3-5. She'd go fro the groups, grab up two or three, and have herself a great meal.

Anticipation sparkled in Chua's eyes, and she flew level until she was just above the cattle. She then tucked her wings close to her body and spiraled down out of the air like a missile. She heard the animal's terrified screams as they noticed her too late, and as she pulled out of her dive, she grabbed one in her jaws, and another in each of her front feet.
She drove her wings up to rise once again into the air, and kept sailing until she reached a grassy hill. She landed as softy as she could, careful not to squish the animals in her claws. Once she was down, she folded her wings against her side, and curled her tail on close, delivering a quick bite to each cow to snap their necks. Two she laid in a heap by her legs while she tore into the first one, savouring the taste.

Topaz let out a roar last minute when she dropped, her fore claws snagged a cow each and she landed in the field where she proceeded to eat the cows in two to three bites each, which was large for her smaller size. She seemed to get a sick satisfaction when she bit into a heifer and ended up getting some milk with her meat.
"Mmmm," she thought to the other dragon.

Chua made a rumbling noise, almost like laughter in response to Topaz's thoughts, then polished off her last two cows. "I hope the owner of the cattle wont miss these five too much. But we are Queens, and we can take what we want." She commented, letting some of her old arrogance creep into her thoughts as she chewed on a bone. "Queens of the Sky."
For her first dragon encounter in nearly one hundred years, she was enjoying herself. "I am glad I met you, Topaz. It is nice to be with another Dragon after so long alone."

Topaz cleaned her jaws and looked over at the other dragon. "There are many other creatures and creations in the world, some of which could kill even the oldest and strongest of dragons. But here in Kuro Shiro, for at least the moments, we are the most powerful dragons."

Chua dipped her head in acknowledgement of Topaz's words. "I suppose that's true, but I have yet to meet any such creature." She used her claws to pick some fluff from her teeth. "When I was younger, I thought myself the most powerful being alive. Now, I would not use my power to harm someone unless they tried to kill me, or keep my from the sky." She admitted, the lowered her claw with a grumble. "But anyone who tried to keep my from the skies should fear me above all other creatures."

The smaller dragon looked, her keen eyes picking out a strange spot on a tree. She shifted back into a human to go and investigate the invitation. "I doubt they would want any dragons there." She said aloud. "But food and wine would be nice." She looked it over a bit. If they needed something to do, they could always crash the place.

Chua rumbled a deep laugh. "It wouldn't be much of a party without a dragon or two. Though I don't much like the idea of taking my human form after so long in this one, I wouldn't mind going, if you are interested. But I would need to go buy something to wear." She knew her eyes were likely to give away what she was anyways, being that they were amber and had slitted pupils, and would show though the eye holes. But it could be fun.
