Zachery entered the palace behind everyone else, only having time to see the Mizukage leave up to his office. He quickly followed and waited in the corner of the room. He would have his turn, all he had to do was wait. He surveyed everyone in the room, most everyone outranked him. He wondered if anyone remembered him from his Chuunin exams. That was a few years ago but it is hard to forget the mist turning black due to his lightning.

The Mizukage removed his hat and placed it flat atop his desk. "I see we have four people in attendance, which leads me to wonder where the fifth has gone. I shall begin, in the hopes that he does not take too long in his arrival." He looked to be a mummy, bandaged as he was . His mouth, nose, and ears were all bound in the tan bandages. Still, his black hair was free of the bindings, making him appear even more outlandish with his canopy of black hair.
He stood up from his desk and walked around it, past the seated shinobi. With a flourish he shut the double doors and returned to his seat. "As you know, we are in an era of peace. We are not at war with our fellow villages. That, however, is no reason for us to remain stagnant with our actions or our dealings with our fellow nations. " He placed his bandaged hands upon the table and folded his hands.
"This brings me to the reason I called most of you in here. I am compiling an envoy to send to Kumogakure. Now I am aware that the majority present are Raiton users. So I encourage you all to use this as a learning experience. So to you, Kaien and Zachary, prepare for the trip if you intend on going. It is quite a distance so I suggest you pack light. " He paused, allowing for all present to respond.

"Those blades are legendary, but as our comrade so intelligently stated their wielders were oft to defect from the village." He raised a hand, bringing attention to the bandages that covered the entirety of his flesh, and began to stroke at his chin in thought. "On the other hand, finding all seven of the swords would bring our village much attention. The other villages would be intimidated if we reinstated the Mist 7." His mind immediately turned to the blades, remembering stories in his history books of past usage the blades experienced.
"I will think on that matter. For now though, let us keep our eyes on the present. " His eyes shifted as he looked upon the genin in the background, giving silent praise to the children for training. "We have matters that require our immediate attention. Meet me in the Mizukage's office when you finish here. We will discuss those matters then."
With a tip of his hat Turpis departed from the training grounds. [exit]

Zachery stepped up. He was glad the Mizukage knew his name, that meant he was doing something right. "I also can use Suiton as well Mizukage." He was quite proud of his ability with Raiton and Suiton. "Of course I shall be going." Zachery smiled, he was going to enjoy the trip, new ninja to study.
"Mizukage, will I be needed in this envoy?" He asked as he gave a light smile while whiffing the back of his head. Sanjay was curious to the response because he was not a suiton or raiton user. He didn't want to intrude on a learning opportunity for his fellow ninja. The only advantages he could provide on this mission were safety, political strategy, and entertainment.

Kaien payed close attention during the meeting , his attention solely on every detail for even with his excitement he couldn't let his feelings distract him , he was finally getting treated like a man rather than that bratty child who would have to beg for more missions . Upon hearing his name called with task of traveling to the village hidden in clouds allowed the snowflake haired boy eyes to widen even more , he knew it wasn't much but still he was honored.. for now it he would be getting into a more political stand point in the mist village showing his diversity as shinobi then just being a pet chaser or bodyguard " I fully understand Mizukage , and I accept this task .. but who Should lead such a mission ? If not any takers allow me " He said looking around the room at the others hoping no one spoke up so he could lead or at least be a candidate . This wasn't a act of over confidence this was simply the young Hatake's nature one that could be easily admired from Shinobi to Shinobi or somewhat considered annoying either way it didn't matter he was just happy in honesty to be in the room with all these formidable ninjas and that Kirigakure was finally going in the right direction .

He was aware of the Hatake boy and the Black Mist's usage of Raiton, specifically as the latter used his during the Chuunin exams. With such an affinity for lightning, Turpis knew that this trip would be an opportunity that could prove beneficial to the younger pair. "It is settled then. Kaien and Zachary, you two are to travel to Kumogakure under the observation of Sin-sensei." Despite their youthful age, the Mizukage was placing a moderate amount of faith in the boys. "Always remember that you are representatives of Kirigakure, and follow your leader's instructions. That is all for you two."
He dismissed the pair of Chuunin and immediately turned his attention back to Sanjay, Sin, and Katsu. "Sanjay, you and Katsu are free to do as you please for the time being. I shall need to speak to Sin in private." Turpis had already made his decision known, which freed up the two powerful ninja to do as they pleased.

After hearing who the Mizukage appointed squad captain and who he would be paired with the hatake boy let out a slight sigh , for he was hoping he had the chance to lead the team .. maybe next time but then again the thought of Sin leading wasn't bad ,In fact he was really the only one who allowed the snowflake Hatake freedom on missions as such and never considered his company or ninja related questions annoying . Sin knew how eager Kaien was to grow stronger and become a great shinobi and kind of applauded that . He parted introductions with Zachery in the mean time for he felt they could handle it later , He then dismissed his self thanking the Mizukage once more before Leaving heading to the gates to await his Sensei for there long travel .

He knew Sin was a promising fighter and he was not worried for the safety of the chuunin. His skills only to be complemented by his bloodline making him a truly effective leader. Sanjay was satisfied with the decision, however he did not want to waste time doing nothing. "Mizukage is their any other matters which I may attend to? I do not wish to waste time on frivolous ventures when I could be attempting to help our nation." He spoke with maturity. He too wanted to make a impression which would earn him honor amongst his advisories and fellow citizens.
"Hehe~ You're coming with me, punk! I'll show you what being the strongest means," Katsu stated, grabbing Sanjay's shoulder. Yep, he was still pissed, but of course he wouldn't let anyone get away with calling his title of "Strongest Swordsman" an empty bluff. After all, some shinobi have titles like "Dragon", "Beast", "Demon", inhumane things that told people what their enemies saw on the battlefield. Katsu's was different, it was a title earned through respect for his skill. An insult to that title meant an insult to Katsu's skill, his self. Such an offense was not taken lightly, no doubt.

"Im seriously going to stab some sense into you.....literally." Sanjay sighed with his hand on his face. "Meet me on the beach." He declared the location of the fight. He promptly left to the location.
Armand frowned as he tried to keep up with all the talk of missions and leadership and teams. Eventually, he was just completely left-out and forgotten throughout the exchange. "Agh! No fair. It's so boring here." The young boy sighed and noted Sanjay and Katsu speaking of fighting. "Hey, wait up! I want in on this!~" He started to sprint out but stopped himself. "Oh, Turpis. If you need me, I'll be with them." he stated before running out to the beach. ╚═══════XX♦XX═══════╝
