Even without one of its arms the spells that the Mage Mara was casting in his direction kept coming. The lack of blood in their systems made it so that they didn't have to worry about weakness from blood loss. As such what was the loss of one rocky limb in the long run? It seemed that the only thing that really destroyed them was to pop their heads off or make sure their entire form was shattered into a bunch of pieces. It made things more complicated and would be an incredibly messy way to fight if these things were made of flesh into of rock or metal. Probably a good thing though, the last thing he wanted was to return back to the caves coated head to toe in blood. Somehow he bet that Tallulah's little whelp would probably faint at the sight of him in such a condition. His mother on the other hand would probably roll her eyes at him and tell him to go get cleaned up. Luckily it wasn't something he had to worry about at the moment.
Instead all he had to worry about was the fact that the magic wielder was still at one hundred percent despite the wounds that it had taken thus far. These things really were complicated to deal with he thought to himself as he lunged once more, bringing his scythe tail down, removing the Mage Mara's second arm. It hit the ground, landing not too far from the first arm he'd severed... and much to his surprise the spells kept coming, "Really?" He muttered to himself, deciding that he was going to have to finish this with yet another beheading, it seemed to be the best way to go about defeating a Mara, news that he would bring back to the rest of his group when he headed back there.
Rushing forward he jumped into the air, landing on one of the sandy pillars, and pushed over it so that he could get more momentum going... and as he passed over the Mage Mara all four of his feet grabbed hold of it's head. It popped off and Eyphah went rolling through the sand, still clinging to it as the body tipped over. By the time he'd righted himself again the red soul had fled, leaving him standing there surrounded by a mess of fallen Mara and sand pillars that started to crumble away slowly now that their creators were gone. Giving a grin he said, "Well, that was fun. Time to get home!" He was quick to gather up what bits and pieces they had dropped and headed on his way. He was ready to drop off all the crap he was carrying and update his mother on what he'd learned of the Mara through battle.
