Unfortunately for the pair, Constantine's rash actions would cost them dearly. Tried and true, the Nephilim's spear sailed through the air, through the building, and into his intended target. While he walked away from Aldrich, Con had placed himself directly into the line of sight of many of the marketgoers, and the tremendous release of energy had alerted all energy sensing creatures in the area of their presence, even some who could just feel the weight of the energy if they were closer to him. Panicked cries and screams echoed around the market district, alerting what the pair would believe to be just the Succubus of their intentions.

Unfortunately for them both, that particular ability to sense energy wouldn't help here. The man he'd killed wasn't even an incubus, it was a powerful, duplicitous illusion made for the purpose of luring out potential assailants. In one fell swoop, Con had not only caused mass chaos within the district, making them even harder to find, but also revealed his use of holy magic, painting himself as moreso of a high-importance target. It was at this point that the two men would be presented with a new challenge; would they first try to calm down the crowd, or would they try to pursue their attackers within the chaos?

From the corner of his eye, Aldrich could potentially notice the tail of a beautiful, crimson red dress slipping around the corner of a nearby business into an alleyway...

Aldrich was paralyzed, completely stun-locked and shocked at what Constantine had just done. Aldrich was bad at assassinations because his skill set made things flashy, it wasn't because he was incapable of understanding the concept. Constantine used to be a top of the line soldier right, for West? At least that's what Aldrich faintly recalled from their first meeting at the Colosseum when he was eavesdropping on the Captain and him. A top of the line soldier that directly ignored orders and practically gave the market square a grand fireworks show. Amias was not going to be pleased, especially since he had only JUST left and they, more specifically Constantine, had already ******** up on a massive scale. If they were lucky their leader would be out of earshot from all the screams already.

Aldrich clicked his tongue as he cast quick glances around the mass confusion. If only he had bitten Constantine before, then he would be able to communicate telepathically with him. Aldrich would take a step forward before vanishing out of reality, only to reappear at Constantine's feet in a kneeling position with his arm on his knee and his head held down in a respectful manner. "
O' Angelic Commander, I beseech thee, show the loyal people of Yuran here thine essence, for they are true believers in thee, my Lord. However, prithee you do it in a quickly manner, my liege, for I stole but a glimpse of the demon we are after heading down the alleyway behind you in scarlet-clad harlotry." Surely this combined with the Nephilim's assistance would be enough to calm down these heavily angelic religious people.

Yuran was practically a capital when it came to Vangelisim, at least it was the last time he came through. Hopefully, there wasn't a regime change since then which switched the religion slate around. This wasn't the smarted of times to do this, especially since he hadn't fed in a while, but he didn't want to lose track of whoever was wearing that dress while he tried to clean up his partner's mistake. Swallowing the knot down in his throat Aldrich took in a slow and steady deep inhale catching a whiff of everyone's scent, including the insatiable allure of their blood which he carved into his very mind. Should he ever cross these folk again he would know them simply by the smell of the water of life running through their very being. Hopefully, with this whiff, he would catch the scent of the person or thing that went down the alleyway, and with said scent, he could track them.

Not very long after his departure, Amias already began hearing the sounds of explosions and screaming coming from the area he'd JUST LEFT. Externally, he let out a deep sigh before shaking his head in irritation. 'I've got half a mind to turn around and send those boys home right now...I don't have time for this...' One more major mess-up like that, and he just might. It was out of the kindness of his heart that he brought these two along on a journey for their growth and development, but this was not a game. They were up against creatures with the power to topple an empire, creations likely as strong as Amias. Well, abstractly. Either way, the Demon began making his way towards the center of Yuran, where his quarry was said to reside. His intentions were as such; to breach the meeting of the coup's leaders, and kill them all right then and there. Although it would be easy enough to kill the leaders--hopefully--it would be another matter entirely just getting into the meeting. He didn't have long to ponder this, however; the city's center was quickly drawing near. He would take the subtle approach at first, slipping around corners and mixing in with large crowds when necessary. It's not as though he was an exceptionally tall man, so blending in was rather simple. Then, within just a few moments, the building he sought was upon him; the main business center of Yuran. This one building was responsible for handing nearly all of the country's wealth, distributing it to the other banks for safekeeping and proper distribution. It came as little surprise that the most powerful men and women in Yuran resided within the building, second only to their regent, Cassandra.

But how funny it was, that these same men and women were trying to change that. Cassandra had recently stepped into power as a ruler after the death of Elessia--an event Raphael had been all too privy to inform him of, among other things--and it seemed there were devout vangelists who didn't believe she was fit to hold the position. Which was odd, considering her birthright. Either way, it came down to Amias to dispell this coup and strengthen Cassandra's reign before it came to a head. Thankfully, he was a fair distance away from the boys, so it wasn't as though their little disruption would reach the meeting before he did. Upon further observation, it appeared as though there were multiple, high-end restaurants and bars around the main building; a perfect place for his targets to calm down or blow off steam before the meeting started. Choosing the nicest looking bar as his target, Amias quickly stalked into the building, taking special care to blend in with the rest of the men and women around him.

Most of the bars Amias had entered in his life were Nocturne bars, almost all of which came with a dingy, musty odor of violence and sometimes death. It was his first time entering a different bar in at least a century, and suffice it to say...he could get used to this. Soft, gentle lighting, tables with comfortable chairs in more than working order, and the generally beautiful decorations made this 'bar' seem like more of a well-to-do man's club than anything else. The power of the wealthy, he supposed. As per the usual, there was an actual bar; a ring of stools surrounded a rectangular bar table, where three bartenders worked diligently in the middle to sling together drinks for their eager patrons. What better way to blend in, than to join them?

Taking a moment to register his newly gained vulnerability to overindulgence, Amias took a seat at one of the only empty stools in the room. Perhaps more than one of the representatives was in this room? Either way, the demon ordered his usual cocktail and waited patiently for his drink. "It's been quite some time since I've been in an establishment this refined." A compliment uttered in passing, one that would have normally been easily unnoticed in the hustle and bustle of the bar. But the diabolos was fortunate enough to have chosen the perfect seat this day. But was it truly luck, or another centrifugal part of the centuries old man's master plan? The seat to his left shuffled slightly as the man sitting next to him turned to face him. Their eyes met, and the appreciative, yet greedy glow Amias met in those eyes made him privy to one of his targets; Alec Grimmer. Known throughout Yuran as an extremely high-profile, high-success businessman, and one of the representatives of the Business Center of Yuran. Perhaps, the demon had already found his meal ticket into the meeting, and all he'd done was drop a strong praise in the middle of a bar. Hopefully, the other two boys would learn from his example sometime.

"You like it? I've put a lot of time and work into making this place a real success for my guests. I'm glad someone appreciates my hard work." That ear-to-ear grin gave it away; this was definitely Alec, and that s**t-eating grin he was famous for. For a short while, the two would engage in what appeared to be a thrilling conversation, Amias sharing stories of his life, matched achievement to achievement by Alec, the man obviously disliking any real competition. Through expert direction of the conversation, the demon had quickly turned it in Alec's favor, giving high praises and notes of his accomplishments. Fluffing him up, getting him in a chatty mood. Manipulating successful people was one of the easiest things in the world; they were already at the top, so what did they care for the petty schemes of others? Their chat had went on almost until the start of the meeting, at which point, Alec made the pre-emptive attempt to cut their conversation to a halt. "Well, It's been a great time, and I really enjoyed chatting with you, but I've really got to go." Getting up to leave, Alec was alarmed to see a strange black mist hanging in the doorway. Amias remained unmoving, as though oblivious to the entity that lurked before them. For a short while, the man stared at the mass, unsure as to what he was seeing.

Perfect. Just the amount of time Amias needed to start playing the game. From the mist, the wings of an angel would sprout, an a single armored hand would stretch from it, aiming an open palm at Alec. From this palm, a viciously powerful beam of light would erupt, threatening to kill the man right here and now. This was--of course--assuming Alec was unprepared. Under normal circumstances, he wouldn't be. But spending enough time around Amias' special armor had rendered his perception abilities flawed, and he suffered a delayed reaction time as a result. Alec stumbled backward, unprepared for the beam of light that drew ever closer. When all seemed lost, a black mass appeared before him, splitting the beam of light with a simple move of his hand. This was--of course--Amias, and a carefully executed part of his plan. When the smoke from the impact cleared, Alec--and the rest of the patrons--would see Amias as well as the establishment unharmed, the mist having disappeared. "It would seem, sir, that someone is trying to take your life. Are you sure you should be going out alone?" Another brief conversation. The frightened man, with his perception and mental fortitude lowered, was easily convinced to bring Amias along with him as a bodyguard. With his meal ticket secured, the two men made their way to the business center. Although his presence was initially questioned at the entrance, Alec's vouching for his lifesaver was more than enough for the guard to give Amias his trust as well. Apparently, the entire building had been converted into a base of operations for the coup if there was security right at the door. Stepping into the building, Amias was wowed by the architecture once again; elaborate carvings of marble shaped the pillars providing support to the building, and a beautiful floor made of quarts gave the two surfaces a beautiful, otherworldly gleam of power...and unreal wealth. Being one of the few places in the west where Sevastiana's plague hadn't yet reached had its privileges, apparently.

It wouldn't be long before they reached the giant doors leading to the meeting room. The birthplace of the coup...and it's final resting place. Well, if Amias had anything to say about it. Thankfully, his influence over Alec hadn't waned; the man touted him as a personal bodyguard, and would be offended if the man was left to wait outside a meeting that would take hours. Looks like some of his old Incubus tricks hadn't quite left him yet. Slowly, the marble doors swung open, affording just enough room for the men to enter before they closed once again. How highly secretive. What he saw upon entering was frightening. No less than fifteen men and their own bodyguards, each sitting at what appeared to be a set of assigned seats at a round table, with a large opening in the middle. On each corner of the circle--that being north, south, east, and west--there was a small doorway leading into the center of this circle. Likely, this was for presentations, should the need arise for one. At first, he received skeptic glares, but it didn't take very long for things to settle down within the room. In similar fashion to the other bodyguards, Amias stood at Alec's left side behind his chair, unmoving, but keeping a close eye on the other guards and representatives in the room. This was a very large group to be a coup. That was for sure. Perhaps there were some people in the room who weren't a part of it? As Mr. Grimmer was the last person in the room, the meeting commenced immediately. Their first topics were ones of business and entertainment, trivial things like what their husbands or wives did in their spare time, or how their most recent investments had paid off. There was little talk of failure in this room; the men and women present seemed to avoid the concept like the plague.

It didn't take long for them to settle into their places and begin the real discussion, however. Supply lines of narcotics, the rigging of certain buildings, the turning of businesses against their regent...these people had been planning this for a good long time, and it would appear that even this large group of powerful, wealthy people wasn't all of the perpetrators. It seemed that pulling the roots out of this coup would require a lot more work than just the deaths of the men and women present here. Perhaps...it would be a good idea to bring the boys to the east after this mission, so he could clean up this mess the proper way. In between his meditations, he caught snippets of their conversations, learning about the placement of some of their sleeper agents within the royal city, as well as the locations of many of their stashes of drugs and other illegal items. Perhaps he could pick himself a nice piece out of their wares once he was done murdering the inhabitants. It was a long shot, but it was possible that he could finally find a suitable material for the shield he'd been wanting to make. It seemed he'd been very lost in thought, as thirty minutes of this meeting had already passed. Fortunately, the kind of deception Amias was going for was the kind that didn't require any actual effort to take effect. It was a well-known fact that hanging around Amias spelled trouble, but it seemed that none of these Yuran delegates recognized him. What a marvel some facial hair and a haircut could do to a man. Soon, it would be time for him to act, and put a quick curtain on this whole charade. Every person in that room had spent over an hour in direct vicinity with Amias now--and more importantly, his armor and spear--making them extremely vulnerable to his abilities now. Slowly but surely, he'd been electromagnetically charging the dust particles in the room, arranging them into the ritual circles and pentagrams necessary for this perfect, showy assassination. While it wasn't terrible that Amias was going to kill them in such a way--to make a point--he was doing so after plenty of prep work to ensure that his quarries would die. It wasn't like CON, who decided to just throw a spear in the middle of a crowded city district.

At this point, one of the women mentioned something rather interesting. A point about Cassandra herself, and her status as a Valkyrie. Something about how she was a false angel, unfit to rule in Elessia's stead. Typical Vangelist garbage. It was at this point that Amias rose his hand slightly to silence her before stepping into the ring in the center, all eyes in the room trained on him, though their heads were absolutely spinning for whatever reason; it was difficult to focus on him at all, even in a casual setting. "I find it hilarious, really...how we as vangelists are able to so quickly dismiss the blood of an angel. I know that Cassandra herself is unfit to rule Yuran..." a blatant lie, slipping through his lips like a fine silver thread, into the ears of his 'co-conspirators'. "...but at what point have we forsaken vangelism to the point of calling an angel unfit because she wasn't a 'proper' angel? Surely, we haven't lost our faith to this degree. Let her be an unfit ruler, but I don't believe we should lose our faith in this ordeal." A fine 'speech' it was, as it earned a murmur of approval around the room. it seemed that these people clung to their faith--to their old gods--even now. They didn't understand that the new era was already upon them. And how insulted the people of Yuran would be to know that the 'leaders' of their economy had just so freely and easily dismissed an angel's birthright, one of the core tenets of Vangelism.

Of course, it was a speech that never actually happened, but that was thanks to Malacai's handy weapon. With their minds so severely weakened, it was easy enough to cast a simple illusion like that to further put a damper over their awareness. Amias himself was already outside of the room. Quickly making his way out of the building--all while his speech was underway--he would quickly emerge outside, spreading his wings and taking to the sky. His initial flight, as well as the spreading of his wings, was enough to draw the attention of the immediate populace, and word quickly spread for all those present at the bustling city center to look to the winged figure above them. Amias' speech would be just finishing up inside, so the demon wouldn't have much time. "My name is Amias Nicht. I have come here today under the will of the former Emperor West to deliver you from evil." Just the mention of their old Emperor had some of the inhabitants below in sloppy tears, their ugly smiles beguiled by the constant flow of water that clouded their vision. "And the evil I speak of is behind me, in this center of business. These men and women have lied to you for so long, discarding their faith in the angels you worship, and even now...plotting to kill your regent, Cassandra." This revelation brought upon an angry cry from the general populace; Cassandra was well-loved in Yuran, and only those elite few in power wished to see her fall. Her angelic protections had kept Yuran safe from the plague for much longer than any other country in Axiom, and to see her fall now would surely usher about the end of an era for Yuran. "Much like your previous emperor, I am a demon who has come to serve the good of Axiom. However, with this revelation comes another change. Emperor West, along with a select few others, have ascended to become the new gods, the REAL protectors of Axiom. Under their guidance, Mazdakism was founded. A new religion, one of mortal accomplishment and the protection of the mortals-turned-god. It is with the message of Mazdakism that I cleanse Yuran of evil on this day. You may not wish to change you ways, but know this; those who practice Mazdakism do not wish you ill-will for staying true to the old ways. I pray you shall feel the same for us." Generally, approving nods and cheers erupted from the ground below. It seemed that his speech was well-received, and it was with that approval that Amias would bring all this to a head. "Then, I shall give you the gift I have promised. I will deliver you from evil." Raising his swordspear above his head, the energy of Raphael would begin to fill his body. Inside, the ritual circles underneath the conspirators and their bodyguards would activate, sending countless chains of demonic energy to shackle them, restricting their movement and energy so that they could be executed in a timely fashion.

Above him, all the way to Constantine and Aldrich, storm clouds were gathering. It would begin to rain, but it appeared as though all the lightning in the sky was streaking in a pattern, all congregating to a single point. The tip of Amias' sword-spear. The final ritual circle would activate, placing a powerful barrier in a circle around the building, leaving only its occupants to suffer their fate. "Be freed, Yuran. By the power of the Liberator." In a moment that seemed to proceed in slow motion, Amias' swordspear descended. With the energy of a god flowing through him, he aimed what would be a single, unrealistically powerful blast of lightning that tore through the clouds, completely obliterating the building and all its inhabitants in a ferocious, yet beautiful show of light. For but a single moment, the entire city was lit up as though it were the sunniest of days, despite the looming clouds overhead. Aldrich and Constantine would be able to see this magnificent spectacle, even from as far away as they were. THIS is how you make a point without endangering innocents. It was almost as though this was a lesson to both of them, though it was more of a flashy execution than anything else.

Yuran had been saved from its most immediate crisis, by the good grace of its former emperor.

                                                        • The Sight
Just like their counterpart (the Nephilim) the Diabolos can read the auras about them and see things for what they are. This allows them to pinpoint an opponent's energy level(rank), along with the ability to naturally see energy.

                                                        • Electromagnetic Manipulation
Even without expending energy, the Diabolos can manipulate electromagnetic fields. This allows them to levitate their own weapons and manipulate them with great speed, power and precision. Furthermore, they may sense metal and disturbances in electromagnetic fields; for example, if there is a destructive event happening even across the world, they will know it is ongoing, just not who or what is involved. They can sense earthquakes and other such things, to name a few events that would trigger this sense.

You may also compress this magnetic field within simply a large area around you; this allows you to perceive movements around you.

                                                        • Pain Inversion
This is a strength and a weakness. Pain Inversion allows for a Diabolos' abilities to be stronger based on their physical health. This does not increase ability rank, but rather size, speed and precision. At full condition, you will be able to manipulate larger masses and fling them at enemies as if ballistic homing missiles. When near death, you will need great concentration to do that same thing and will be able to manipulate significantly less at once.

The moment he released the spear of light, Constantine had realized his mistake; assuming that someone was his target simply because they had the energy signature of what he was looking for. Hadn't he learned in his fight against Amias? Not all that you see is correct, illusions existed in this world of theirs; and it was used aptly against him, as shown when the "person" he'd hit simply dissapeared into nothingness like energy dispersing after a technique was finished being used. After taking a second to reel in his energy sensing enough to notice the world around him, Constantine took in the sight of the many civilians screaming in fear and terror around him after he'd unleashed such a powerful attack right in their midst. He'd been completely ignoring the people around him, having honed his sensing so finely on the feeling of the Incubus' energy that he never even noticed that he was standing in a crowd of people. After a split second of thought he noticed Aldrich appear kneeling before him, like a knight kneeling before their king. Raising a single brown eyebrow he was about to ask what he was doing before the man spoke, mentioning the title Angelic Commander; and the moment he'd done this Constantine understood his plan.

One of the things he'd learned while working for Emperor West was the history and ideologies behind many of the other countries, and he distinctly remembered Yuran being a country that believed in Vangelism over any other religion; and when he truly thought about it his heritage as a Nephilim could be considered holy in nature, descended from the gods above. Though the thought of being related to the gods made him sick to his stomach, Constantine rolled with it; looking around in that almost arrogant way that you'd expect from someone who worked alongside the gods. Unleashing his holy energy slightly, making sure it was barely just enough to be noticeable but not enough to harm anyone or damage any property. With this done an angelic halo of energy would form alongside a pair of almost unnoticeable wings would appear folded on his back. After a moment of channeling his energy he spoke in a calm tone, his voice loud and absolute as he did so, making sure those farther away could hear him. "I apologize for worrying you all without warning, I am here on orders of Antony to rid your city of the evil that has been lurking here. Please do not fear, nothing will happen to you all." With that done he gave a polite bow out of kindness, looking down at Aldrich for a moment before stepping back in hopes of chasing after the targets given to them by Amias.

His head snapped up swiftly after he looked to the side, feeling a surge of energy from Amias off in the distance somewhere. It wasn't just his own however, he could feel a different power surging through the attack, one that he'd felt a lot when he was serving in Fraxon years ago; his old leader Emperor West. Constantine's eyes narrowed deeply, anger flooding his veins briefly at the feeling before reigning it in to calm himself down. He could tell from the mixing that it wasn't the mans power itself, instead it was molded within Amias; almost as if it was a part of the man. He didn't know how or why the man was able to channel West's energy, but he was sure as hell going to try and find out.

The populace--after a short while of everyone trying to calm each other down in a frenzy--settled as soon as they heard the news of Constantine's mission. Until just recently, they'd lived under the protection of Elessia before she went mad, so they were used to Angels conducting their business on the daily. This outburst, as well as the explanation required to cease it, would have their consequences. Firstly, he'd just exposed his abilities in full spectrum to the Incubus, who was still in the area. The red dress had long passed around the corner, and it would be up to them to move quickly. Would the pair decide to stay in the market square and investigate the two further, or would they go after the red dress? Ultimately, the choice was theirs, one that would have a very significant bearing on the mission if they chose incorrectly.

But what would they choose?

"I do believe the harlot is getting away sire." Aldrich pontificated aloud much in the way a servant would to a simpleton for a employer in the way that they could act higher than them without the other party realizing it so with his best snobby french accent/personification. "Swiggity. Swooty. I think it's best we follow the booty my lord."

Looking down at Aldrich with a calm look on his face, Tenrai allowed himself to reach up and scratch the back of his head in thought. On one hand they could stay and actually do more detective work to find out more information about the incubus and succubus they'd been sent to find, on the other hand they could follow the suspicious woman in the red dress who'd already began to escape his vision range. With a split second decision the angel turned on his heel; his cloak flaring behind him as he did so, before he took off in a light jog towards the woman in the red dress. Idly he wondered if he should chastise Aldrich for the way he spoke to keep up appearance, but at the same time he really couldn't be asked to try and scold a man just because he was playing his part as the servant to an angel warrior. Even if it irked him a bit to be spoken to in the way the vampire had, he would leave it alone for now; and instead pick up the pace towards the red dress, expanding his energy sensing field around him to try and feel and make sure Aldrich was behind him and not left behind in the marketplace like a slowpoke.

Their pursuit of the red dress would quickly have the pair darting through alleyways, always making it to the next corner just in time to see the tail of the dress slip around the next. This would continue for quite some time, the pair winding and twisting around the market district until they came upon a shaded area they likely didn't recognize. Before them was a sprawling alley, the lights dimmed and the populace even shadier. It seemed they'd been led to the less forgivable part of the city, where the leaders of this organization often made their choices of thugs with which to disrupt Cassandra's reign. It was at this point that they'd get a better look at the figure sporting the dress; a pale, slender woman with flowing black hair...and unmistakable red eyes. Dazzling rubies upon a perfectly sculpted marble statue. Truly, this was the irresistible beauty the succubus were known for. "You boys look lost. Did you come with the scary demon to kill me?" She bent forward, letting out a giggle as she swayed, her fingers on the bottom of her chin while she bit her lip, her outstanding cleavage in full view. "Maybe you shouldn't be helping him, though. Do you know what he's trying to do? Have you even looked into the man you're aiding, or are you just blindly following orders?" She pranced, making sure to show off her voluptuous curves at every turn. It seemed--at least temporarily--the pair would have their sensing abilities uninhibited.

And if they were to look into her energy, they would feel just how potent it was. The amount of energy she possessed within her was awfully close to Amias'. This meant only one thing; the pair was without their third ally, face-to-face with a powerful enemy. How would they respond?

Raising a single eyebrow at the woman attempting to talk to him about his orders regarding killing the Incubus and Succubus; and given the way she was inserting herself into his orders he could only assume she was the Succubus he was sent to hunt down. Reaching up to tap his chin in silent though the male delved deep into her energy signature, sending out feelers in hopes of understanding just how powerful she might be. The answer to that came in the form of a powerful rush of energy from within her that he could sense was nearing the level of their "leader" for the mission, Amias. Giving her a once over to hide his nervousness the knight shifted back onto his heel, looking at her with blank unreadable eyes in hopes of buying himself time to decide what he wanted to do. Within a split second he'd decided the only way to deal with her now would be to attempt to defeat her before she was put on guard and ready to react to his attacks. With that in mind he twitched his hand slightly, as if fighting internally with himself; even if it was a forced gesture in hopes of throwing her off, before a powerful torrent of holy energy would explode from within him, engulfing all that was around him within roughly ninety feet in the holy light.

The instant his attack finished he would shift his body into a readied stance, reaching behind him to retrieve his sword and shield in preparation for her response to his attack while his pain aura exuded out around him, stinging his own flesh as well as the woman's hopefully, alongside Aldrich. Using this damage to his body he allowed blood to drip from his palm down onto the ground, quickly forming the Ensnare rune to keep her from using teleportation skills to escape his attacks. Next he would channel his power into his arms, resulting in a light red glow as they became fueled by his blood magic.

Feeling the power flowing through his body and arms, he would launch a quick combination of attacks that would hopefully catch the Succubus off guard. Starting off the attack with a diagonal slash downward while stepping forward Tenrai would press on, even if she would respond with an attack he would hopefully withstand it. With that done he would step back with the same foot he used to step in with, sending out a slash horizontally before he would then quickly step forward with a slash. Reaching the end of his combination he would turn his body to make a spin to build up momentum before slamming his shield into the woman, hopefully doing some form of damage to her. The sheer force of his combination attack would ripple through the air in response to his swings, signifying the overwhelming strength currently coursing throughout his body as he used a large amount of energy.

The Reaver projects a constant aura (radius of 10 meters) that seeps into anyone the user wishes and causes them rather mild pain. For every person infected, the user gain back D Ranked Power Points, thanks to Devour. This attack is fully capable of being boosted, though once boosted, the cost in power points will equal one rank below what you are receiving. If it is boosted to B Rank, it costs C Rank to use.

A quick combination of attacks that will easily catch the enemy off guard. Start off with a diagonal slash downward while stepping forward. Step back with the same foot as you slash horizontally and then quickly step forward with a slash. As soon as you have stepped forward turn your entire body to make a spin before slamming your shield into them

                                                            Ancient Power S-rank
The Nephilim will release a large wave of holy energy that damages foes within its radius. Its appearance is that of a violent pulse of holy power unleashing itself from the Nephilim's body. At B rank, this will release for about 20 feet around you. At A, 30 feet. At S, 50 feet. If you have boosts, it increases to 75 feet at SS and 125 at SSS. Each point of physical strength increases the radius by 3 feet.

                                                            Blood Sigils C-rank
After quickly slicing their hands, the Reaver can create a variety of blood sigils that form once the user's blood touches a solid object. Each blood sigil has a different effect. All sigils look exactly alike, because it is not the pattern that determines the effect, it is the power the user puts into it, which makes it impossible to understand which sigil is being used until it is nearly too late.

Ensnare (C Rank): For the duration of five posts, no one is capable of leaving the battlefield. It makes it impossible to escape by any means. Teleportation skills are even negated upon usage.

Though simple power channeling, Reavers are capable of boosting the strength output from their limbs. This makes it possible for them to jump extremely high, almost as high as Dragoons, and land just as safely. This also affects their arm strength, with a +2 to strength and the ability to tear into steel effortlessly for 5 posts.

The dynamic duo of light and dark were lead into a very seedy portion of the market and surrounding junctions, a rather perfect place to kill someone if you didn't wish for them to be found. They turned the corner into a sprawling alley with dimmed lights with a lingering aura in the air that made one feel as that any who called this place their home must be shadier than the locale. Now that they were done playing cat and mouse and were having a standoff with their foe, they could get a better look at what they were after.

What stood before them in all of her agonizing appeal was a slender pale woman with flowing black hair with ruby red eyes, much like Aldrich although his were slightly darker. She was the definition of perfect symmetry, truly at the pinnacle of beauty which was befitting that of a succubus. Aldrich would have like if he said he wasn't infatuated with what he was staring at, but even if she didn't have her unnatural pull of the opposite sex, she was still his type and he would have paid top dollar to sleep with that, because y'know, it would be too much work to pretend to be a prince because royalty doesn't like anything less. The Succubus spoke but Aldrich remained silent as his eyes took in the swaying mass of sex appeal as she bent over and giggled, obviously teasing and trying to seduce them and well, it wasn't exactly like it wasn't working.

As a man, undead or not, Aldrich's body was going through the proper reactions to such stimulus because you just can't help what can't be helped, natural reactions are over powered and need to be nerfed. She tried to fill his mind with treacherous thoughts using means of the current meta in psychological warfare but sadly at this current time it had no desired effect on Aldrich. Much to her displeasure, Aldrich didn't really care all that much who he was hanging with, he just wanted friends, be in an Angelic hero, or a dragon riding harbinger of impending doom. As per the norm when it came to Magus', Aldrich was no different when it came to being able to passively sense magic, and so far as long as he could remember, there has been a bubble of magical aura around them since they arrived, and seeing as it has followed them this far out it is safe to assume that this sex fiend is the cause of said magical-bubble-field.

Sadly, Aldrich was still new to this whole magic business so he wasn't quite as attuned to magical sensing as others, so he couldn't tell for certain it was her that was doing, nor could he tell what she or whoever may be doing, but there was without a doubt some magical s**t going on. His Auburn orbs tore their gaze from the voluptuous woman regrettably to glance over at his partner in this, Tenrai, to see what his response to this was, and much to his surprise, he was going to get an answer that he wouldn't be fond of. The single giant bubble-field of magical goodness turned into this weird murky concoction of multiple energies which alerted Aldrich that something was about to happen, but sadly to little too late.

Tenrai decided that the best course of action was to attack right away, however, it seemed to have slipped his compatriot's mind that he was not alone, and seeing as he must have forgotten that he wasn't alone, it was fair to say with the transitive property that Tenrai had also forgotten that Aldrich was now an unholy being, and thus his little surprise attack would have a nasty repercussion towards Aldrich. Oh, speaking of Aldrich, as soon as the wave of Holy force was launched, he was sent flying backwards with sizzling skin as if he was being cooked alive, and upon reaching the end of the alleyway he was forced through a brick wall and carried through into the building where he would crash into a table, followed by the floor, where he would then bounce back up and crash into the brick wall on the other side of the building where he also broke through, but thankfully his momentum was halted so he didn't fly any further.

Instead, he was simply half laying motionless out a large gaping hole as bricks fell atop his chest and then clattered to the floor around him both inside and outside of the house or whatever the building was. Despite not needing to do such a thing anymore, Aldrich found himself taking a slow and deep inhale before letting it out even slower than he had drawn said breath. While laying there his eyes opened and he found himself staring up at the starry night sky, the reflection of the moon glaring off of his now misaligned glasses. Aldrich was annoyed, but that much was warranted with what had just occurred. Like in those kung fu action movies with supernatural villains such as a Vampire, oh hey that's what Aldrich is, the man went from a laying down position to a standing position by just slowly rising to his feet with superior muscle control or something of the sort.

Aldrich's body raked with pain and something told him that for some reason this was not from having been flung through a building, but rather again from something that was Tenrai's doing. Aldrich's jaw visible tensed as he began to stride forward to the gaping hole on the other side of the building and the first thing to emerge from the dusty darkness was a hand that grabbed onto the protruding bricks, followed by a head of red hair and finally the rest of the Vampire stepped through and back out into the alleyway. Aldrich stopped steaming as his body finally regenerated and healed the burn wounds nad as he looked up he glared at what was going on. Licking the blood that had dribbled from his bottom lip, he contemplated his next course of action. To attack or not to attack, to support or not to support, just what oh ever should he do? What could he do?

Raising a hand to his face the young Vampire pushed up his glasses so that they were firmly against the bridge of his nose, and upon holding his hands out to his sides in the Broly pose Al generated two spinning disks of raw volatile compacted energy and upon flinging his arms further out to his sides the blades shot off down the intersection to his left and right, vanishing from the sight of the Succubus. However, if she had any form of energy sensing then she would know that the sawblade disks of energy were readily closing in on her position from the rooftops of the buildings on either side of her and that they would without a doubt strike from her rear flank in the upcoming second or two.

                                                                                  »Mana: 1,450

This means when others cast spells, or emanate high amounts of energy, you can see their aura. This also means you can detect magic in an area, meaning if an area has something magical about it, you can feel it. At expert rank, you can determine the source in an area. Each source of magic has a special signature, meaning a magus will be able to recognize the energy of a person if they are expert rank or higher.

                                                                                  Regeneration

Trainees can only deal with cuts, by novice deep cuts, Adept rank you wont bother with a broken bone, masters can deal with an entire sword going through your body, and you can deal with a removed arm or leg, as well as internal damage to the organs.

                                                                                  Telepathy

The range of how far one must be from the other is vast, to be able to communicate one must be within the same country as the target. However, to be able to speak with them they must know each other. In the case of a progeny and a creator, they can talk to each other from across the world. The creator can also physically effect their progenies from anywhere, making them feel a longing to come to the one who turned them.

Like the vampire, Moira had quite the ability to detect the flow of energy, though hers was much more developed. No sooner than the Nephilim had begun focusing energy, so too did the succubus. When her energy shifted from something offensive to defensive, the 'bubble' that Aldrich had been detecting seemed to pop, and their scenery changed...dramatically. Though...not much had been changed. Save for the fact that they were very much in a crowded area with the woman...and surrounded by innocents. At no point had Moira stopped projecting her illusion onto them. And now, with their techniques triggering, the Succubus was...just another victim?

Sprouting wings seamlessly, the denizen of darkness soared into the air with surprising speed, narrowly dodging the outward blast of light as it erupted outward over a wide area, killing countless humans and leveling buildings in its area of destruction. It didn't take long; blood-curdling screams filled the area. Mothers who'd suddenly lost their children, wives their husbands...and even children, suddenly stripped of their families. And there, at the center of it all, was this angel who had just moments ago promised his full attention to their safety and security. He'd told them there was nothing to fear. That they'd be safe, no matter what the circumstances.

He had little time to process it. Little time to do much of anything. In the space between his wave of light and the preparation for his next set of attacks, the Succubus had already finished preparations of her own. "You will attack your ally." The words flowed from her lips like bitter honey...sweet on the tongue upon first taste, but as it slipped down your throat, only razorblades. And yet, it stuck into Tenrai's brain like a spear. If the pair were to look up at her, they would see the cause; dark, bruise-like markings covered her wrists and neck. It was a sign that she was marked by Lilith, one of Amias' former allies. Given that the goddess had developed a penchant for the unusual, more interesting sides of life, it hardly came as a surprise that she supported individuals doing something to shake up the world.

Something like a coup was right up her alley when it came to 'new and interesting'. Moira had poured a huge amount of energy into the skill...so much that Tenrai wouldn't be able to find the strength to resist it. And so, that vicious flurry of attacks, everything he'd planned to inflict on the succubus...

Every single bit of it was now heading straight for Aldrich. Perhaps charging hastily into battle with a manipulator wasn't the greatest idea. As for Aldrich's attack, the succubus merely erected a barrier of energy behind her, allowing the slicing masses of energy to harmlessly reflect off the shield, all the while causing even more collateral damage.

All collateral damage that the civilians were seeing. And they wondered...who was really the good guy here?

Since certain aspects of reality were set in stone by the other puppeteers, things didn't quite go the way the mastermind probably imagined they would. Such an example would be the fact that they accepted Aldrich's attack after having emerged a reality, and by accepting that, they accept the fact that Tenrai's attacks, which were done while Aldrich was incapacitated inside of the building, would have been directed towards the building during this time. So at the current time, the only things that has really changed was that Aldrich was standing outside of the hole in the building's wall, staring down his teammate who was glaring at him as if he was the enemy, and the fact that they were now revealed to still be in the market square. Tenrai.. why would he be looking so hatefully at Aldrich in such a manner?

Did he let the Succubus get to him? To Al this was the only reasonable possibility for a trained soldier to turn his back to the enemy and confront their comrades. While he did have mind altering/controlling abilities as well, would they be potent enough to stand up to the sex fiend's? He was still a fresh-blood Vampire, so what could he do to combat a being who has been a demon their whole life? Sadly, if Aldrich wished to engage here, he didn't have much of a real chance, especially when it came to surviving this whole ordeal. But what was he suppose to do, tuck tail and run? He may have a bit more darker outlook on things, but that didn't change who he was deep down, and Aldrich wasn't the type to abandon those he felt he could label as friends. With his mind made up, it was time to launch his counter attack.

There would be an influx of energy that radiated from Aldrich a very brief moment before he was consumed by a thick dark mist that masked any visual presence of himself. While he was masked, the young Vampire conjured up a shadow being, the Third Shadow to be specific which upon creation merged with the ground and began to move through the earth and then the walls of surrounding buildings as it closed the distance between itself and it's prey, the Succubus. The massive shadow beast that looked like a shadow demon version of Aldrich if he was two feet taller and was "roided" out would make itself known as it launched from the rooftop of the building directly below the Succubus with intentions of ravaging her body, not in the sexual way.

Meanwhile, Aldrich would step forth out of the mist while clad in a cloak of energy that resembled a old naval commander's jacket with golden trimming. The Royal Guard member would stare into his comrade's eyes with a saddened glimmer hidden underneath the ruby orbs as if he pitied the man, and should Tenrai match his gaze then he would find himself entranced. While under Aldrich's little spell, Tenrai would find himself having ridden himself of the command from the Succubus, with no knowledge of having ever been under her command, and he would also recall a memory, which was planted, that if he ever saw Aldrich donning the attire that he was now, that he should use whatever means he had to break mind altering effects upon himself. Hopefully, this would allow Aldrich to free his friend of the demon's clutches.

                                                                                  »Mana: 700/1,450

This also means you can detect magic in an area, meaning if an area has something magical about it, you can feel it. At expert rank, you can determine the source in an area. Each source of magic has a special signature, meaning a magus will be able to recognize the energy of a person if they are expert rank or higher.

                                                                                  Regeneration
This is passive meaning it does it on its own. At different ranks you may regenerate your wounds. Trainees can only deal with cuts, by novice deep cuts, Adept rank you wont bother with a broken bone, masters can deal with an entire sword going through your body, and you can deal with a removed arm or leg, as well as internal damage to the organs.

                                                                                  Telepathy
A skill that simply allows vampires to communicate with other vampires or those they have bitten within a week, letting them discuss strategy or simply have a discussion.

                                                                                  Technique(s) Used
                                                                                  • Nightshade D
Though usually just for aesthetics this is actually a skill used in confusing the enemy. During the time of the dodge you leave a dark mist there. You still dodge it the regular way but you just block out their sense of sight.

                                                                                  • Prowling in the Dark B
The third shadow. This shadow is actually a thinking creature, although it doesn't think much other than methods to kill the enemy. It can enter walls and objects and remain hidden, but once it's out, you'll see that it's a very large and vicious creature. The shadow is in the shape of the vampire, and it lunges and claws at the enemy without relent. Its stats are just like a vampire's at base (7/7). The shadow will generally not simply go feral on you unless there's no other option. Usually, it acts like a more intelligent, more mobile version of the "First Shadow". It'll enter walls, the floor, and try to restrain you or assassinate you. It lasts for five posts before fading out.

                                                                                  • Energy Coat D-SSS (SS)
Magii are weaker of body, but their power over the arcane arts is their saving grace. By creating a coating of energy over their physical form a magus can dampen the effects of incoming energy based abilities. If they were to pay a D-rank amount of energy, anything below or equal to it would be reduced in rank of damage. Once the coating takes a hit within one rank of the energy put in to it it disperses.

                                                                                  • Do You Understand? B
Yes, vampires can engage in telepathy. Willing telepathy, usually -- but not in this case. This ability allows you to read someone's thoughts upon looking into their eyes. Furthermore, considering vampires have some substantial control over the humanoid mind, there is a second part to this ability. Unlike the Incubi/Succubi, this is not a sexual allure. You can keep the enemy's eye locked onto yours, and during this time, can talk them into forgetting things, making your own version of the story and sticking it into their head. This cannot delete all memories, however. It can't delete memory of their name, or their parents, and it can't delete memory of how to use their abilities. It can delete all memories of you, however, and many other events. You cannot attack the enemy while performing this ability. The enemy, while looking into your eyes, can read your intent, even if they can't make it out well. They will immediately be able to tell if you have the intent to hurt them, and can then break away from this ability. Since this requires persistent eye contact, if anyone breaks the line of contact between you two, the spell breaks.

Feeling the energy invade his mind, Tenrai couldn't help but grunt lowly in annoyance; despite knowing it was happening he could do nothing to stop it as the moment her command to attack his partner was spoken his body refused to do anything to break himself out of the bind on him, since it wouldn't be attacking the Vampire. Thankfully however with the initial wave of light attack launching his partner into the building nearby, his follow up weapon onslaught was far from him, however that didn't stop him from rushing at the man the moment he emerged from the building. The moment he got near him he felt the hold on his mind and body end for a brief instant he looked into Aldrich's eyes, giving him room to breathe before he began working on breaking the spell on himself. With that in mind he channeled a large portion of energy throughout his body, whilst also tapping into the very life force that fueled him, allowing him to pump more energy into his skill. It was one taught to all Knights, allowing them to shake off things like brain washing or seduction, or even mind controlling things like the Succubus had used on him. With a massive influx of energy the spell was broken, allowing him to regain proper control of his body and mind. With that done he once more allow his aura of pain to damage his palms, causing blood to drop to the ground before forming a strange square sigil in front of him. However he didn't stop there, following this up by placing his palm against his chest, forming a large sigil on his body that lit up brightly. The moment it formed both Aldrich and the Succubus would find them selves magically pulled towards him, Aldrich slamming into his back while the Succubus would hopefully appear in front of him or near the front, in range of the square sigil. With that done he would allow his hands to launch forwards, which if she didn't dodge would wrap firmly around her body, pulling her into a bearhug directly over the sigil.

                                                            Equipment: Plate Armor, various weapons
                                                            Passives

                                                            • Angelic Fervor
The Nephilim regenerate faster than any of the angelic brethren. They regenerate all minor wounds almost instantly, and by Expert rank they can regenerate mangled limbs. By master they can survive fatal blows and regenerate complete limbs. However, total destruction of their brain, decapitation, or the almost complete destruction of their body will kill them. Thus, their regeneration falls behind Fairhair significantly.

                                                            • Seeker of Evil
The Nephilim have astounding perceptive capabilities. They can sense evil and read energy signatures. They can perceive the minute flow of movements within an enemy's body, making them exceptionally skilled swordsmen. They can tell if someone is of a holy or unholy bloodline, and use this knowledge accordingly.

                                                            • Might
For a Nephilim, strength matters far more than speed. The higher your strength, the larger your abilities, the more durable your physical body and your armor, and the stronger the holy effects of your attacks and weapons will be. While most tend to prefer outspeeding their opponents and looking for an instant-killing method, you rely on brutalizing the opponent and shutting down their advances. Considering your high extrasensory capabilities, you can often shut down a whole combo with a mere counterswing of your blade. Contact with it can leave foes knocked back and dazed.

                                                            • The Claim Passive
Often, every knight has a single blade that defines his victories. This single blade that the knight has Claimed is one rank higher than the user and scales with them is more powerful than the average custom weapon of its rank. Each Claimed weapon must also be approved in the Custom Weapons thread.

                                                            • Devour Passive
The ability to steal the life force of another to replenish your PP meter seems almost unholy. However, the transfer is anything but. Life is pure and raw, and the Reaver understands that. As such, the life transferring ability becomes a part of of every strike made by the Reaver. Direct contact is not necessary, as the Reaver has developed not only the ability to sense pain coming from others, but the ability to absorb the pain from several yards away. The range is limited to the area that the user is in. Not limited to opponents.

Based on the skill that is used, the user regenerates a certain amount of pain points.

                                                            • Pain Passive
The Reaver projects a constant aura (radius of 10 meters) that seeps into anyone the user wishes and causes them rather mild pain. For every person infected, the user gain back D Ranked Power Points, thanks to Devour. This attack is fully capable of being boosted, though once boosted, the cost in power points will equal one rank below what you are receiving. If it is boosted to B Rank, it costs C Rank to use.

                                                            • Your Pain is My Drug Passive
As long as the user is inflicting pain on another, the user gains a +1/+1 to stats. The user feeds off of this pain, and the effect is most definitely stackable for every enemy.

                                                            Technique Used:

                                                            Blood Sigils C-S (Pain Points)
After quickly slicing their hands, the Reaver can create a variety of blood sigils that form once the user's blood touches a solid object. Each blood sigil has a different effect. All sigils look exactly alike, because it is not the pattern that determines the effect, it is the power the user puts into it, which makes it impossible to understand which sigil is being used until it is nearly too late.

Blood Mines (A Rank): Mines that may be tactically planted before battle, or during should the user find a use for it in battle. The uses of the blood mines are plentiful. The mine itself is a 2x2 meter square (circles are so lame) that, when crossed into, causes instant ensnarement in a blood prison ranked one rank higher than the skill. A second setting for the mine is to set it to fatally wound someone that crosses into it. Once crossed, blood spears will nearly instantaneously jab at every major organ, attempting to kill or even maim the enemy.

Hota Mei (S Rank): This sigil is placed on the user's chest. Once done, every living creature is instantly pulled into the user's radius of pain by a force that even the Reavers can only thank their power over blood magic. This, of course, would surprise anyone brought over to the reaver. Size is not a factor, and force is almost immeasurable seeing as through enemies can be pulled through stone walls and such. If a barrier is up, in order to block this skill, it must be at least of equal rank. Though erecting a barrier to respond to this skill is almost impossible unless the sigil is recognized by the enemy, which is highly unlikely unless they are Reavers who can tell the sigils apart.

                                                            Life-Tapping D-SS
By tapping into the power of the user's own life force, the user may augment the power of any of his skills, and may do so dramatically. The change itself becomes drastic. While it increases in rank, it also increases in size and devastation. A E Ranked fireball can be increased to an S Ranked pure flame meteor. The way this skill works is simple. Any skill boosted by this skill does not count in terms of energy, so you aren't spending two skills worth of energy for one attack. Instead, it all becomes one skill. You may boost it to the rank of your choosing.

How annoying...he managed to escape. Although, the shadow coming in her direction was her more immediate concern, she found herself in something of a pickle when turning to face the shadow. Channeling what energy she had left, the succubus was about to fire off a spell to destroy the shadow, when she instead found herself near-instantly transported to the ground. At first, this transition hadn't quite registered in her brain...but by the time the gears clicked into place, it was too late.

See. by transporting the target, the shadow was transported as well, as it was an extension of Aldrich. However, both of them were much closer to the ground now, and her options had been restricted to dodging. Anticipating the frontal blow, the succubus would instead try to sidestep the blow--only to find that a man's arm was already extended around her side, the would-be bear hug from Tenrai. With her options nulled, and her chance of escaping defeated, the succubus felt the sting of death as the shadow's attack plunged into her heart. Followed up by the supposed, crushing bear hug of Tenrai, the Nephilim was lucky that the shadow's attack was precise, and struck only through the heart and not out the other end.

They had succeeded--barely--in felling their first opponent, though the fall of the first yielded the entrance of the second. With all the illusions felled, the pair would be able to feel a massive energy signature approaching them at rapid velocity; a level of power difficult for them to categorize, and yet...it would seem familiar to Tenrai. A subtle hint of...West? It wasn't long until the Incubus arrived, the energy of an incubus reminding him very much of his former liege. However...their newest foe wouldn't give them the time of day like his companion.

Preparing a vicious concentration of energy within his palms, he planned to finish this quickly, with his fists. Rushing in for a ferocious lunge of strikes, with physical attributes surpassing the pair before him. Out for blood, and going for the kill. How would they respond?

[MISSION: END]

                                                    ""
Or...they wouldn't have to respond? Moments from the Incubus tearing his weakened foes apart, A spear coated in holy lightning--West's lightning--would rocket down from the sky, landing in front of the duo and temporarily repelling their overpowering foe. "You two...have certainly made a mess of things here." A sardonic, chastising voice spoke down to them as Amias descended from the skies, landing in front of them. He hadn't expected to be standing in a pile of innocent corpses...but that's what happened when you sent boys to do a man's work. "When this is over...the two of you should head to the east. Begin training together, and increase your power for the fight that's inevitably going to consume the continent. When I feel you've matured enough, I'll seek you out. Before that, though..." Gripping his spear more tightly, Amias would start slowly walking towards his quarry. "It's time I show you how it's done." His incubus foe sharpened his senses, and both combatants tensed before lunging at one another with speed far surpassing either of the young men before them. Their clashes were brutal, violent, and loud when fist collided with spear. Their exchanges of energy rippled across the ground in their immediate vicinity until the duo took to the skies. Being a berzerker, the physical strength of the Incubus was beyond Amias, but what he lacked in strength, he was able to overcompensate with his weapon, and a wealth of fighting experience. Before long, that familiar black mist would begin filling the area; this was Amias' domain now.

And with that shift in domain, the difference in their abilities was quickly becoming clear. Amias was unbeatable within the mist, unable to be hit and quickly able to shift his position with no effort at all. Though the Incubus' fists would fly, faster than the observing humans could see, their teacher was too fast within the mist, teleporting around his opponent with vicious speed and precision, striking key blows as he went. But...something was different this time. Instead of continually relying on the mist, Amias seemed to be replacing it with something else. An ability Tenrai had seen him use, though one he never got to examine in full.

Soon, black feathers, in great numbers, would start to overtake the mist as it receded into Amias' spear. Instead of the mist, the combatants were dancing in a shower of black feathers, as though a mansion-sized down pillow were torn over their heads. It was at this point that the young men would learn the horrors of Zachariah's wings, Kain. Seeing this as an opening, the Incubus moved quickly to seal the deal, dismissing the feathers as little more than a party trick from this cocky sonuva--

Well, he dismissed them until he could no longer move. In his path towards his foe, the incubus had collided with no more than three of the feathers within his first second of movement...and by some strange twist of fate, he was stopped in his tracks, as the Vaet Diabolos had already pressed three more of said feathers to his back. Truth be told, the feathers of Zachariah's Wings were made of a substance of incredible weight, said to be a punishment from god. The wings were once responsible for his fall from heaven, though they'd long since been repurposed into a valuable tool for Amias. At this point, the Desire Demon was unable to move, pinned from both sides with incredible force. Before long, two more feathers landed on his shoulders, forcing him to his knees. As a final move, feathers then soared halfway into his hands, restricting movement of his body entirely.

"Watch closely, Tenrai." Gripping his spear tightly, the Nephilim would feel it again; the energy of West was flooding Amias' body. Concentrating the holy lighting to the blade of his swordspear, the older man would suddenly look...much more imposing to his enemy. "This is how you execute a villain. Remember this day for as long as you live." The man would brace himself, pulling his elbow back before lunging forward. The aim of his spear was true, absolute; it plunged straight through the chest of the incubus before delivering a viciously powerful current of holy lightning throughout his body. At first, the loudest sounds in the area were the Incubus' pained cries of agony, though soon...the sounds of smoking, incinerated flesh were all that remained of their once-prominent adversary.

Looking back at the pair, Amias' wings would spread before he pointed his spear at the ground. Before them, a hellgate would open up, its final destination in the east. "As I said. Your objective now is to train among yourselves, and with the monsters of Val'Ghast. I've been working on turning them into a military force to be feared, so any exposure to humanoid creatures is valuable to my nation at the moment. Use this time to learn from the monsters and grow more powerful. Until we meet again." Without much warning, Amias would lift off into the skies, exiting the area with great speed. Hopefully, the boys would do the same before the civilians decided to retaliate for their loss of loved ones.

                                                    Energy 4475/4475
                                                    Stats 11/12 [11/15 Flying]
                                                    Equipment Sword Spear
                                                    Passives
