I bow to your superior knowledge! smile I'll be honest - I only know the meaning after copious amounts of RD research on the net. sweatdrop My friend told me when I was 11, after her and me went round calling eveyone "Smeeeee Heeeeeeeeeee"

I had to ask my husband. After he finished laughing at me, he explained. You people are all interesting. But he also said that when he was very young, he used to say smeg all the time, w/o ever having heard it or its possible parent-word. I guess that smeg is just one of those words that people have deep inside them and it's just waiting to bust out.

Well its quite interesting that if enough people start using smeg again then it can be put into the dictionary or maybe goit or something ... they have all new modern words now

I just couldn't stand the thought of my delightful smeg being in the same book as, 'bling.'
