Mentioning his ex was nothing at all, but Jack immediately bristled at the mention of Louis Vuittons, stopped, and turned to give Finn a dirty look that was nothing at all like his usual sneer. People were used to that one. But bringing up those shoes in public (regardless of the fact that they were quite alone), as well as mistaking them for being of any quality on par with Louboutins, had hit a nerve.

His fingers tapped the basketball idly as he weighed the pros and cons of lobbing it at Finn's ******** face.

"You concern is so touching. Fine," Jack replied, returning back to casual indifference as he tossed the ball through the hoop. "Find two poor ******** souls bored enough to listen to you and I'll get it over with."

It wasn't often that Finn got to feel like he was truly beginning to get on Jack's last nerve, but when he did it was absolutely beautiful. Almost as beautiful as the time the giant had lost in the trainee tournament match up final against Fini. Almost as beautiful as seeing him dressed in the most god awful outfit of all time with horrible duct tape shoes to finish off the ensemble. Almost, not quite, but still a fantastic sight to behold.

"Two." Finn repeated, while catching the rebound and lobbing the ball off towards the basket soon after, again without bothering to aim.

"I suppose that will do for a start."

"Jesus, how many people do you want to inflict me with?" he grumbled as he caught the ball and in one smooth motion hopped backwards and launched it. "Why the sudden interest, anyway? Clearly my schedule and socializing have done nothing to impair yours." And as always, Jack couldn't see anyone doing anything without an ulterior motive--in this case something more than because you suck.
