How did he get here again? Oh right, he got dragged in and shoved down more or less. A happy man Shun was not. The fire was warm, but he would rather be elsewhere right now. He found no reason to be sticking around right now, so soon after he was plopped down onto the log, he got back up to his feet. Stories were nice and all but there was a time and place for everything. That and he was hardly a storyteller, personally. As far as the claim that he was going to be scared shitless with this bonfire, he highly doubted it. The whole premise seemed childish to him.

Shaking his head, he placed his hands into his pockets, then went on and attempted to walk away before this nonsense could get started.

This time, at least, Elliot had come out to experience the bonfire of his own accord. While his parents had had to force him into playing games and join the parade, this event actually sounded like something that suited him. A warm fire and stories to listen to and tell? Count him in. It definitely beat lingering in noisy crowds of screaming people--he appreciated being able to hear the steady crackling of the fire. Looking more content that he had for a while, the teen settled down on one of the lots.

Except it seemed as if not everyone was quite as keen as he was to stick around. To be frank, he wasn't at all surprised to see Shun get up and try to leave, but that didn't stop him from calling out to the other man anyways, elbow propped up on his knee and chin in his hand.

"You stuck though the chaotic parade, but you're trying to leave now?"

A teenager escorted Cyril to the fire grounds. As night was approaching all Cyril really wanted to do was carve something new into the wall. He brainstormed a good idea while he was enjoying his food at the banquet. Missing an event didn't really make a difference to him. He was rather indifferent about it. He didn't really know anyone well enough to strike up a casual conversation or maybe he was just finding excuses on why he should ditch.

In plain sight Cyril just started walking away from the whole thing.

Alec was pretty sure this would easily end up being his favorite event of all the things he'd participated in thus far. What possibly could go wrong during storytelling? He'd had enough drama, and chaos..a nice evening around a fire actually sounded comforting. Alec wasn't so sure about his storytelling prowess, but getting a chance to hear a verbally told story from those who had gathered sounded rather promising. As he'd aged, things like that happened less and less so secretly he relished the chance.Settling himself down on a log after being guided by the fire Alec squirmed some. While not as comfortable as some seats, he gazed around noting who was here already. The red head wore a small smile, although his eyes flickered from the small gathering to those trying to abscond, (some more discretely than others).

Tilting his head almost k-9 like, he watched on wondering why they were so quick to leave. It couldn't be that bad sitting around, even if some of them were strangers..at least he figured as much. They'd all worked together as a team, what was a little friendly banter...if that guy stopped shouting. Cringing he peered over at the bald man wondering how he'd take to people trying to flee the scene.

Sheesh. He seemed pretty serious, what was his problem anyway? Alec found himself wondering, namely as to why he was so grumpy. Crossing the bald man seemed like a horrible idea. So for now, Alec sat in place.

Shakuntala had a tendency of showing up in places where a skittish soul like herself wouldn't even cast her shadow. For example, she wouldn't have dared made her presence known at the bonfire knowing scary stories were to be traded amongst group members. Not only did she lack the tact to tell a story without s-s-stuttering and... long... pauses... but she lacked the initiative to speak up unless spoken to. But because her creator was a hapless fool who had a muse for torturing her soul, Shakuntala stood on the outskirts of the area with her eyes gliding back and forth between passing bodies with a bit of uncertainty. She did not want to partake in the festivities this time around for fear of the fear that was to come from the exchanged stories.

An unseen force pushed her forward and the short-haired teen found herself within a waging an internal war in her mind. Despite being an unfamiliar place, there were familiar faces, and that eased the tension she had just a pinch. Being around those people would probably make the frights easier to handle. At the same time, though, having them see her embarrassed was nearing the top of her concerns. What was she to do?

Self-consciousness was to be her downfall.

She was finally free, well for the night anyway, from the watchful eye of the woman who was paid handsomely by her father to make sure that his prized daughter would not have any faults in her virtue. It was completely ludicrous that he would go to such lengths but yet would not even talk to his daughter in person. It was because of him that she had missed the celebration; she could hear the sound from the inn at which she stayed, her heart constantly yearning to be free of the wooden walls and to be a part of the festivities, but according to her father via her governess, it was no place for a lady. The noble lady’s constant pleas went unheard, until the very last day. Somehow Nox, the old woman, had convinced Lord Eden that it would be in Miss Sirantha’s best interest to visit the festivities. Sirantha did not know what words Nox used to convince her father, but she was thankful for the old woman.

Sirantha Eden walked, and slightly skipped, toward the bonfire area. Her excitement could not be contained, and the words of the bald man only added kindling to the bonfire that was growing in her heart. She had only heard a few scary stories before, whispered on dark stormy nights near the small flickering glow of a candle, and as the story grew more horrific, the candle would burn out and thunder would boom outside. Her tiny heart would pound and exhilaration would fill her veins; the night would continue as each told their own ghost story. Many of the young children would cry and run back to their mothers, but Sirantha stayed where she was within the circle of young, until an adult told them to go to bed. This night was like all those nights before, except this time no adult will interrupt the tales and tell them it was their bed time.

She sat in front of the fire; the flickering was soothing as it danced. A few people tried to leave the grounds and she shook her head, it was their loss. Others called greetings out to people they knew and for a few short moments she felt alone, but she shook it off. She was here for the ghost stories, not to make friends.

Now, when Mr. Baldy caught someone trying to escape it sent his heart thumpin'. Poor Shun. The large, bald, and practically continuously seething man strolled up to Shun, an awkward smile crossing his features.

"Oh hey there, pal. You thinkin' of leavin'? Bored? Tired? Thirsty?" Patting the boys shoulder, his head nodded, eyes still fixed on Shun. "I can get you a nice cup of suck it the ******** up and sit your pretty a** down." Without even warning the poor boy, his hands clamped down on Shun's head, lifting him up out of the air, and dragging him by the head back to the bonfire.

Lets not try that again.... okay?

Blade Kuroda

Now, while Mr. Baldy was basically abusing unsuspecting participants Cyril attempted to escape. Casually just leaving however did not escape someone else's glowering eyes. Out of what seemed the night itself came the identical twin of Mr. Baldy, rushing at Cyril at top speed. Before he could give poor Cyril any warning, his forehead clashed into Cyril's, Mr. Badly 2.0 standing straight up soon after as if nothing had happened.

Grunting roughly, he just nodded at the most likely hurt boy, dragging him also by the head and dropping him into the group. Job well done. Finished with his rough-housing with the poor boy, he offered a threatening glare towards the other participants before heading off. Of course, not before giving a high-five to his brother.

Shun paused for just the moment as he heard Elliot, shrugging at the boy.

"I have better things I could be doing than this s**t," he muttered before turning, only to find Mr. Clean Baldy standing right there in front of him. His eyes narrowed as the man patted him on the shoulder, shifting away. Before he could actually step around the guy, he found himself being grabbed and dragged by the head. Instinctively, he fought against it by attempting to strike the man wherever he could reach. It wasn't easy, given his current position.

And either way he was now back on the log he had just been on. His expression hadn't changed that much, but it probably wasn't hard to tell that he was incredibly unhappy.

"Oh for ******** sake."

Alec looked on in horror as not one, but TWO baldy guys come from no where, and DRAGGED both boys back. His heart slammed wildly in his chest as he blinked a bit, feeling his nerves firing off. So he couldn't leave? The feeling of being trapped certainly didn't sit well. "Oh my god.." he muttered in dismay shivering a bit. "This...wasn't such a great idea after all." Alec quietly murmured to himself, rubbing his eye. It had been a long day with the Parade having just concluded. Suddenly this seemed like it would be...even longer. Oh boy. He let out a small dramatic sigh keeping his eyes off the angry grump before he decided he looked good to shout at next. Well, at least he'd eaten not long ago. So there was that..some how it didn't even sound like they were allowed to piss. What circle of wall hell was the group actually in?

"So...how's everyone doing." He asked coughing into his hand trying to clear the incredible tense air.

As Cyril was just heading out he heard loud footsteps coming his way. In the dark he couldn't actually analyze it although suddenly Casually just leaving however did not escape someone else's glowering eyes. He rushed at the boy with full speed and gave him the the most painful headbutt of his life. Usually no one wins a head but this guy had a friggin head of steel or something. The boy hit the ground hard holding his head while the bald guy was standing up perfectly fine.

At a moments notice Cyril was dragged by his head. He was already hurting so that wasn't really helping. When he was put into the group all he said was "Jeez not cool..." as he looked up at the two brothers giving each other hi-5s. "a*****e..." he said under his breath referring the bald twin. As he was on the ground he heard Alec. as he was still holding his head in pain.

Elliot's eyes were round and his mouth was agape in shock as he watched as the bald guy proceeded to forcibly drag Shun back to the bonfire. Man, this cueball head was freaking serious about making him stay! Once Shun was back on the log, Elliot turned to stare at him wide-eyed, at a loss for words for once in his life. There was so much he could say, from expressing how impressed he was by the guy's physical power, to how intimidated he was of it.

In the end, he blurted out whatever came to mind first. "Holy s**t."

Close enough.
