He jestured to a mound. It was hidden so well in the trees and underbrush that it would have easily been passed by if he hadn't straight up pointed it out to her.
"It's dry. There's room to stand." There didn't appear to be an opening, until again Enoch lead her around to a tree aroud on the other side. It seemed solid, until you inspected a side that had been covered with bushes and vines. It was hollow and formed an entry way to the open space inside the burrow.
As he waited for her to enter, the little shadow on his back stood up and leaned forward to sniff at the tree.

Sunsinger blinked a little, then smiled and carefully manuevered her way inside. It wasn't a large space, from what she could see, but it definitely was good enough for her to stay dry in there, with room for the other if he wished to enter as well.
"Ah this is wonderful, thank you." She turns, carefully, so that she can both see him, and leave when needed. "Are you also coming inside?"

Enoch's ears flicked back, turning to focus in on the little pronghorn. The shadow settled back down, losing intrest in the rotted out tree for the time being.
After a short silence his ears flicked forward and he bowed down to follow her inside, "Yes. It's dry. We like dry spaces."
Once inside he stayed near the door, as close as he could be to it without leaving any part of himself out in the rain. The pronghorn seemed to relax a bit, but Enoch was tense, ever eye on his body open and staring straight at the stranger infront of him.

Sunsinger carefully settled down on one side, wondering why Enoch was watching her so very hard. Had she done something wrong? The little pronghorn seemed ok, but her... companion, she supposed, just... kept watching.
"Dry spaces are nice... I'm not a fan of being wet myself..." She finally ventured, with caution. She was careful to make her tone calm, relaxed, and kind. No hint of threat, at least in her mind, and nothing to suggest she meant to do anything except stay out of the rain.

The little pronghorn jumped down off Enoch's back, then tucked it's self under his legs before shaking it's self dry. Once satisfied, it looked up at Enoch and made sure it had his attention before giving it's self another shake. It was a suggestion. One that Enoch wan't picking up on as fast as it would have liked.
Enoch's lower eyes turned to look at the little creature, the rest of his eyes remaining focused on Sunsinger, "Yes... yes. It is hard to dry off... after being wet."
The little creature beneath his feet shook again, this time doing it so hard that it's little hooves lifted up off the ground as it's tiny body rocked back and forth.

Sunsinger watched the two of them, then finally said, slowly, "I think your... companion is suggesting you shake yourself off to get the excess water off you? Perhaps?" She wasn't sure if that was what it wanted, or even if it would be pleased that she was trying to interpret, but she was sort of concerned by the violent level at which the small thing was shaking itself.
It might break a leg doing that, or something, she figured. "I'd do the same but I'd soak you, him, and everything around me... Feathers are like magnets to water, it seems, often. I'll probably find a clearing when this is over, and shake off there."
