I heard that SMC will be streamed on Crunchyroll and Hulu. Is that true? Cause I have Hulu Plus and I will be so jazzed if so.

I love the art style, it reminds me so much of the manga. Was that at a comicon? Awesome trailer but it was sometimes hard to understand it from all of the commenters.

Though, the transformation kinda looks 3d. (Hard to tell from the recording.)

Transformation sequence is computer generated which is causing an uproar with many fans claiming it to be "cheap" looking. I have seen many anime that has both traditional and computer generated like Karas for an example. There is nothing wrong with it, nor do I find it "cheap" looking. Only thing that could have been better, is her arms waving in the beginning, to me they look like her arms are rubber :/

Yeah, I was really excited when I found out Sailor Moon Crystal was going to be on Hulu. There's a lot about the new anime I like, and the transformation (to me) isn't terrible, but it could definitely use some work.

I've been watching it on Crunchyroll. I love the style of it, but the CG transformations are horrible.. I think they should have just done all drawn like the original series.

On Hulu they now have the redubbed episodes of Sailor Moon. I love that they went with their original names.

They've released the digest of the first DVD set and a lot of scenes of Crystal got reanimated. This happens a lot in anime, to be quite honest.
I think the most exciting part is that Sailor Saturn will finally have her own transformation!

Invincible Youth In other news, a second season has been confirmed, called Sailor Moon Crystal 2. It is set to begin airing on January 17th, 2015, which means we only have a few more episodes left of this season! I can't wait for the first arc to end. Hopefully the quality keeps improving and hopefully we'll be able to see all 26 episodes. I'm afraid of Toei suddenly cancelling the production because of financial issues or because there's not enough feedback. I think Sailor Moon might be more popular outside of Japan than in Japan itself. Out of 7 Japanese exchange students here, only one is familiar with Sailor Moon but not even she watched all of it. I remember when I went to this karaoke bar in Nagoya back in 2011 and a group of girls sang "Makenai" and my Japanese friend went all "WTF are they singing?". I was THIS close to slapping the back of her head emotion_donotwant Anyhow, back on-topic. I saw this somewhere on the internet  If this is true then the anime will continue till summer next year @___@ Someone enlighten me but could it be that the schedule only goes till the end of the second arc? Meaning we won't see Haruka and Michiru? This would kinda kill all my hopes ;w; Actually that would be worse than seeing them in that horrible adaptation where they displayed them as cousins.
