Ritic tensed when the rouge Assassin came up but relaxed when he heard that the job was to kill the demons who were tormenting him. But alas he still didnt feel the safety he wished he could.

"Now Ritic. Tell me what I want to know." Kassie demanded sweetly. She was pushing he patience and wouldn't hesitate to use a spell on the boy to get the information she wanted. Camraen would also help since the boy seemed to fear assassins.


Camraen pointed out the group in the crowd. "Two of them. Double what you just made on the last job. You have three hours. Don't keep Her Majesty waiting." She gave the orders sweetly but still having enough force to signify her as a superior.

Ephira chuckled at the condescending tone in Camraens voice. She was beginning to really like this girl. "I'll get it done in half that." She pointed, "They always make my job too easy, haha." The two demons were leaving to courtyard. She tucked her hair back and put her hood back up, she covered her mouth and nose with her black scarf and walked out.

She tracked the demons for about an hour to a small hut with a merchant stand out front. She climbed a tree and took her bow and knocked two arrows. She took aim and shot them. Both hit the taller demon and he stumbled for a few steps. They looked around angrily. And when they failed to find the assailant the female started to gently pull the arrows from the others back. Taking this as an opening, Ephira shot two more arrows at the female. She fell over gasping.

Once again she remained unseen. This was always the hardest part, she wasn't fond of killing creatures, but it was her job and regardless of this minor setback she loved her job. She shot two more times and the demons were dead. It was always much faster and easier to kill unsuspecting creatures. And six time poisoned arrows made it even easier.

After moving them to the agreed location, she finished her job with in the time limit, with twenty minutes to spare. So she made her way back to retrieve her payment.

Ephira walked back into the courtyard and saw a man trying to listen in on the conversation the queen was having. Sneaking up behind him she leaned to his shoulder "You know, it isn't polite to eavesdrop, especially on a queen."

Ephira eyed this man, ***What is he laughing about? I didn't mean to joke with him........I don't joke..*** She grabbed his hand and squeezed. "We don't touch our queen unless she sees fit, by the way sir."

Though she didn't work directly for her, Kassandra was still their ruler. And rules are rules.

Watching the halfling closely, Ephira could tell something about this boy was special. What she couldn't figure out was with him being a halfling, why would he not want to have special favor with the queen? Ephira could smell non magix blood in him but she couldn't decipher which sort.

When leroy flew right infront of him he screamed and ran out of instinct Ritic cant handle bein near Demons since his parents on both sides were slaughtered by a horde of incubi and forced him to do whatever they wanted. Ritic has never been the same since then. But while running; lost in his own thoughts; Ritic didnt notice where he was going.
