Sakaki...shows no signs either which way. Kaorin, however, is one of the characters we of Yuricon cite as being a lesbian character, because of her infatuation with Sakaki.
Now, I think, if we were to see some male try to hit on Sakaki, I suspect she won't respond, except maybe to blink, stare and nod, and probably humor him. But if Kaorin were to actually come clean with her infatuation, I think Sakaki would blink, stare for a moment, and then just nod, smile lightly, and accept it and her.

Alpha_Cluster *raises hand* oh most defenetly she is guna end up dead do to heart failure. I mean just look at what happens after the first summer break when she figures out that Tomo rolled onto Sakaki. Yeah and I'll bet you Tomo drools in her sleep too...ugh

I dont really think that she is Lesbian/Bisexual, but if it was intended that way, its meant to be. I really only think of it as an extreme idolisation toward Miss Sakaki as she is so cool. x3
