39. A patch of wildflowers rolls down a hill. Maybe you're distracted long enough to pluck a few for a friend or a lover, or maybe flowers aren't your thing. Either way: these are of no help to Never Idle.
The doe left the apple tree and started to walk down a hill. Wind slowly swayed against her hair and a patch of wildflowers rolled past her hoof infront of her down the hill she was at.
"Hmm. They look pretty," she said, and chased after it down the hill. When the flowers laid there in the soil, she stuck her nose into it and sniffed. "Pretty..."
She did not pluck any of them with her mouth. Never Idle did not mention needing flowers. He probably already had grown his own flowerfield by now if he wanted flowers, she thought.

Again, another bunch of wildlfowers tumbled down with the wind moving it along. It was a pretty sight to the doe but she honestly had no use of them. She did, however, stand there and watch them roll by to admire their colours before moving on to look for another item to bring back to Idle's place.

38. The shell of a hatched Acha egg lies in the mud. Wobbly hoofprints totter away from it, and if you follow them, you will find that they wander into the grass alongside the hooves of many others--a happy ending for a new spring foal.
The doe had taken a path in the mud and noticed a cracked acha egg. Its shell glistened in the sunlight as it showed off the colours of the foal.
Curiosity led her to follow the footprints in the mud. Was it still alive? Is it dead? She kept her head low to the ground and ended up seeing hooves of many other achas. "Ahh~ it's alive." Too bad, she thought. Death would love to have a foal's skeleton to add to her collection of bones.

8. You stumble on a hitherto-undisturbed patch of sticky red clay. Success!
As she backed away form the area with acha hooves in the mud, her hind hoof hit something sticky. She jerked her leg and got her hoof loose. Wondering what it was that she stepped on, she turned to see.
Red clay. Fresh red clay. This is what Idle had wanted.
Death flicked her ear and went to pick up a broad leaf form the ground. Carefully she laid it ontop of the sticky clay and carried both of them in her mouth. Last thing she need was a mouthful of clay stuck to her maw.

17. The jellyfish are migrating: a beautiful, luminscent, floating cloud of jellyfish high in the sky above you distracts you momentarily from your task.
It was still a way to go to deliver this piece of clay to Idle. Already the doe was once more distracted. Floating low over her head in the sky, were luminescent coloured jellyfish. She knew better not to touch them. The stings of jellyfish could hurt for days. Even weeks.
They floated around her and left her as the wind picked up again.
She bit into the chunk of clay afraid to drop it by accident.

19. You hear Never Idle chiding you in a strangely metallic voice: "Work faster! Work faster!" But then you realize it's only a mocking-raven, who must have grown up near the stag's place of business.
Again the words 'work faster' were being heard by the meti as she walked into the birds path. She made a growl as the raven called out to her. "How annoying......" but she knew she was near Idle's place since that bird seemed to like hanging around there. It was no coincidence to hear it call three times in day.

12. A beautiful red bird has met an unfortunate end here. Success!
The clearing did contain a lot of things. Death almost made it back to the other side when she noticed something bright red in the green grass. She stopped to inspect with the clay still in her mouth. It was a dead bird. One side still leaked out blood and the bird seemed to have died not too long ago...
"This could not have a better timing..." complained the angry doe. Her mouth was already occupied with red clay so it left her no choice but to take turns with her front legs to kick the dead bird softly toward Idle's place. She would have wrapped her tail around the bird's body but she did not want it to get stained with another mammal's blood.
Step by step she kicked the bird over to where she needed to go, careful enough not to lose any feathers or its body parts. Death didn't know what he needed from this bird and decided to leave the entire mammal intact.
Eventually, while pretending that the raven was not there calling out to her, Death had reached Idle's place and dropped off the remaining two items that was of use to him.
