She's not an active sort of girl and would prefer being the one behind the computer, organizing information and connecting people together. Atm, she has only a senshi phone and access to HQ's computers, but information and technology is her specialty.

It even rings when a new one awakens, if she's powered up at the time. It reaches farther than the senshi phones do and is a lot more specific. She would be happy to share this with other order characters and up her patrol for new senshi/knights in general.
She's pretty happy to follow where her team leads, so if they're up for this, she is too. She is also driven to stomp out youma and defend civilians from being preyed on, so patrolling is right up her alley.
Asteroid Ida has a lot of computer stuff, but none that she can get working at the moment. There is no telling what information might be in there, or what healing plants they might find growing wild.

Alright, everyone to this point should be on the front in the Fellows. Just to keep everyone on the same level of what is going on, I'll be starting up some of the rps already discussed starting the 9th. I wanted to give Chronologically 7 days between Das Gift (May 2nd) and the starts so that there's viably enough time for any wounds to have been taken care of in a hospital, and at least the start of coping with any mental scars.
I want to emphasize that there is no rush on your replies to such rps- while I'd love to keep the ball rolling, I fully understand that its hard to predict the full effects of large scale RPs on character well-being and plot. I'd just like to get some of these underway so that maybe the necessary groundwork is laid for the founding meeting to be during the June Moon-travel dates. May 13 – May 15 (seems too close to be viable) June 12 – June 14 (much better for doing back and forth with people, teams, and set up)
If I haven't talked with you, and you have ideas/preferences/questions/comments on the watch, just toss it out here! Thraen will be talking to the initial people, obviously, but he doesn't have to be the only one going out there spreading the word. Once the initial ones are underway, feel free to use it as an excuse to meet others (such as he'll be talking to Penthe & Athene, after that Penthe or Athene could be the point of entry your character hears about the Watch from). The same goes for other characters and teams.

A bunch of the initial informing/inviting rps are up ! I want to emphasize that there is no rush on your replies to such rps- while I'd love to keep the ball rolling, I fully understand that its hard to predict schedules.
There's still a bunch of people who I haven't gotten to arrange with how their character is to hear about/be invited to the meeting to talk about establishing the Watch. So here's quoting you all to figure that out!
If I haven't talked with you, and you have ideas/preferences/questions/comments on the watch, just toss it out here! Thraen can be the one to talk to your character, or any one of the other people that he's already meeting with (Ash, Penthesilea, etc) For those other players, if you'd rather not do invitational rps, let me know. If you're really excited to do one, nows the time to let it be known so that we can get you hooked up with one of the characters that still needs to hear about it!
Things that are helpful are where your character tends to hang out, what times they tend to be out and about, if you'd like it to be a REG or a BAT, if you would like to do the start or have someone else do so, you get the idea. These rps have a clear purpose- the relay of information about the founding of the watch, to work a beginning, middle and end from, so they're a nice way to have a direct purpose to meeting a character you might have been hesitant about plotting with before.

For Ida, if you've already gotten in touch with Athene, he can either introduce her to Thraen or he can pass along the information himself!
Of late, the nightmares have been keeping Ida from sleeping, so she's been out and about almost every night in the wee hours of the morning, save for the one day a week she can get to her asteroid. This probably means she's patrolling farther than usual and would be easy to stumble onto, at the very least.
She should be graduating soon too and her schedule will open up for the summer.
Athene will definitely let Liryn know about the Black Watch. Alternatively he also knows Ash so if Bluefire is up for it he could hear about it from her
Echoing Bluefire, Athene and Ida are team mates so he could pass the information on to her pretty easily, or try to set something up (work co-operating since its been pretty crazy lately) so she meets Thraen, or even a combination of both
Athene has Pasiphae's contacts, so he could probably do the same thing with her (again work co-operating) if Quick was willing

Irene is busy with various projects, but would gladly meet up with Thraen if he called/texted her! She is excited, even if she doesn't know what she's excited for yet.
Aquarius is not reachable at the moment, but I'll let you know as her plot progresses and we can figure things out! Sorry for the difficulty. ^^;

Wunderbar~ I'm happy for Thraen to meet/talk with Horatio more fully, and have cuddles. He doesn't have her info though- I do have the rp open with Ash (who does know Horatio) so that could be the point of contact? He could ask her specifically for Horatio's info and then I could do a start of him messaging the little speed demon? What time and where are good for getting Horatio?
Which leaves figuring out who is making starts for Athene/Ida & Athene/Pasiphae
